I want to give negative stars for the supposed store manager, Valerie Hotzclan (?) . An average 6th grader has a much higher intelligence level.I was called the day before my 1st Covid vaccine and asked to come in one day later so they would not have to open a new vial for one dose. i agreed after being assured it would not impact my second dose appointment, which was 4 weeks from the first. When I received the first dose, I asked again and was assured my second dose appointment would not need to be rescheduled.I arrived for my second dose and was told that they could not give it to me. Valerie said there was nothing she could do, even though it was their fault. I repeatedly (4 times!) asked her to call someone to get an override. She told me I had to come in the next day and that I had 42 days to get the second dose.I had plans to go out town for the weekend. Her lack of problem solving ability impacted not only myself, but others also.I was driving home - 45 mins after I left the store - when Valerie calls. She was so proud of herself for reaching out to the Pharmacy manager for an override. Something she WOULD NOT do when I was still in the store. I asked her 4 times to contact someone!!!It is a shame that Walgreens pays Veronica a managers salary, or any salary, for not having the intelligence to find her way out of a paper bag.***UPDATE*** Now this Walgreens store is calling me every few hours telling me I am due for my second dose. So STUPID!!!

I was their regular customer for more than 3 years, it was my primary Pharmacy. I’ll never step in any Walgreens again thanks to one of their managers which made me feel not respected and unappreciated as their customer which brought a lot of business. Everything is due to Covid-19, but people shouldn’t loose humanity due to Covid-19 though. It’s my third trimester of pregnancy and you can’t blame me for needing to use restrooms often. And it’s not that I was walking by and entered the pharmacy just to use the restrooms I actually came to buy some drugs. I started the conversation with “the manager” nicely, I said that I understand that the restrooms are closed due to Covid-19 but if there’s any possibility to make an exception for a pregnant woman. She had that disrespectful look like I was asking something inappropriate, she said that she can’t make any exceptions for anybody. I let her know that I always shop at this pharmacy but starting from today I’ll not step in this pharmacy ever again! Her answer was ok! Shame on you Walgreens for having such managers.It’s important to mention that the pharmacists and cashiers were always nice and helpful.

I didn’t mine the long wait or having to come into the store despite placing an online curbside pickup, but the customer service was terrible. The shift lead Carolyn has a terrible attitude and lacks basic customer service skills. She is extremely disrespectful.

It’s pretty good. Pretty clean. I usually use this as my pharmacy.

Nice place to shop but the worker I called they lied after they I asked do they have Sally Hansen top coat and said yes then i show up there was none ....... wasted my time this is the one Im looking for and it still out

The selection of things isn’t so bad here, but I just don’t feel comfortable going here, especially at the night because of the homeless people that sleep out front or hang out by the building. No matter the time of day, there’s someone lurking around the parking lot or by the side of the building. If I have to I get and in out as soon as possible and fast walk to my car.

This is the nastiest place I have seen. Bathroom soo bad, I WOULD NOT even dare use!

Drive thru horrible and slow placed on line order always and takes hour to get through drive thru pick up why dont you open up second lane like before !!! Care about you patients and customers

Nice store. Everything we needed was easy to find. The floor staff was helpful if we could not find something. The best of all, there is no line!

Most incompetent pharmacy staff Ive ever dealt with. Ive worked in retail and customer service and know what its like to deal with entitled people so I try to treat everyone with the utmost respect. The cashiers are fine, but the pharmacy staff are rude, unprofessional nearly to the point of malice, and extremely unhelpful.

Got back home several hours ago from my local Walgreens, where I had purchased 2 of their ready made microwavable Nicer in house brand spicy buffalo chicken sandwiches. I was surprised that Walgreens in house brands of foods were pretty decent. The meal was easy to cook up, easy to prepare and very easy to eat. So if anyone is ever skeptical about their in house brands of products, give it a try, like me, you might be very impressed.Oh yeah, the store was great, nice and clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The pharmacist embarrassed my husband by asking him why he needs his pain medicine! I understand the opioid crisis, but my husband is in chronic pain and takes his medicine only when needed. Its none of her business!! This chain is harassing people on pain medicine. We were 20 year customers. GOOD BYE!

Have had great service from this Walgreens and found most items quickly and easily. Some of the staff is wonderful. I have not had issues with the Pharmacy. Never had a problem parking.

The pharmacist has been rude multiple times. First time there she said my prescription would take less than an hour. I waited and waited - it took over an hour and a half! And when I tried to ask about it, they were rude again. I dont get my prescriptions filled here or at any Walgreens now. The one in Mountain View was great. What a difference.

I love the pharmacy staff, but Joann should reevaluate how she treats customers. Ive worked customer service 12+ years and never have I threw someones change at them. She seemed to have an issue that I returned something that didnt work for my husband. My husband was recently released from the hospital for a serious condition and needed pain relief. She also had an attitude about changing the name on my membership. Im a human.. Its her job to help people, not pick and choose who she wants to help because shes was certainly nice to the white customers behind me. This isnt the first time shes done this to me either. Ill take my business back to Wal Mart where I know the service is already mediocre.

Horrible service in the pharmacy at this store. I called in and was on hold for several minutes, someone answered and immediately put me on hold again, left me on hold for several more minutes and then hung up on me. So, I drove over and used the drive through, and they were very rude and slow!

I love this store and Ive only had one issue in many years of shopping here. Last year I ordered photos from my daughters bday trip. She wanted em 1-hour because there were some irreplaceable memory pics of her and her bestie in their bras... Nothing too revealing, pretty innocent pics. But when we went to pick em up, only those pics were missing from the order. There was a younger white male employee who processed the order and purposefully withheld those photos. He said he wasnt allowed to process naughty pics. I coulda died I was so mad. He wouldnt give us the pics... I think he may have kept em for himself. What a sicko.

The automated phone prescription refill process was simply perfect!

I went to this pharmacy to get a prescription. The lady that helped me souded like shes Russian or something. I guess she would be the main pharmacist. So freaking rude! I will never take a prescription here again! She said my dentist filled it out wrong and it would take her an hour to an hour and a half to read an email regarding how to read a prescription right. In the end I took my prescription to the one down the street and they filled it right away with no questions. The Russian lady had very very bad halitosis too.! BEWARE!

Great kind service

Closer was rude refused to sell me my items even after I had picked them up and was in line. It was 10:00 he said his registeres were closed. He said the time was 10:02 when I left I checked the time agin and it was 9:58. I will never buy from this Walgreens agin. What store refuses business to a customer that is litterly in line before they even close!? Horrible service.

I have hard time reaching anyone at the store or pharmacy or making refils...The line just rings for 40 mins and then the call gets disconected. Extremely disappointing. Anytime I have problem with the refil I have to actually drive to the store to resolve it because the staff is too lazy to answer the phone lines.
