These guys are awesome! I had an issue with my alarm and they got me right in and took care of it in minutes. Their new facility looks great! Do not look for anyone else if you need alarms or other electronics for your vehicle!

Gone to this team for LONG time now. Again got radars put in two different cars, both completed in 18 hours each. They are fast, efficient, and communicate well. Hoping to get back in for some paint protection soon!

I have an off brand alarm previously installed in my truck. These was a “birds nest” of wires underneath the dash and I couldn’t ring the button to program the new remotes. The fount the switch in that “jungle” with the wire pulled out from the switch. They repaired it , programmed the remotes and cleaned up the wires at a very reasonable price. Fast and very friendly, they have my business from now on when it come to new automotive electronics.

I’ve put systems in 4 vehicles. All at different shops. Steele Shop has been the best by a long shot. I’m particular about little details and appreciate that Matthew was patient and took the time to listen to me. I’ll use them again.

Went for a fuse issue on my vw passat. Matthew took his time and found the issue changed out the fuse and then he did something that shocked me. He told me no charge. Thoroughly surprised. Great group of guys here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as a veteran and also a person of color. Dont sleep on these guys.

I was very impressed with this shop. I called all over the Dallas area looking for a shop to put a system, deck and cameras into my ferrari, and boy did I find the best one. Matthew was awesome from start to finish. His crew took a little longer than expected but they were meticulous and my car came out flawless. Service like this is hard to find these days . Shipped wiring harness on a Monday had new radio an it programmed delivered on Wednesday

Steele Shop did a great job helping me with my radio. They told me all of the options and then installed the new radio very quickly. The people were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I brought my Maserati to them for a back up camera, did not question the price and although the product works fine and they are friendly to talk to, I would never take my car to them again . When I got home, I went to press the button for my gate opener and it was no where to be found, next I had to get something out of the trunk only to find it a total mess with all the contents that were neatly in there just thrown about and the tool box kit just laying on the floor instead of the trim panel it was torn away from. When I complained to the Dakota over the phone re: the button, he laughed! So all in all if you dont care about sloppy work, I would use their product, if not, look elsewhere. In all fairness I would also like to say that I had them do a custom car for me years ago and it was fantastic and I still have it, also reading their reviews it appears that this may just be a isolated incident. However, what generated this review the most is that he thought it funny!

Steele Shop was recommended to me by RAC Performance after purchasing a car. Matt, from the Steele Shop, helped me find a nice Apple CarPlay stereo and recommended front/rear cameras to keep the car safe. While things come up when someones working on a project - a harness doesnt fit, a different/ more expensive part is needed, more time is needed to get the job done, etc - Matt and team repeatedly did the right thing to ensure that I was satisfied with their end product. Matts upfront about not being the cheapest but about putting a good product in your car. He definitely delivered. Oh, he also delivered my car to me - literally!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They are highly knowledgeable and a JL Premier shop. They took care of a Uniden R7 blend mount install, replacing my stock speakers with Focal and adding a JL sub to my 2019 BMW. They are masters at their craft and their customer service really differentiates them from other shops. Highly recommend and will do business again.

Brought my 2011 Honda Accord to Joe and they did an amazing job. Finally have car play in the Honda with a front and rear camera. They did a flush mount on my bumper and it came out flawless. I can record reverse and going forward. The remote start is sick with the alarm. I love my car now! Thank you Joe and all the guys for the great work!

Excellent switch out and upgrade of the so called premium JBL factory equipped sound system in my wifes Toyota Avalon. Joe and Bob were extremely helpful and considerate of my desires and budget. A friend recommended Joe and staff to install a 4 camera video system in our 7 horse trailer, using the Nav screen and upfitter switches in our 2017 Ford Dually. In short, Steele under promises and OVER delivers on everything they do. Stop searching and call them. They had never done this specific horse trailer work before (they usually work on new Ferraris, Porsches, upscale Jeeps etc). They pre plan, research, get parts on site, install and deliver ahead of schedule. Ive hired this kind of work in Ocala Florida before, but Steele and Joe have raised the bar on quality, thoughtful work. Plus they recommended improvements to the Dually I hadnt planned on. Like a nicely placed and good looking LED light bar for our 4 am drives on Kentucky horse farm back roads. Steele is our new gold standard, up there with Tesla, Apple, Amazon and a couple others.
