If you are a lady I do not recommend this automotive shop. The manager Alex is very unprofessional. I went there for a check engine light and he told me it would be over $500 to repair. I told him I couldn’t afford that and opted to not have repairs done. Needless to say my car is in worse condition than when I took it there. Because now my engine cover is damaged, my fuses are sparking, my car is having trouble starting, and my check engine light is still on. How in the hell did I get here! I asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me to look online.

I am very thankful for this automotive shop. When my car broke down on the side of the highway, I called several shops for help, but was only told that they could assist when I found a way to get to their location. I finally called 1st Integrity Auto where the manager arranged a tow truck to take my vehicle to the shop where they further diagnosed and fixed the car on the same day. I was in dire need of my vehicle since I live out of town. I appreciate the attentiveness and the assurance they gave me that everything was going to be okay. I recommend this place to anybody, very wholesome and easy to talk to people.

Walked in at 215pm with an appointment I scheduled the night before. They took me in 15 minutes and they recommended a good spot to eat across the street. They called shortly after i finished my meal. As i was walking back i expected them to have a huge bill with a bunch of things they thought needed to be done. But to my surprise, they said all i needed was an oil change. No unnecessary this and that. Even said my break pads were good and i can come back when i hit 30k miles in order to change them out. The customer service and the keep it simple approach is what will have me back again. Thank you guys.

Fantastic customer service and automotive repair. I needed extensive repair to my suspension on my Infinite G37 and these guys went above and beyond to get my car back to me as quickly as possible for a reasonable price. Albis in particular was so communicative and helpful. So nice to have an honest and reliable car maintenance shop in the neighborhood!

Had an issue with my ac and dropped it off and they were able to take care of the issue within the same day. Unfortunately after 2 weeks the ac began to blow hot air once again. I called and they were able to get me in right away. The initial issue, leaking condenser was not the problem and they were able to find out the issue which was a switch that has gone bad. The switch regulates between hot and cold air. They were able to manually switch to cold air and now my vehicle is blowing ice cold air once again. The service is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Definitely coming to this location to get all of my service and vehicle needs taking care of.

Just a quick endorsement here for the pros at Integrity-1st. Albis is living by the name of the business. I brought my 2015 Challenger in because it was making a loud, $500-sounding noise that was only occurring when decelerating. I dropped it off and about an hour later I came to pick it up, expecting to pay a small fortune for a new drive-shaft, an rod knocking in the engine, or a transmission. Instead, he showed me that a heat shield between the exhaust pipe and drive shaft had come loose and was the cause of the noise. A very minor problem, and easily fixed without additional cost to me. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles to this shop in the future.

I had taken my vehicle in about 3 months ago to get a few different repairs and these guys left my car running perfect. Unfortunately, last week my car started leaking coolant and overheating and I decided to take it to the dealership, thinking it would be unmatches quality service. Unfortunately, the dealership decided to quote me for many things that had been recently repaired at Integrity 1st. So when i reached out to Albus he was super professional about the whole thing. He insisted that I bring it in to be checked under the 2 year warranty for their work...even sent his towing service at no charge to get my car from the dealership. Turns out all my car really needed was a hose replaced (which he said he would install at no charge). So far, both experiences with this shop have been top notch and they saved me from paying the dealership $1400. Thank you, Albus and team!

These guys are amazing. They were closed for the weekend to do an upgrade on their shop and I came in on Friday afternoon because my F150 was blowing cold and warm air and my Fan was running very high. Shah and Albis where so helpful that they went ahead and worked on my truck even though their business was closed for upgrade as I needed to get to San Antonio, TX to help with physicians with the pandemic crisis in our State. I was in a car accident on my way to see family for the Thanksgiving holiday November 2020. After dealing with the claims and 2 different insurance companies I was finally able to drop my car off here to get fixed!They did a fabulous job! I visited this location on my lunch (not my first visit). The staff is professional, friendly and my oil change was completed without any problems. It took a bit longer than expected (and longer than what I was told) to get it done, but I certainly appreciate them squeezing me in without an appointment.EDIT: The manager, Albis, reached out to me to discuss my oil change, and the time constraints I had. I think its wonderful that he took the time to do this, and that is what you call top notch customer service. I updated my review from 4-stars to 5-stars!

I took my car for body damage at rear and they worked very professionally from dealing with insurance company to the seamless body work done on my car. First time customer. Had a flat tire that caught a screw in it. Was afraid I might need a new tire. They checked it out in a timely manner and showed me where the screw went in and had patched it up. He said the tire was good and they also checked the air pressure in my other tires as I asked them to. No charge for patching the tire and I appreciate their honesty in not trying to sell me a new tire. Friendly place and would go back in the future.

Took my daughters car here a few months ago for some long overdue work on the struts. She drives it hard and never gets it serviced, so I was a little worried. Shah was honest with me about the work to be done. His quote was lower than ones from previous shops and he threw in some work with the brakes, too. He made a believer out of me. I have brought three of our cars here now and had excellent service each time. Shah is very friendly and remembers his repeat customers. Highly recommended.

I called around to several mechanics to find out how much it would cost in parts and labor to replace an alternator. I gave CJ the make, model and year of the car, and he quoted me at $230, although he said it could be as much as $320... that should have been a red flag because thats a pretty wide price range. The other places were $301, $338, and $350, but I figured if this place was closer to $230, that would be great! I should add I was calling for my boyfriend because he wasnt able to at the time. Anyway, he went to pay after it was fixed and they said it would be $360, and also added that the guy who gave the price quote was way too low and the bill was actually much more, but they couldnt charge that much more than the quote given... which I find highly questionable, especially since all the other places quoted me $300-$350. We chose this place based on their quote and turns out the quote was way too low? Its not a huge deal because it was only $40 more than the max of their price quote, but still... the fact that they made a point to tell him the bill was actually much more but they couldnt charge him that because of the price quote given... seems shady to me. We wont be back. Just be warned if you take your car here, and be wary of the price quotes they give you.

They quickly found what was leaking from my Cherokee, the heater core, and showed me where it was leaking from an overflow in the engine compartment.
