Not to bad of a place. Parked overnight for an early delivery. Docks are kinda tight to hit because they park empty trailers on the curb. But it’s manageable. Had me unloaded and out within 1.25 hrs. Friendly staff. Four star review.

If you wanna be treated like an animal in a cage for next 4-5 hours , this is the company where to deliver to . They don’t allow you to sit in your truck and also before they start they ask you to surrender your truck keys .Shortly this is an excellent example how a truck driver should not be treated alike.

Overall a pretty good place. Dont arrive a minute before 05:00, they will quickly tell you to come back in at 5. Unloaded fairly quickly, above average for a floor load. Only downside is having to wait in the cage while being unloaded.

Very easy access to facility, in an industrial setting, you can find places nearby too park at. Staff was very friendly and efficient and I was unloaded in a timely manner.. They do require you to give them your key and have you sit in an enclosed area inside while they unload you.

Essendant supplies file cabinets for Sams Club and is Sams Clubs contractor. I received a damaged file cabinet from Essendant, and Essendant courier picked it up. Sams Club has no record of receiving the damaged file cabinet so they are still charging us for it. It looks like Essendants courier stole the cabinet and never informed anyone. Buyer beware !!!

This receiver is not as bad as prior reviews would suggest. Unloading time was better than average. The people were all very nice and helpful. Bathrooms are close. Yes, you do have to set in a receiving area while being unloaded. They have tight safety protocols.

I was late for my appointment due to I-57 closure (serious accident). They gave me a me a dock and unload me for 20 min. People working here are very nice. Thank you, Essendant!👍
