I called Penske after trying many times to reach a uhaul location super close to me. I spoke with Pat about needing a rental truck for my specific need. He had everything and more for what I needed. This location adds extra charges! After checking in the truck and making no mention that they didn’t feel the fuel was FULL, they charged me $35. It was full, as I filled it immediately before returning. Make sure they check in your truck and sign off on everything before leaving. I had to call in and show them my receipts for all fuel to get my money back. The deck height on their trucks, old and damaged equipment, and slow service means that I’ll go with the leader in truck rentals next time.

Will price-match any local competitor. After much research, it was seen that this business offered by far the most cost-effective solution for a long-distance household move. The large box trucks are well-maintained and easy to drive.

Quick and easy dropoff of the truck along with great service. Just make sure you go to the kiosk along the road to speak with the attendant!
