Ive had nothing but a fantastic experience here both times Ive been in. My state inspection was quick and efficiently done, and they even installed some wiper blades Id picked up.I brought it in today for an oil change and described a problem Id been hearing. They fixed it for a simple $25. Quick, quality, no BS or gimmick upselling to me, and Im one of those easy mark females who mechanics often try to do that stuff to.

I supervise 8 pizza stores. I sent an employee to this shop for a new tire because of positive reviews. My employee received a defective tire and after realizing this, the shop basically said “not our problem .. you accepted it”.You just lost over 160 potential customers. Poor decision. To all reading reviews, be aware. My business thrives off of reviews. Too bad these guys decided to profit off their mistake instead of profiting off of potential business. Who ever runs this shop is clearly inept. Thanks for letting us all know to go else where. I’ll gladly spend $100 to learn to take my business elsewhere. Two thumbs down to you.

The fact that their employees take the roads as a race track is enough for me to put a 0 stars. You need to consider that there are people around your business that have babies taking naps. I will file a noise complaint with city if this continues.

Says Goodyear on building. I was trying to find a place to get my car inspection done and found this shop and they took care of me. I had gone to another auto shop next door to this and was advised would be 3 - 4 hour wait, for car inspection?! 😣😢 I came to this shop and they had my inspection done within an hour! Very professional and efficient, thanks! 🙄

Came in to get a leak repaired on my Goodyear tires still under warranty. At first they told me they only honor Sonsio warranties but couldn’t find my info because I purchased my tires at a different location. After presenting my original tire invoice with the sonsio warranty coverage info they were reluctant and said it would take some time but they would get to it. -I’m guessing they save warranty customers for last. Then after an hour of waiting they tell me the leak is not reparable and needs tire replacement (also covered under warranty) but said because I didn’t purchase them at this store they couldn’t do it for me.L because they are a franchise, not a corporate store. I called 2 other Goodyear locations to confirm and both told me the warranty could be honored anywhere with the warranty number (which I have on my invoice). What a mess! The Goodyear/Sonsio warranty essentially does nothing for you other than increase your bill. Will not return to this location much less to a Goodyear the next time I spend $1,000+ on tires.

This is my place for auto repair and maintenance for all my cars. Ive been coming here for 10 yrs. They are honest and wont tell you that you need repairs that are false like other auto shops. Mark and James will take great care of you in your automotive needs, they are definitely a 5 star for me.

BEWARE! DONT GO TO THEM if you want honesty and to not be cheated. They dumped all the coolant out of my A/C and did not replace what they dumped. This caused my Compressor to lock up and now I must spend over $1,000 for repairs. Of course, they will NOT take responsibility for their actions. The only excuse I got was that their technician is certified and has been for years. However, If that was a true statement, the tech would have known better than to let a customer drive away without recharging the line. I already spent over $400 and they offered to pay back the $59.99 which was the cost of finding out why my A/C wasnt as cool as it could be. FYI... When I took the car in the A/C was still running at 90%. I called several mechanics and they agreed that Goodyear is responsible for my compressor damage (James and Dave know it too, but will not take responsibility). With that being said, I took my car to Firestone right up the street and not only is it cheaper to make the repairs, they offer financing. I hated to have to finance the service, but I am so glad they have it available. I hope this helps you decide on where to take your car if it needs HONEST people working on it. Ask for Larry... He was on top of everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Theyre super helpful and straight forward. Theyve talked me out of several expensive repairs the dealership said I needed, and offered a smaller cheaper fix. This is my usual auto shop, even though I live 20 minutes away Im willing to make the drive.

VERY NICE AND CARING STAFF!

I have been a customer here for many years and have always been happy. I never feel talked down to or hit on like I have at other auto shops. They recommend services to keep my car running well, but theyre never pushy. I just got a faulty wiper blade replaced at no charge, and that says a lot to me...things will go wrong, but they handle it with integrity and that has earned my trust.

These guys are knowledgeable car enthusiasts who enjoy what they do. normally id recommend them but recently they installed some struts for me improperly, when i brought it to their attention i was told to come back on 3 different occasions because they were too busy to correct their mistake.were talking about 30 min worth of work here. cmon guys get with the program.

Went here to get a wheel alignment because I had just installed new suspension parts and got new tires and I was going on a road trip the next day. They did a great job and had me in and out within 30 mins. This is the first time Ive been to this location but Ill be back if there is something I cannot fix. I always have good experiences at Goodyear stores. Cant say that about Firestone.

