It’s a small gesture, but the thoughtfulness of making the lock I purchased with the unit easy to open! The package was pre-cut for me and such a small touch just goes to show how important the customer experience is to this location. I’m big on great customer service, and I can truly say something that small has a huge impact on how I see this location!

This facility is exceptional. Weve used storage units in multiple states as weve moved around but this is the best by far. The location is easily accessible; the main building (where our unit was located) is extremely well-maintained; the elevators are very clean (and always in working order); and the management team has been very easy to work with. He was always welcoming and new my name whenever he saw me. We had two units inside. They are climate controlled. The place is so clean, even their bathrooms are squeaky clean and look like someone’s house! 🤣 The only reason we moved out was because we were finally moving into our new home! I can’t say enough about Jimmy and CubeSmart. I would highly recommend them for York storage needs.

The facility was always clean, easily navigable, and honest! I used the free moving truck moving in and out (after 15 days of storage it is 39$ to use the truck, but that is SOO much cheaper than a uhaul for the day)! They are very nice and cater to anything you need!

I didn’t need her to do that but the offer, itself, was heartwarming. Great customer service before and after we arrived from a gentleman who stopped by to see if we needed anything and brought us a cart. Say, what? I know they can’t be everywhere all the time but the customer service was A-plus and so is the facility. Glad I chose CubeSmart.

However, I have had the worse time with this other storage unit, the prices rise every year, the distance is far, the units are outside, not very clean and secure. They really went beyond the normal to help us. They also gave the most economic means to get our move done. I.E.: When COVID interfered the plan, they allowed us to leave our truck at their site a few hours which kept us still going forward.

Shamrock Self Storage is clearly a customer focused, high quality operation. Their facility is new, clean, safe and maintained beyond expectations. The drive up loading area and storage areas are spacious, temperature controlled and easily accessible to vehicles of all sizes. The freight elevators are large, fast, and always available. Wheeled carts are always available for use and make moving items in or out, large or small, extremely efficient. Professional movers were impressed by the ease of loading of large items because of the layout. Facility staff are friendly and personable and always available. Security is top notch, with easy to use access codes and camera visualization of all areas. Pricing is competitive and location is convenient. I highly recommend this for all storage needs and will plan to use them again in the future if ever needed.

This is our first time renting a storage unit, and it has been a great experience. This new facility is very nice and clean. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it. We chose a climate-controlled storage unit, and really appreciated the ability to drive into the climate-controlled building for loading/unloading. We are able to park right next to an elevator and a row of carts for moving stuff. Very convenient, and easy. The staff and facility have exceeded all of our expectations.

Finally, a storage place that has affordable inside, climate controlled units.Last year we had an outside unit from another popular place for the same price. However, it was not climate controlled and was smaller.Its great to park inside the building to load and offload.

The facility is beautifully maintained and the staff is courteous and very efficient. I was in desperate need of storage same day, due to a random and unplanned decision to buy a new home. In order to stage things, time was of the essence.I called CubeSmart and got a helpful associate who asked about needs and clearly explained my options and pricing. She set me up and told me to head to the office.I went later to the carmel, IN office on Michigan where (Randy, I believe?) helped complete the sale. Within minutes he had shown me my reserved unit, showed me how to use the gate/lock/keypad, and I was moving stuff in.I couldn’t have been more pleased with both the service on the phone and in person, as well as the unit itself. I looked for a indoor, temp controlled unit and found this place. Absolutely love it. Everything is new, elevator access to 2nd and 3rd floor, big carts to move your stuff around easily and its a drive in, so no getting out in the cold, rain, or snow. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a moving truck to move your stuff in!!!!!!. LOVE IT!!!

Great place to store stuff. I was one of the first to move in and they were very accommodating. Even when no one was scheduled to be there, I called and Jimmy came from the comfort of his own home to get me signed up and on my way. I have already referred one person, I would certainly do it again.

Manager Jimmy Wolfe helped us out in a bind when we had cargo unexpectedly not able to fit in our rented van. He drove it in his truck for us to our destination and charged us only $10 for the gas. Shamrock is clearly well managed, and we’ll absolutely take our business there the next time we need a storage unit.
