Excellent experience. The salesman, Mike, was very professional and thorough without being pushy. It was a big decision and we never felt rushed. We look forward to hopefully fixing our back pain with a new quality mattress.

Joyce was an absolute delight with whom to work, not least because she was able, in fewer than two and a half hours, to resolve a number of issues that I had previously experienced when attempting to purchase through corporate sales. Indeed, whereas corporate sales promised and failed to meet two shipping deadlines and—moreover—failed to acknowledge a request for a refund following the second such missed deadline pursuant to FTC guidelines, Joyce was able to arrange a refund, promising to keep me in the loop until it is deposited to my original method of payment, while also ensuring that I received a mattress better suited to my personal needs. She deserves all of the credit that she receives and more: please support local franchises when possible rather than the Byzantine machinations of an ostensibly uncaring and demonstrably unprofessional corporate office. And if you’re looking for a sales associate who will go above and beyond for you, please seek her out: I truly cannot articulate high enough praise for her. :)

Been thinking about purchasing a purple mattress for awhile but wanted to go to a store to try it out. Joyce Beauchamp assisted us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were debating on buying in store or just purchasing from the purple website. I’m glad we decided on purchasing in store. We saved a good bit of money doing so! Very happy with the purchasing process and customer service so far. I was kinda hoping we could pick up same day. I was advised they don’t have any in stock at that particular store at any time, they just have the demos. They do offer free delivery and set up for our purchase though 😁

Joyce Beauchamp in Carrollton is awesome! She made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and spent great time explaining the difference in mattresses and even helped me work through a warranty claim for credit on a mattress that I was unhappy with from a prior purchase and store. The store I purchased from originally made no effort at all to offer information regarding warranty. Joyce provided the best customer service and I appreciate her willingness to work with me.

I just bought the bed so hard to give a review.. I havent slept on it yet. Joyce was very helpful and knowledgeable I bought a 10 memory foam but it has only expanded to 8 but Ill give it time so Im not sure how this will play out.. Thats why Im only giving it 3 stars

I was all set to have my bed delivered on Tuesday. The truck got here and it had the adjustable foundation but not the bed. They made an appointment to bring the bed and foundation back on Thursday. It turns out that the bed I selected was damaged, and they didnt want to own up to it until someone called them. (This is a fifth grade excuse for poor communication.). Amazingly enough I called them to find out why my bed was not arriving on Thursday. They could get the bed I ordered in slightly more than a month. At that point I talked with my sales associate and made the decision that my best bet was to ask for a refund. You can go to Target with a receipt and get a refund instantaneously. You can go to Walmart with a receipt and get a refund instantaneously. You can go to the Dollar Store with a receipt and get a refund instantaneously. From Mattress Firm you can get your refund in 7 to 10 days. Which for me meant that I could not take advantage of the Labor Day sales that would all be over by the time I got my refund. I have to say that made me very upset. Michael, my sales associate at the store in 30117 ZIP Code was very polite. I might not have been. The manager at that store was very firm about the fact that Matress Firm policies and procedures had to be followed very strictly and that she was not allowed to make any exceptions. Unfortunately Michael was in a similar way loyal to the Mattress Firm way of doing things. I find it very upsetting that you have more than one warehouse around the United States but you cant transfer merchandise from one warehouse to another in order to fulfill an order. I cannot remember any organization or merchandiser who has given me more disappointment and more frustration than Mattress Firm. Your policies and procedures are dated and are certainly inconvenient for your delivery crews, sales associates, and very strict-by-the-Mattress-Firm regulations book, store manager. I would not recommend doing business with this franchise under any circumstances. Better to drive 50 miles to another city or order something on Amazon than do business with these unscrupulous vendors. Their systemic problems originate in policies and procedures that cannot be adjusted by the local vendor. 100% of my customer service failure is due to antiquated policies and procedures that come from a rigid corporate view. Stay away.

She worked with me to help get the best payment option. Shes knowledgeable and professional. You are lucky to have her!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. The only problem is we must wait 6 weeks to receive our purchase due to lack of raw materials from the pandemic. But the sales experience was spot on.

We are beyond happy with the service here! We came in a half an hour before closing with two kids in tow. They were so accommodating at the late hour. They treated our kids with respect and included them in the process. They were open and honest about the quality of each mattress we tried. My family had a really great experience here. The delivery was on time and correct and we are really happy with what we ended up purchasing. We really love all the help they gave us!

When we stopped at Mattress Firm today we thought we knew what mattress we wanted, Michael did a very good job waiting on us listening to what our needs were he didn’t try to sway us one way or another but showed us comparable mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and courteous trying to get us the best deal, overall very satisfied with our experience!

I took my mother in a few weeks ago to Mattress Firm in Carrollton,Ga to get her a set of mattress. On a side note, she has not purchase anything in 15 years so now she doesnt have credit. To her surprise and myself Chris gets her approved for her first purchase of mattress. It was the most wonderful feeling ever to see my 70 year old mother smile the way she did when Chris informed her she gotten approved herself for her own mattress set. This particular location is fine, but the company itself is awful. We bought a mattress two years ago and the springs collapsed on one half. We filed a warranty claim and got two weeks of runaround. They made us take more pictures than their online portal requires, which we did even though it delayed things an extra week. We had to strip the bed to take the pictures and while the sheets were off our dog tracked some dirt onto the bed. Mattress Firm made us wait two more weeks and then. denied our claim because of a stain which was dirt the dog tracked over it while we had the sheets off for the extra pictures they required. The point is that theyre selling substandard products and will not honor their warranties. Done with them.

My husband and I splurged when we purchased a returned Posturepedic mattress at a reduced price and the adjustable base in March of 2016. The salesman assured us that though returned within a few days by the previous owner, the mattress was deeply discounted, and the company had thoroughly cleaned the mattress so that it was completely new looking and sanitary. Our bill was almost $4000, but the mattress is completely worth the price as it is perfect for us, and we sleep so much better.While we did receive a deep discount on the high quality Posturepedic mattress, after the delivery guys set up our mattress, I went up to look at and lie on it. I noticed the mattress top had blood stains and black-looking smudges. It did not look new and as if it had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.I called the store immediately, and after I briefly explained the soiled appearance of the mattress, the salesman who sold us the set assured me he would return my call as he was with a customer. He never returned my call even after I called back the next day.Others have mentioned the failure of the salesman at this store to return their phone calls, and I will concur. When we first looked at the set several weeks prior to actually purchasing it, we left as we wanted to think about if and how we could afford that price. The salesman had no problem calling to check on our decision, but after he made the sale, he did not bother to return my call. I may do business with this store as I think we received a good price, especially IF the mattress would have been cleaned and sanitized as promised, but I will choose to do business with a different sales associate.
