Before 10 hours my appointment offloading nice people and helpful thanks so much

I was here for a delivery and they ask me for my truck keys and to stay inside my truck “the Manager” and I did as how he please, 5 minutes later a Hispanic guy came to my truck and told me to go inside, I explain him that his manager ask me to stay here and that In didn’t have my truck keys because he took them inside, he start been rude and told me I don’t care go inside!!!!, I was upset but try to keepMy self together and I listen the manager and him talking about that It was not need because he had my keys. But them I told the “manager” and he said me that I’m the beginning he told me to be inside the room of a waiting are that they have which He is lying but at this point I don’t care and I just want to get out there..... but guessss what...... they also lose my bills.... so I ended up calling my dispatcher for them to email the bills to the office and them I see the forklift driver sneaking through my truck windows trying to see if I have the bills. Really??????. Don’t come here ... they are lack of professionalism!.

I found the fork lift driver Jr. to be very helpful while I was there. Don’t hesitate to ask for him by name when making a delivery as he is very accommodating in helping and making it a pleasurable experience.
