08-10-2021 Update: After multiple calls and emails we still have not heard back from anyone and have not gotten our money back.If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered an ice cream cake on the 07/11 to be picked up on the 07/12 at 4pm. I called in advance to check that it was ready and they hadnt even started it. Had no idea what I was talking about. Asked me the name of the lady who makes the cakes, isnt that something they should know? I asked for a manager who they told me is conveniently not in all week. Ill never order anything from them again.

Horrible customer service, I went in there looking for a quart of Cookie dough it wasn’t in the pre package tubs wanting to be nice I asked the employee if I can get a pint instead of the quart of cookie dough and she asks me if there was another flavor I wanted because it was going to take too long to scoop. So I settled for a scoop in a cone instead, not only does she drop the ball of ice cream on the counter she almost scooped it back up and wanted to give it to me good thing I was right in front of her.

Me and my boyfriend tried to order door dash from this location and the lady over the phone was extremely rude. Its 2 am so I would get being in a bad mood. But I read some reviews and apparently she just acts like that. We placed our order and after a while we checked to see if a driver accepted it. We noticed it said this location hadnt accepted. So we called to see if if went through correctly, and after 3 times calling she finally answered. She was extremely rude, and wasnt answering any of the questions we had asked. She told us that she wasnt accepting any phone/door dash orders, which I dont understand why if shed have to make it anyway, and hung up. We tried re-calling to ask why and she didnt answer, after 2 calls she answered just to say she was done with this conversation and hung up on us again. We called again to see if there was someone else we could talk to and she refused to answer. I usually never leave bad reviews because sometimes people are just having a rough day, but after seeing other reviews like mine she seems to always be having rough days. I only ever go to this location, so it was really disappointing and Im still incredibly shocked how rude someone could be. Especially a worker.

I went to this place with a friend at 11:30 pm and the lady was so rude. she wouldn’t answer any of the questions that i had and then she said “i don’t have time for this goodbye.” and then we proceeded to go to a different place. i usually come here a lot and the service is good but she did not have the time of day for customers. awful
