I have been going to rite aid for quite a few years now and always had pretty good customer service my medications were usually done within a half a day or so and I could get a hold of the pharmacy very easily in the last few weeks its been taking up to two days to get my medication done and half the time I call I cant get through I am now done with rite aid.

Rite aid pharmacy is by far one of the worst parts of my day every time I have to deal with them. I have been getting prescriptions there for well over 15 years now but increasingly over the last 3 years their service has really declined rapidly. Always out of stock, waiting days for medication, sometimes sent to other rite aids only to be yelled at by a pharmacist. Then this week I had surgery. My doctor called in a new med and a refill, I sent my husband to get the meds only to be turned away stating I was not due till tomorrow. Fine, the refill ok but the new medication should have been given to my husband. A simple gas medication to help relieve pressure from surgery and they cant even do that right. Thank you for always disappointing and leaving your customers disappointed with your poor customer service.

The refill on orders is becoming slower and slower. Order was put in 6 hours ago but they still need me to wait 30 minutes to fill the order...

Had a prescription from my workers comp Dr that was denied by workers comp so I had my old Rite Aid pharmacy try to run it under Medicare Part D and I only paid $1.25. So, after trying to fight Zurich about the medication and realizing it only cost me $1.25 I had given up trying to get them to cover the medication. I have been telling pharmacists to just run it under my Medicare and multiple of them at 3 different Rite Aid locations have ran it no problem. Today I am questioned about my medication and why its not covered before being accused of fraud. I was shocked, embarrassed and angry that I would have no medication for 2 herniated discs in my lower back for the entire weekend. Apparently, I needed to have it ran and rejected by workers comp so my secondary insurance would be free to cover it.... wow... thanks for accusing me of fraud because I am unfamiliar with the proper etiquette in getting my rejected medication covered. You went from having a 10 year or so customer to having a customer so embarrassed that I will literally go anywhere else to fill my medications every month. Thanks for giving me a terrible weekend and making me feel terrible in multiple ways.Edit: Weird, after spending another 2 hours trying to solve this problem I went to the 1st Rite Aid, explained/apologized about them being an accessory to fraud and they told me that this pharmacist didnt know what he was talking about and they ran my prescription in 15 minutes. Sunrise and Madison is the Rite Aid you want.

I am cancer patient undergoing treatment. I have a prescription for a drug without which I can have a potentially fatal immune condition. The pharmacist (Chris) at this store refused to refill my prescription because the dose instructions (written by Rite Aid) were ambiguous as to whether I take one pill three times per day or 3 pills once a day. In his so-called “judgement”, it was better that I not have the drug at all and risk my health than that he refill it and trust me to clarify the minor dosage pattern issue when my doctor became available the next day. Moreover, he was rude and arrogant. Plainly, he preferred showing me “who’s boss” than protecting my health. Needless to say, I am changing to another pharmacy that puts their customers’ health ahead of their own ego.

Never have what I need

I am quite satisfied with this Rite Aid location. Not only do they fill your prescriptions fast, they have great discounts and items for sale. I would like to say thank you to all the employees there. Keep up the great work!

It has a good pharmacy there are 2 very good pharmacy employees. The pharmisist is good. The store is allways clean. employees are friendly and helpfull. Prices are in tune with others convenience stores. Its a good place to go if your in a hurry. You will most likely pay for the convenience. All in all a very nice place.

Pharmacists can be a bit irritable at peak hours, but are usually very friendly. Try going in the evening, and the atmosphere is a lot nicer. Can be expensive, but if you have a rite-aid card/plenti point card, you can get reasonable prices.

Pharmacist has a God complex! Chris the pharmacist is just plain rude! I’ve never experienced a more rude or condescending human being in my life and that’s saying a lot. It’s unfortunate because they are close and otherwise ok.

The worst customer service I have ever experiance. Be prepared to stand in line for 10 minutes with no one tending the cash register.

Th rude snapy pharmacy employees. Tell you it wont hurt you to wait for high cholesterol medicine they are not doctors to decide that for a customer but the employees are wonderful opposite than the pharmacys workers.

The title of this review will be disgusting garbage dump. And Im not saying that due to the sanitation or cleanliness of the store. Im saying that because this place stinks, and its because of the attitude of the employees there. As I was walking in, the alarm went off, this despite the fact that I was doing nothing but playing Pokemon Go on my iphone. I suspect it was caused by the woman who was trying to exit about the same time I came in, but that didnt stop the woman at the cash register for trying to blame me for the alarm as she rang up my purchase. Also, she was unfriendly and treated me with suspicion and contempt. Do you guys honestly think Id be dumb enough to steal something as soon as Id walk into the store, in plain view of security cameras and everyone else?I guess whats what I get for being a woman of color in the wrong place at the wrong time. Also, Arizona Iced Tea is 99 cents, but here, its two dollars, even after you enter the numb er for your useless Wellness card. Do me a favor and dont visit this Rite Aid. I find the ones in other locations are much better, with my favorite being the one on Del Webb in Roseville. They actually know what good customer service is, and have helped out my roommate and I by giving us directions to a certain place when we needed it.

Its always a line at the pharmacy. The pharmacy never answers the phone. And you cant get items on sale unless you buy the entire promotion, if its 3 for $6, you have to spend $6, unlike other stores will let you buy one and only spend $2.

This pharmacy hires only the crudest and rudest people.

The freaking lady was deaf and i asked for something and she gave me the opposite the lady was a retard and then I told her the problem she just lied and said she couldnt hear me so I repeated it loudly and she just walked away.
