I took my wife to get her a 9MM pistol, her 1st gun. Joe assisted us and answered all her questions and showed her several different brands. Even though the store was busy he did not rush us. Joe is very knowledgeable about fire arms. I stocked up on a few different types of ammo as well. I highly recommend this gun shop.

Prices on firearms and ammo are pretty steep...I work for a gun shop and know for a fact their markup is pretty high. Come on guys, do better.

Called in to check inventory of a firearm, they did not have in stock but the guy was friendly and informed one would be arriving early in the week. Called in a few days later and found out the firearm arrived, and was now in stock. I inquired about the price and they had it on the floor for $250 ABOVE the manufacture LIST price. When I asked why it was so high the worker frustratingly reminded me that this model is hard to find. Sad.Current and future gun owners, there are plenty of places to shop that would not take advantage of you or your situation by price gouging when they can. Find somewhere else to go.

Had a decent selection of hard to find parts. WARNING! PRICE GOUGING!! Went in looking for a Glock, they had a few in stock but was $200 over typical prices. When I asked why so expensive, his response was hey, people will pay it

Enjoyed my first visit and after wandering through 7 ammo shops over the weekend from Bargersville to Carmel they actually had the lowest prices on ammo...will be back and appreciate the staff...

So heres the deal, took some sights that another local gun shop failed at being able to install. this shop did what was promised with no issues at all. thumbs up to Pinnacle for their attention to detail and professionalism.

Took a hand gun to get cerakoted here and was quoted $250-$270. No problem. Another shop i do business with regularly got back with me a few days after I had dropped the gun off at Pinnacle with a quote “around $170.” Now I’m starting to question it. When I dropped it off I mentioned I was a vet and the gentleman replied with “oh we take care of our vets. We offer a 10% discount to vets.” Cool. Went in to pick up the gun and the total was $275. I mentioned the veteran discount and was hit with “oh I originally quoted you $300 and took off $25 for the discount.” Bull. Even if that were the case, 10% of $300 is $30. I don’t do business like that, so I’m going elsewhere from here on out.
