Helpful people who did a good job on my truck, within a reasonable time and for a fair price. Were they cheap? No. Neither was the quality of the work. They were the 2nd highest of 4 quotes and I dont see how the work could have been better. -You get what you pay for.- The lady at the front desk was friendly, relayed info and updated me regularly. I couldnt really ask much more and would use them again. 9/10

Jill and the C&H Body team took excellent care of us! Within a couple of hours of our accident I pulled in their parking lot with my bumper hanging down and a light dangling. My 6 year old and I were not injured but I was emotionally shaken from the accident when the gentleman hit us. Jill was a calming presence and walked us through the next steps. She was on the phone with the insurance company and the car rental company and helped us tremendously! Within the hour the rental car company came and picked us up and we left our van there. The repair took some time but I understand there is no way for them to have the parts in house and they are dependent on getting parts shipped from the manufacture. And then Covid also adds its own kinds of delays. Jill was consistent with updates on the status of our van. When our van was ready I was able to leave the rental vehicle there and she contacted them concerning pick-up. I highly recommend C&H Body Shop for excellent work, great communication and caring staff!

This place rocks my daughter used c&h a year and half ago and my husband had the pleasure of using this year staff was very professional and patient they made us feel comfortable and made sure to update him on all work I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of auto body repairs they gave my husband an estimated time of when the job would be finished and that’s exactly when it was finished we got the car back and it honestly looks like nothing ever happened thank you guys so much for everything and we will never forget you guys ...........forever indebted

If I could give them a -5 stars review I would. I was hit on my brand new car less than a month after I got it. The damage was extensive plus two airbags went off.They gave me an estimate and said the damage would have to be more than 75% of the value for the insurance to total the car. The initial estimate was about 50% so I had to tell them to repair my car. It took them 2 months, I kept checking and they were always telling me stories about not getting parts and then had to send the car to Hyundai to get the airbags programmed and supposedly this other place took a long time. I told them my car rental coverage was going to run out and they said they would pick up the bill if the car wasn’t ready.I picked up my car the day my rental coverage ended and when I went to charge my phone I noticed neither of the two power adapters was working. I took the car back and continued to drive the same rental I had been planning to return on that day.It took them 12 days to give me the car back and the power outlets hadn’t been fixed. He blamed the Hyundai place for not fixing them and sending the car back even though the outlets weren’t still working. He said there was nothing he could do and he couldn’t keep paying a tow truck to send the car to Hyundai.So I had to take the car to another Hyundai place and of course they found out that the problem is definitely related to the accident, therefore is not covered under the warranty.I also found out that the total repair cost paid to C&S was over $12,000 which is more than 75% of the value of the car.I think C&S gave a low initial estimate so they could get the job instead of having the car totaled.And of course he didn’t want to pay for the rental car on the additional days he had the car, so I had a bill of almost $300.They are very nice people and that fooled me into thinking that they were honest and reliable but it’s been one disappointment after another.

Like it didnt happen is a lie , they ruined my black 2016 Silverado that I work VERY hard to pay for, paint doesnt match, no coating on the bottom, my gas door nozzle ,door and cap just flops around. My tailgate was scratched like the artist was signing his name, when we took it back the money taker I wont say worker had people complaining to similar things ,said ah no big deal...the vehicle I break my back to pay for NO big deal....Im looking at my truck as Im typing this and Im thinking yeah its a big deal to me..This place sucks its not the C and H I remember by the police station..they need to be reported to the BBB oh yeah the bottom of the truck bed doesnt line up go figure

When I dropped off my truck they said it would be completed in about a month. Well one month later they have not even touched it. The owner said if i wanted it done faster to take it somewhere else. Absolutely would not recommend!!!

I shopped this place on quality, and I got it wrong. Maybe if I had asked for Jimmy up front they would have done a better job. The shop fixed most of my front end collision, but the craftsmanship of the paint and preparation is below average, and the quality of the fender alignment is below average. Theres virtually no quality control at any level in this business. They missed much of the scope of what I asked for, and didnt communicate with me during the repair. In summary, if youre looking for a shop that takes pride in their work, this is not it. They werent crazy with their prices, but they also didnt fix much of it and couldnt bother to call me.Update 1 year later: The flaws in their work come through even more with time. If you just want somebody to make your vehicle look okay from 20 feet away on the cheap, this may be your ticket. Just dont think they are going to do meticulous work. I stand my 3/5 stars.
