Prices are reasonable...happy to see the store still surviving. Ive seen it change names in the last 4 yrs since they first opened. Hang in there it will get better with time!

Price was marked on a bottle was marked $109.99. Went up to counter and they told me $139.99. I showed them where it was clearly marked and they said that the sale was over, and it was $139.99.

Patrons were not enforced to wear masks. Cashier happily chatted with several of them without wearing hers (tucked under her chin). We were going to buy whiskey and seltzers, but were taking our business elsewhere now. Really disappointing.

Always super friendly, helpful when you have questions, and they keep things in stock that I cant find anywhere else.

Very poor selection and service. They mismarked an item and wouldnt honor the sale...their mistake but they refused the sale...As a (former) regular customer, never going back...Specs is less than a half mile off Parker. Much better service and selection. Avoid this hole in the wall.

Ive never been let down by those working there, the prices or the stock.

Since moving back, I have been here several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Not sure of the persons name that helped me at check out, (initials S A was on the receipt) but she was friendly with a great since of humor!

We really like getting our wine and spirits here for special occasions and parties. The location is a decent size and the parking is always accessible. The staff have always shown us great customer service and are always willing to give suggestions of new things to try. They even carry Peach Crown when other stores in the area dont.In general, their prices are reasonable and the place is always stocked and clean. This is overall a good liquor store.

Not friendly at all. Walked into the store 2 employees at the front. 1 was checking out someone other one standing there. They both looked at me neither said hi or anything. Walked around looking for Mikes hard lemonade took my time looking. As I left no one said anything. Felt very unwelcome. Customer service is speaking to every guest that walk in the store not just the ones you want to talk to.

I wish i can give Zero star.......for this kind of customer service & rude behavior !!!!I have been a regular customer here for last few years and always get best customer service specially from other employees but, unfortunately I visited the store on 10/08 between 4pm - 5:00pm with my 6 yrs old. I brought my alcohol at the counter and my 6 yr old picked up two chocolate bars to the counter to ring but, the lady behind the counter with blonde hair started yelling at me that my kid can not touch or pick anything from the store not even a candy and he cant be in the liquor at all and was yelling at me very loud that i dont know the law and she knows the law and if my son touch the candy she will get $5,000 fine and who is going to pay for it. She was not only very rude but, yelling and made me feel embarrassed in front of the other customers. I will make sure that i will never come back to this store and rather take my business somewhere else.

If you’re looking for a bottle of wine, or your average, basic liquor, prices are normal. If you’re a whiskey connoisseur, then expect to pay almost double of second hand pricing. It’s their business, so they can price what they want, but letting people know what they’re getting into.

Friendly staff. Convenient. Box broke. Previous owner traded 12 pack. Current owner dgaf and I had to sit out front and pick glass out of box in a puddle of beer. Nice cashier brought me a couple of plastic bags so I could put the 8/12 beers in my car. 5 stars for staff. -2 for owner. It def was not about losing 4 beers. It was humiliating salvaging what was left in front of the store while ppl stepped around me and owner posted up watching me through the doors. Thx buddy 👍👌👈✌

Dont know that I can really give an accurate review at this time, with the virus thing screwing everything up. But, the inventory didnt seem all that great for a store that size. Seen better at smaller stores in Dallas, etc. But maybe it was a supply issue right now. The main 2 things I went in there for, they didnt have or dont carry. Prices seemed a little high also. Not extremely more than average prices, just a bit higher.

Horrible customer service today. I accidentally purchased the wrong bottle and was told I couldnt exchange or return it eventhough I didnt leave the parking lot. Policy is fine and one person tried to explain while the lady in the head wrap who I wasnt even taking to kept yelling NO at me. I just purchased the correct bottle on top of it. I was told only the manager could do it and there wasnt one there today. They dont show them how to do returns or exchanges. Again, policy is policy but to be rude about is horrible. This business needs better employees because they lost two customers today.

