The guy working there today was very helpful! He made my sons day by giving him a Pikachu card out of his personal collection! Will absolutely be visiting this store again.

Good customer service. I was able to get my son 4 PS3 games and they are usually hard to find, however they have multiple copies of the same games.

Very helpful! They didnt have the game I was looking for in stock, but the guy helping me looked up different locations that had the game in stock, then printed out a sheet with the info for said locations and gave me info in case I wanted to order the game online.

We went in to look for action figures for our sons. They had a nice selection of men. Also very friendly, nice customer service. Good selection and great customer service you cant beat that!

I went to GameStop to purchase an Xbox 360 game and I found San Andreas and it was $30 and I went to Walmart and it was $15 so if you want San Andreas go to Walmart not GameStop overall I still love GameStop

Someone left a perfectly good bike out front of the store. Imagine being that bike. All alone with no one to share the good and bad times with.

Good selection, polite help

We are not really into this at all...buying a gift for a grandson. They seemed to have a very good selection for gamers and possessed a good deal of knowledge. We were pleased with the experience.

The website says they open at 10am. I arrived at 11:50 and there were several people waiting outside in 26 degree weather, the store associates were getting coffee and then when they arrived back 2 minutes before open. Didn’t say a word to the customers. Not even a hello. Just walk pass them all, unlock the doors went in and turned around and locked them back. Now a minute before open. Leaving us all outside to freeze so they can have coffee and open not a second early. Worst game stop ever.

I called disc replay castleton to ask how much they would buy my PS4 for and within 15 seconds they told me the amount and said have a nice day, i called gamestop clay terrace and they took about 5 minutes of silence to tell me they can’t get their computer working, they asked for a phone number, i told them and when they called me back a few minutes later they told me they couldn’t even take my PS4, i expected no less from gamestop. GO TO DISC REPLAY

Ive used this store for years and never had an issue. Return policies are fair though many people fail to understand the reasoning. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Theres never been a time Ive entered the store without being greeted and offered assistance. Usually more than one employee on duty.

Best GameStop ever

I come to this store a lot, Rob and the other employees are always very helpful and kind. One of the reasons i still shop at Gamestop, is because i know i will recieve great customer service.

This Gamestop has way more than just games though, if you like any fandom, this place has something for you. It has clothes (shirts, socks, hats, wallets, patches for clothes, ect), kitchen accessories, board games, trinkets, Pop figures (Some that can ONLY be found in Gamestop), bumper stickers, figure pins, cell phone backs, DO I NEED TO LIST MORE? This is your one stop shop to any and all things nerd (an outdated term I think we can all agree) that isnt hot topic. Id like to add that the staff is on point, some of the friendliest, most engaging, in-love-with-their-jobs people on the face of this planet that is called earth. Id say its the most chill place in all of Clay Terris, eat it Cold Stone.

I am a month from being 17 but ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh I guess I cant buy gears of war 4 because Im saddddddddddddd and I was so polite when the employee messed up the introduction when he answered the phone before I asked my questions and I didnt mention it Ya game stop WAY TO HIGHER GOOD EMPLOYEES THAT WILL SAY YOUR GARBAGE SLOGANS FOR YOU anyway your supposed to make the customer happy and apparently this guy wouldnt even lose his job to make me happy good day to you

When somebody comes in to preorder a game and theres only a digital copy of the game, make sure to let them know theres no physical copy so they dont waste their time coming back to the store to pick up a code. I could have went online to make the purchase instead of wasting gas coming to the store.

There is a guy who works here who its incredibly rude, I have started driving an extra 15 minutes to go to a different gamestop just to avoid him, he proceeded to mouth off to me because I returned a game and has never been helpful or kind, I would recommend going ANYWHERE else, even if it is a longer drive
