It was our first time here. Amazing options, great customer service and icecream tasted yummy. We will keep returning. 2 generous ice cream scoops were $4. We have been to other ice cream places where that would’ve been a lot more. They were really good at explaining what the different things were the flavours etc.

Every time I enter this place, I am greeted with such friendliness and warmth. Im not latina/hispanic, so Ive had a lot of questions about flavors, and every single time the staff have been so patient and welcoming to me.This is my GO-TO for paletas, and I am on the clouds every time because they are SO delicious! Definitely recommend!

I got my ice cream right away when she gift it to me it started to melt and that no Tom bc I was trying to injoy my ice cream with my dad and I’d melted so fast that’s why I will gift you 0stars out of 5

They have really good elotes!

Its not that bad. It has a very overwhelming smell, but you get used to it. Staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome. The tables can be cleaned a little more, but they have toys for the kids to play with.

The staff are friendly, the place is immaculate, and their products taste great. This would be a great place for childrens birthday parties.

The worst place ever, mango ice cream is terrible it taste like water. You cant compare this place to the one in palatine. I ordered some dorilocos and they literally looked like someone just went and took a dump on the doritos.

Very bad customer service !!!! The workers treated very badly. The hygiene was very bad. They did not wash their hands, much less wear gloves. They were told and they got upset and they ran us out of the establishment ......

It does not serve the service that the snows are good and everything else but the person is charged if for some reason they are wrong in something and throw it away they try to charge you and never give you receipt all the time you have to ask so that they do not steal you and for everything they charge up to the containers to bring aberci the owner did something for this because it is not good if they do not do things well I do not know what these people want there, unless the owner likes to steal thats what they do

The lady who is in charge in the afternoons is very rude treats very badly the girls who work there, you can not tell her that you want something extra because she immediately says that she charges extra. The problem is not that and that the extra copper is fine but It does not put anything extra in fact it puts less to anything you ask and charges Double what things cost Normally I spend 100 to 150 Alli per week but since this lady is no longer going The service is pesimo pinches thieves and half of corn to finish at full price