I have taking all my cars there and very happy with there service.

A bit disappointed; I expected more expert advice/proper testing for the $92 diagnostic service. They literally looked up the check engine light code online then told me exactly what was online, which couldve been 1 of 5 things. They werent exactly sure which one it was. I researched the code online before I arrived, so I already knew that it couldve been 1 of 5 things & I heard the guy say that he had to get more information about the code online. I thought that when you paid for a diagnostic test, that they would at least test/look for the problem. I left feeling ripped off.

These guys do the bare minimum to get your car back on the road, use cheap parts, and cut corners wherever possible. Had a strut assembly replaced. Car was not aligned and tire pressure was not balanced before the car was returned to me. Every interaction with staff feels sketchy and dishonest.

Mark & his team are the best!!!!! 1st time here & they made sure I was well taken care of. I needed tire switched out & an oil change on my truck. They took me to wotk & picked me up when it was done just a few hours later. Best part of it all was they had to go searching for my wheel lock and found a $100 bill & made sure it was returned to me! I cant be more thankful they were honest! This is my go to place now. Thanks guys!

I called today to get a price check and even though their prices were higher than one of the competitors, they were very honest with me and told me I should goto that competitor as it was a very good price. They said they offer price matching but the competitors price was well below what they buy them for. OVERALL: Very honest, professional, and friendly. I hope I can go here in the future.

I highly recommend thus place for oil changes, preventative maintenance and repairs. Have used them for 5 years for both my cars. For instsnce: water pump, stuck windows, electrical problems. While waiting, there are eating places close by.

The service mgr is an A$$ hole. Dont go here. They def try and rip you off. If you are a woman they will try and take advantage. Pitiful because Goodyear is a solid name being represented piss poorly by this location. Go to Firestone or better yet id rather walk then give these jokers business.

This place really needs to find a better way to rip people off. I work around the corner and my coworkers take their cars there all the time. I had two warning lights come on and knew they just needed to be reset (the recent snow/ice tripped a sensor). I left my car at the shop and received a call soon after to let me know of the myriad of problems my car suddenly had. Little did they know, everything they found problems with were handled by the dealership 2 weeks before (for half the price!). I got my car out of there as fast as possible! Only let them fix what you ask them to! Beware of anything else they find!

I called around and got a couple prices for alignments and this place was close without a wait, so I printed out the $10 off coupon from the Goodyear website and headed over. Their price is $89, and I had gotten them backwards with the Goodyear on Forest Lane which told me $79 (my bad), so I was just gonna drive over to the Forest Lane location but the manager told me theyd take care of me if I stayed. Needless to say, they charged me the full price instead of $69, and couldnt find the manager to ask about it again cuz I had to get back to work.

Crooks. Highly suggest find somewhere else.

Last Saturday the 16th, I came to this location to have my oil changed and just a general inspection, yknow how it goes. They changed the oil, but that appears to be the only service they provided. I overheard the technician mention to one of his coworkers that the front left tire was a bit low on air, cool but when it came time for me to check out he never bothered to say any of this or give me a run down of the service performed. Not to mention that he was incorrect; the tire pressure light came on again less than an hour after leaving Goodyear, when I stopped by the Firestone up the street to get the tire pressure checked they informed me that not only were ALL the tires over filled with air, the front right had a nail in it that the Goodyear workers should have caught had they had their eyes open.Back to the oil change. They never bothered to turn off the maintenance light upon changing the oil, and calculated that the next oil change would have to be done 4,000 miles from now. What an arbitrary figure.All in all y’all get 2 stars because you at least did an oil change so high five, congratulations.

I went in because i had a flat tire and they checked it and told me the tire was no good, that i had to buy another tire. I didnt have any money so I told them I would come back, went to Walmart and told them I need it a new tire and the guy asked what was wrong with the old one. I showed him my tire and told him about this goodyear place saying my tire was not fixable. The guy checked my tire, put air on it and Now its running like new ! I cant believe they wanted to make me buy a new one, I guess since Im a girl they wanted to take advantage and sale me a tire and resale my other one which I had just recently bought 2 months ago! Good thing the guy at Walmart was nice enough and didnt lie to me! Also I called back to tell them my tire didnt need to be change and they hung up on me. Dont go here unless you want to hear a whole bunch of lies.
