Great experience! I had purchased an incorrect Groupon for the service I was wanting and they were able to work with me to correct my error. I got my windows and rear windshield tinted and they did a great job!

Here are my before and after Worked with Sam on a great deal to get my Model 3 tinted. Their recommendations were spot on. Only small gripe is the passenger windshield pillar trim was not snapped back on correctly. I was going to take it back but fortunately I was able to snap it back in.

I was definitely taken care of here, and would recommend this business to others with no hesitation. They installed new door speakers on my Infiniti G35, as one of them had busted. They worked out a good deal with me, and did the job in timely manner. I plan to return and have my tint redone by the team.

Bought a groupon for my brother for his birthday and sent him to have tint put on his car. The guy he talked to said they do not except groupons on the weekends. The groupon doesnt exclude the weekends and if this is true they need to update the groupon because it is very inconvenient and rude to have an offer you are not going to honor. He ended up paying out of pocket and I have refunded the groupon. Very poor business practices!!!

Im happy with the tint job, to me the price is a bit much but the quality is good, if I had one complaint it would be after the tint job is completed the liquid they use for the tint seems to be on the inside dripped down the doors, that should be wiped away before the car is returned to the customer.

I used this company to eliminate an annoying rattle in the doors of my new truck. They did a great job and the rattle is gone thankfully!

These guys are great, did a new radio install complete with back up camera. My previous system was out of date and the camera was broken. Cleanly removed outdated equipment and walked me through how to operate the new radio and camera. Would highly recommend this shop!

Highly recommend! I stumbled upon them, by having put in a search on Google for “window tinting near me” and they had the highest overall rating. I skimmed through the reviews and everyone had nothing but good things to say. I called on New Years Eve, scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday which they were able to accommodate. When I arrived the representative told me the job would take roughly an hour and they were able to complete it in less time. The overall tint is very high quality and reasonably priced. Overall good customer service and pricingI got all my windows tinted with suntek cxpTook an appointment day before and it took around 2 hours to get it done .They said the moisture will evaporate in a bit and asked to not role down the windows for 3 weeks. So that the tint settles up . But for mine there are some dust and bubbles left under the tint . So called them regarding that and they scheduled to fix it . This time I am going to get it done at McKinney branch .Coming to the product , there is not a significant heat rejection as they said like 70% or so , but it’s good for privacy purpose .

They did an excellent job on two of our vehicles, we are going to take another vehicle to them to do. I love how they tinted the sun roof, it makes a huge difference in the vehicle.

I had the worst experience at this shop after taking my car to get windows tinted and custom speaker/radio system installed and spent almost $1500 at their shop. When I was driving home, I noticed some scratches around center console as well as my touch screen user interface. Once I got home, I realized there are scratches all over those 2 areas which is unacceptable. The owner and the shop denied any responsibility and refused to find a solution or even apologize. He accused me of making things up and said the scratches could barely be seen. And the stereo/radio does not even work half the time. I have never experienced this kind of poor customer service and such rude gesture from a business owner. I would not send my worst enemy to have anything done at this shop. The lack of professionalism and respect by the owner and the technician is beyond words.

Excellent work and service. Had these guys tint my windows a few weeks ago and they did a stellar job. Laid out all of the options and did the work professionally and quickly. Lifetime warranty on all of the work - what more can you ask for. They did a superb job.

Couldnt be happier with the results, only negative is, the new tint is 1000xs better that the factory. So now I have to go back an do the rest of the windows to match the front two.

I called Custom Car Stereo, they were curteous and professional. I needed window tinting. I took my car that day and received great service. My windows look fabulous! I brought my WRX in to have my amp installed. I live out of state and normally install my own stuff, so Im very reluctant to let others work on my vehicle. Sam and the team took great care of me, even fed me while I waited for the install! Needless to say per the 5 stars they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and Ill definitely go back if I need any future equipment installed!On a side note, I stopped to get gas a few hours later and realized the plastic latch to pop my gas cover was either broken or gone. I stopped back up there to see if the installer had removed it and set it aside while running wires under the carpet. They adamantly denied that they even took it off, let alone broke it. While they were looking for it in the shop I went back to the car and found the missing piece under the latch assembly, which must have popped off when they put the rubber floor mat back after the install. I was a little embarrassed since I went back up there without giving the car a good search first but they were very professional about it and it definitely shows their character. Kudos again guys and I apologize if I didnt seem very happy when I came back but shes my baby!

I got my speakers fixed here in August for $500. The speakers were doing great for the first couple of days but now I am having issues. For some reason the radio is going in and out. I took my car back to ask them about the issue and the guy acts very nonchalant and like there is nothing wrong. I have never had this issue with my radio until I brought my car here to get my speakers replaced. I also see other people in the reviews saying that they are having the same issue. If you want you some quality speakers replaced, do not come here.

