I have had several positive experiences with Todd and Thomas working to get phone lines switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. They’ve always been so helpful, knowledgeable and patient not only with me but every other customer that I’ve seen in the store. By far the best phone support I have ever had!!

I added an authorized user to my account and had her go into this store so they could set up the sim card TMobile mailed to me. The store manager, Tyler, told her she wasnt an authorized user, and took the sim card she brought in. I called the store to figure out what was going on, and before I could even finish explaining what I was trying to accomplish, he interrupted me and eventually told me to shut up and proceeded to tell me there was no discrepancy on his end and told me to go to another store because I wasnt welcome there. I found it funny how he was able to tell me all of this without even asking for my passcode or verifying I was the account holder. He might be the store manager, but he has no customer service skills when it comes to customers that are not satisfied. I hope that phone call was recorded because it needs to be used to teach Tyler how a manager should stay professional and not act like a team member. Must be newly promoted. I truly hope his district manager gets involved so he doesnt treat other Tmobile customers like this.

This Tmobile has the best, most personalized service of any phone store Ive ever visited.Thomas was extrodinary at helping me with my phone and services.Above and Beyond.Deserves more than 5 stars

I purchased a Bluetooth speaker last night for around $200 or more. Got it home and played it and it wasnt very loud. Went to take the speaker back and Alex, the customer service representative, explain to me to play my music through Spotify, Pandora or Amazon. He played the music through those apps and it sounded like a concert coming from the speaker. Alex is awesome and definitely knows his job. Thank you.

I am converting from Sprint (after very satisfying 10+ years) to T-Mobil. Immediately they saved me $50 off my monthly bill, and suggested other changes. Very happy consumer, here!

Terrible experience, “system’s were down apparently” and had my card ran twice and put my card account in the hole and left with no phone!!!

Adam and the crew were great. If you ever need to switch to a new carrier this is the store to go to. Not every t mobile store is equal.

Love love love t-mobile as a company, and would recommend their service to anyone. Although, a recent trip and interaction with Adam the “store manager” has left me feeling frustrated. He has no knowledge on how to assist with our iPhone’s voicemail set up and also couldn’t identify what series of iPhone my fiancé had. We also asked about an employee discount for a local hospital and they had 0 knowledge about that as well. Just a disappointing visit overall.

I purchased a new Apple I-Phone 11 and had the information from my old Apple phone transferred to my new phone, I visited The T-Mobile store located at 850 E. 116 th St. In Carmel, and met the district manager Deon Clay, and the sales representatives, Thomas & Evan, I was very impressed with their excellent service, attention to detail and making sure I was satisfied as a customer, I would highly recommend you visit their store, if you ever have mobile phone needs, great job fellows, thanks, Louis Mitchell

Kristen has been a great help since I met her at Indy Pride with my best friend. She helped me get the speaker that day. Then a week later called and checked up on me and how I was enjoying my speaker. I told her I loved it and got in trouble with it at work. She told me if there was anything else I needed to let her know. A few days later I made the trip to her store and got me a smart watch. Kristen was knowlegable and responsive to any questions I had. She worked to make her and sales and it showed. Thank you Kristen for the good job

Staff is very friendly, efficient at their job, and highly professional in everything they do. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Collin and Eric were the two that helped me out start my Military Plan. Awesome dudes!
