Ive now bought three servers from The Server Store and they are just great.My first purchase was a 2U via their eBay store. After a great experience there, I went straight to their website, and found they have some very amazing deals.My next two purchases were 4U servers directly out their Hot Deals sections. Both servers were packed well and arrived quickly.I also got to experience their perfect customer service first hand when I asked about yellow caddies (versus the default purple), so my servers could match. Without any fuss or effort, I had a full set of caddies shipped to my door almost overnight.A+ everything for these people. They are now my go-to for server purchases, and Ive gotten everyone I know hooked too!

I have worked with the server store on a few custom server configurations and they were very helpful and the owner was more than happy to take his time to make sure that i was getting exactly what i needed (he even cut me a deal on some of the components..i did not even ask him to do that!)also, one of the servers had a hardware issue, and they replaced the parts free of charge.i highly recommend the server store for any of your server needs! the only reason to buy a new server is for warranty purposes and getting the newest hardware, but the server store can source pretty much whatever you want across the board.

Love this place, come here often to get some Workstation and Server hardware. The guy in the front always greets me with a smile and gives me some great customer service. Might be one of the best computer related stores in Texas, to be honest I wasnt expecting to have to write a review, but seeing the limited number of reviews at the time of writing this, not doing so could be criminal.Im a student living in Waco Texas going to TSTC and Im studying to be a tier 2 computer support specialist. Most of the systems at the server store are corporate grade servers, and workstations. This means that they have a lot of servers, and personal computer systems for office work, 3d modeling ,CAD, and programing.I first heard about this place at Altex Electronics, another computer store; I was helping a friend setup a homelab for his classes.Until recently, I didnt know if I would buy from them, but after I found out a friend was doing CAD on a small Celeron system and needed to upgrade, I consulted him and recommended that he upgrade to a heavy workstation.We used the server store to buy a used Dell Precision T5810, a server based system capable of ECC memory. When we ordered the system for pickup, we where surprised at the level of customer support given to us. An actual human being read the order, looked up our zip code, and hand typed an email asking us if the order was correct knowing that we lived 2 hours away and might of accidentally pressed the store pickup button instead of the shipping button during checkout on their website.This might be my new sole distributor for prebuilt computer systems.