Im so glad I walked out of the place in Dallas I went to right before here (which was trying to sell me a cheap quality for a high price and was going to take 2 hrs minimum.) I have been here more than once and brought friends. I wanted tint on my car and gave me options. My husband has base and they added a bass nob. They do amazing work and it will be done in the time frame they give you. I would recommend then to anyone who wants tint bass or anything else.

Made an appointment! Got in and out with no issues, it’s been almost 2 weeks and tint looks great! They offer a Groupon deal but when making the appointment they advise that you cancel the Groupon and receive their in-house deal if you prefer darker tint. Also, there’s a flat rate if you pay in cash, taxes are charged when using a credit or debit card.

I found their staff very courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job in tinting my car windows.

There are so many things that went wrong! The quality of their work was good so I gave them 2 stars. They showed me a stereo that they were going to install then installed a much cheaper one. They didnt listen to my original complaint which was I didnt get good reception and I wanted to know if my speakers could be the problem . Instead they charged me $450 for an $80 stereo and I still dont have reception. They called me 15 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up my car asking if I could pay in cash. They tried to hard sell me on many upgrades that I was clearly not interested in. To top it all off they broke several portions of my door panel. I reached out about my complaints and was told that he would try to talk to the owner and see if he was willing to do anything. It has been over a week and I have still not heard from anyone.

Window tint technology has come a long way. These guys gave me a demonstration of the infrared heat blocking effectiveness of various films. The price went up considerably from the phone quote I received but I dont find fault in that given the quality difference between their entry-level film and the film I chose. They install a quality product and the price is competitive and fair.

I was completely satisfied with my experience here - it was great from start to finish! I contacted them in the evening just before closing, and was still able to get an appointment the very next day. Along with being extremely accommodating, they gave me a really good deal, and I was impressed by the competitive prices they offered on the product/services I needed (high quality window tint).I was impressed as well by the skilled work of the technicians, who finished the job in under two hours (despite it being a weekend and me arriving late)! Also impressive was the clean and welcoming environment inside the business itself, plus the comfortable, cozy customer waiting area.But I was most impressed by the awesomeness that was Ryan!! Great service front the time I called to schedule an apportionment. I called Friday morning before business hours and no I didn’t leave a voicemail. However they have caller ID lol so someone called me back as soon as they opened. Literally on the dot! The guy (totally forgot his name, sorry) was super helpful and answered ALL my questions. He got me scheduled for the next morning. Even offered me to come in 15 minutes before opening to complete paperwork a get my car in first. Once I arrived we got straight the point, he was super detailed going over tint protection levels and etc. Thank you! Anyway I was given a two hour wait. I left and they called once my car was ready. The guys did an amazing job on my coupe. The black on black looks so much nicer. The tint gave it an extra touch! I am beyond pleased. I’ll definitely refer family, friends etc.

Got two cars tinted there.I reached at closing time on my M3 and got the most expensive ceramic tinting.I guess it was rushed as it was closing time.The bubbles did not go away after a several weeksAfter 2 WHOLE weeks I went back(yeah Im lazy, Na jk, I have a job that be the death of me), they changed it and fixed it to perfection for 0 extra charge.They really stand by their lifetime warranty

Quoted a fair price and headed in for a super efficient tint job. I believe he said 3 techs knocked it out because I was waiting in the lobby while the work was completed. Wish I wouldve went with the extra UV magic that was demonstrated, but the job was for a car that didnt get a lot of use. Overall great work by a professional efficient crew. I drove almost 35 minutes just to get my truck tinted at this place because of a recommendation from a friend and Im so glad I did. Without even telling them, they realized how far I drove and tried to get me earlier in the schedule because of it. The prices were $100 cheaper too than the reputable place I called closer to my home. Quality work done as well.

Had a stereo and amp installed in my Mercedes; a difficult task for this vehicle. Custom car stereo and tint did an amazing job and 25% less than other quotes I obtained. I cant express how pleased I was. The equipment was neatly installed with no visible wires. They even offered to tune the amp to match a woofer box once I get one. Ill definitely be back to upgrade my factory component speakers!Well, its 3 years later and took took my new vehicle to Custom Car Stereo & Tint to get tinted and am amp/speaker box installed. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The tint looks sharp and my stereo sounds great! Another 5 star review!

I got my vehicle tented on April 21st, almost a month ago, and it hasnt given me any trouble. Customer service was amazing. The owner got me in and out with no appointment and took his time to walk me through the process and made sure I was aware that he will take care of any issue in the future from the warranty. Only issue I have is that the tint did have some dust spot so you can see some specks. Very minor issue and I dont mind since it can always be fixed from the lifetime warranty.

A little pricey for only one window but they seem legit, my car looks really good. Lifetime warranty, thats all I have to say.