Very rude and not very helpful. The price on the shelf said $19.99 and they charged me 21.99. I pointed this out and they made a big deal about it like it was my fault. I explained I paid 21.99 last time and they did not even apologize. Will try to avoid this place.

For some odd reason refuse to disclose any prices over the phone and insisted to come in person to find out. Weird!!

I was standing next to two employees who were speaking Spanish (and assumed I didn’t) who were having a conversation about how fat I was. I was so humiliated that I did not confront them, but called the manager who denied anyone in his store spoke Spanish (not true). He was nice but essentially told me not to worry what others thought and get over it. How about retraining your employees to not have sour expressions on their face all day and then talk badly about customers openly in public? I’ve lost the weight since then, but I’m sure they’d find something else to ridicule. Shut this place down.

Two stars because they actually had several bottles of a hard to find bottle. On the other hand they were gouging at almost double the regular price for it. It is one of those bottle that at most places that will get in stock will limit one bottle per customer so certain other places *cough* wont wipe them out and overcharge for. Not saying thats what they did here...but they sure had a decent amount when nobody else in town had any.

Great store. While browsing, I was asked by a store associate if I needed help. I asked him if they had tequila rose and he immediately showed me where they were. I then asked if they had any small bottles of pre-mixed drinks and he directed me to them and gave recommendations. At the register, the female associate was also nice and helped me pick out the mini tequila shots I needed. The store was clean and arranged.

Had plenty of liquor to choose from, but female attendant was on her phone the whole time and was pretty aggressively asking us if we needed help. Made us feel like she was just trying to rush is out.

Cashier and 5 customers without masks. Will not be going back to what was one of my favorite beer stores for a bit.

Great liquor store - always a good selection of boutique labels and excellent selection of local and regional distillers. Super friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Its a retail experience as much as a great place to pick up a bottle of liquor up north.

I mostly go for whiskey. They have the common alcoholic drinks and the staff is always friendly and speedy with the transactions. This makes it all a smooth experience.

I like it b/c its nearby my work so I can run up & get there quickly as I tend to wait til almost 9pm to go get Tequila for my husband. They really have quite a diverse selection of liquor. I agree with other comments that the people could be friendlier but they arent unfriendly. I dont think they are originally from here & people from other places dont always get our TX friendliness. I do like the huge selection of little bottles they have b/c its a good way to try new stuff w/out committing to a large bottle of that you might not like.

The Staff is great! The store is nice, clean and well stocked. Also, the staff is pretty good at letting you know of any specials going on.

For not being part of a chain that Im aware of theyre very well-stocked and have friendly staff. They also pretty much have everything that you would generally want up to and including a good selection of foreign beers.

Liquor Depot is my go to spot for fine liquors. Customer service is amazing, and they carry all the best brands. Sanjay is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Close to where i live make it convenient. Prices are high with no sales on premium liquor. Construction make it a headache at time. Employees are few and when need help none around. .plus employees seem like they dont want to be there.

This is my go-to liquor store. It has the best selection of any non-chain liquor store I have found around here. Chains like Specs usually have staff that of overbearing and not as friendly, especially near closing time. The staff members at Liquor Depo are always friendly and having a good time with customers and one another whenever I go in. Great prices too.

Just bought some vodka for a good price and a staff member asked if he could help us. But as we were leaving the staff member acted hostile towards a black couple that had just walked in. He demanded to see her id before they even got through the door. No hello. Weird and uncomfortable. Dont feel right about going back

😡 If I could leave no star I would. The manager here ( Indian man ) was very rude and racist. Me and my friends were trying to decide what kind of liquor we wanted to purchase while he harassed us the entire time. He even told his coworker to watch us while we shopping 😡😡 I guess because we are African American he assumed we were going to steal. I will never go back there !! Worst customer service ever !! He even told my sister if she breaks a bottle she will have to pay for it, which was a bottle she clearly had in her hand to purchase. Don’t shop here. Who wants to spend money with people who threatens and Racial profile their customers ? Nobody !
