The team at Family Upholstery was kind and professional from start to finish! Quality fabrics to choose from with attention to detail! They took two of my grandmother’s 1970s sofas and transformed them into velvet green masterpieces! Other work I’ve had done there has been of the same quality. And now they have a sweet boutique to shop for those finishing touches to your home.

I took one of my grandmothers rocking chairs. This chair had been missing the rockers since before I was born (broken). They had the chair refinished complete with rockers. You cant even tell they arent original. Then they did an amazing job with the upholster. They were also very patient and helpful as I was trying to make up my mind on the fabric. The chair is just amazing and Im so happy I took it to them.

They never called with price as promised. I tried calling (no answer) and leaving messages for a week but no one ever called back. Finally retrieved my property (still untouched). Would not recommend them.

I had a couch, loveseat and antique chair recovered and I am thrilled with the results! All 3 pieces look brand new! I was kept informed all thru the process, and all of my questions were answered. The delivery team were fantastic too - they took great care when moving each item. I will definitely be going back, and highly recommend Family Upholstery!

I came in with an ATV seat that needed repair. They took care of the job and kept me posted of the progress. Price was fair too.

I have used Family Upholstery for many years (maybe 20+ years). I have always been well pleased with their work. A couple of times I asked for something to be tweaked and they gladly did it for me. I have used them for recovering numerous chairs of all kinds, recliners, and a vanity bench; making a custom ottoman to go with a recovered club chair, making cushions for outdoor wicker furniture and making custom throw pillows,; and recovering and redesigning a Pennsylvania House sofa. I gave them two pictures from catalogues of sofas I liked and they were able to create the back cushions from one photo and the skirt from another. I ended up with a very updated sofa.while keeping the great quality frame. I am happy to say that I have never encountered the phone problem that was mentioned in the negative reviews. I appreciate Family Upholstery and am glad we have them in our area.

This place totally ripped me off I brought them in a Paul McCartney duffle bag to fix the zipper on and I never heard back from these people every time I went there the door was locked they never returned my call all this just for a Paul McCartney duffle bag thank God it wasnt Paul McCartney t-shirt

Very bad experience, they took six months to cover me an ottoman, they did not answer the calls or answer the text messages, the work was my cost and they did not do it as requested. Very unsatisfied.
