Oil change was fine. Premium oil was used without mentioning it would cost $115. I was surprised by the price. The guest service person marked vacuum Decline by customer. I told him I didn’t decline and wanted it vacuumed but they skipped that step. Finding a different location for future.

I went to Jiffy lube for an oil change and to get my AC fixed. They were very busy that day but kept me informed on how long I’d be waiting, etc. I loved to see a woman running the show! She was very informative, nice and efficient. Thank you!

Ive been many places for an oil change, including other Jiffy locations, and by far this is my favorite place to go. Ive been coming here exclusively for about 2 years and have yet to have anything but a great experience. Always professional, quick, and courteous. The manager (I believe its Rick? Sorry if Ive got that wrong!) and Alex are usually the ones who service my car, and theyre wonderful! The other employees are great as well! Ill continue coming back and appreciate the great service! Quick and easy, just as advertised. Only thing I questioned was they marked they checked my tire pressure. Perhaps they did it while I wasn’t looking but certainly didn’t notice anyone near my front driver side tire. I didn’t ask them, not expected them to check tire pressure, so the comment is really just about marking something on the sheet I don’t think they actually did.

I will 100% be returning to this location for as long as I live in Westfield. The manager drove to another jiffy after work just to get a tire patch because she thought they had one left when I called. When I got to jiffy the next day there was a car on the only lift they had so they hand cranked my car on a Jack and got my tire patched. Above and beyond well worth the money!!!

Only one woman showed for work that morning, and checked everyone in and out and completed services all by herself with a professional attitude!

Great staff, very knowledgeable all around. Came in for an oil change and was helped by Keith and Nick. They noticed that my wiper blade arms werent working probably and performed a simple fix that saved me a trip to the mechanic, very grateful for their help and excellent service!

This is where I have my wife take her vehicle. The team at this Jiffy Lube location are excellent! Tammy at the front desk is awesome and is extremely honest and helpful! Keith is very knowledgeable and provides quality honest work. It is great knowing that my wife can take her car in and get the quality work that is needed done at a fair cost!

The people working on my car were professional and helped me out by recommending stuff I needed (and nothing I didn’t need). It was a quick in and out, but they didn’t cut any corners as far as service is concerned.

So what separates them....?I used the words above to describe Keith Bibb - GM of this Location. I pulled in around 7:45a before they opened at 8:00a and was completely content waiting for his location to open. Keith went out of his way to open up a few minutes early, allowing me to save a few minutes in my day. He greeted me warmly, made me feel welcome, we had a great conversation, and serviced my needs professionally as well as efficiently.In the end: My needs were met, just as they would have been if I went somewhere else. But my EXPERIENCE at this Jiffy Lube with Keith made an impact and set the tone for my day in a positive uplifting way.Keith, I look forward to coming back and enjoying another unmatched experience.

$120+ oil change and wiper blades is steep! After reminding them 3 times I had a coupon they never took the $10 off. They never reset my oil change reminder or put a sticker on the windshield so I had to google how to clear the notification myself so I was annoyed by time I left there. Yes it’s fast and convenient, stay in your car/easy, I’ll give them that.

Long time customer of Jiffy Lube. Went in for a first time Top Off Policy due to the amount of snow and slush on the roads so I just needed some windshield fluid. I gave the miles on the car and was told they cant do a top off because Im due for an oil change and I declined. Im well under 1K miles until Im due back in. The manager I assume, stepped in and said no problem about the wiper fluid so that was great. The young man helping didnt speak after that, filled the fluid and checked the air in my tires. I said thanks and appreciate it without a word back from the kid.I always double check that the valve caps get put back on the wheel because Ive been burned before...only to find out he BARLEY twisted each cap back on. One touch or bump and they could come off. Unprofessional and poor attitude.

To start I called during normal buniss hrs and got a recording that eventually hung up on me. When I pulled up to the garage door, I had a lady greet me at my driverside door, less then a foot from my face with no mask on.I had an oil change and tire rotation. After turning in the expense for my company car, our company fleet manager was beside himself at how much they charged me. We are now ban from taking our company cars to jiffy lube.

Fast and very affordable. Got an oil change and new spark plugs for around 300, other places wanted to charge close to double that. Great place for smaller, simple services at a good price.

Kieth helped me out today. He did a fantastic job social distancing and making me feel comfortable. He explained everything well and was very helpful.

-update- Offered to replace the now busted plate, I thought great at least they’re going to make my car whole again. Go over so they can look at what parts they need to replace, they dig up some screws to replace the zip ties and call it a day. Ghost me in emails. Seriously, save your car and avoid.100$ oil change (approximately) and the first time I get on the highway at high speeds realize they didn’t properly secure the undercarriage protector that’s on my car, it’s flapping underneath. Sadly I didn’t realize it until I was already several hundred miles away. Avoid if you like your car to remain intact.

I asked before going if they could do a tune up on my truck at the end of the day. And the person who answered said that it was too late. So I asked if I could go the next day around 5pm since I work until 430pm, he said if you bring it exactly at 5? We will do it. So I hurried next day to the place and whoever was there said to me that it was impossible to get it done in an hour. He said it would take at least 2 hours to get it done. So I understood and did no trouble. I got out the next day at 3 from my job and rushed to that place to get it done before they close. I got there at 350pm and they said that it would take at least 2 hours and a half to do this tune up. It seemed to me that they don’t wanna do their job, and they come up with excuses to avoid going home late. But I guess that’s what happened when the people working there don’t own the business.

Good and fast service, price is reasonable for similar places. They explain what theyll do before and suggest any additional services without pushing too hard to sell. If you keep taking your car they keep record of all the services and you can work on any manufacturer recommended service besides the usual oil and air filter change.

Went in to get a burnt out headlight changed and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Reasonable price and very friendly and helpful staff.

Not a good value for the price. Jeremiah, attempted to charge for 10 Qts of Oil, when vehicle takes 7 qts. Wouldnt honor previous price, yet somehow attempted to charge $30 difference from last oil change, approx. 4 months ago. Didnt offer to use one of the available coupons to make up the price difference, yet pulled out a rubber band of unused coupons from behind the counter to show them to me instead. I even called the location after coming back home to explain the situation to see if there would be any interest in resolving. Jeremiah didnt seem interested, so Im writing the negative review. I also left a message with their franchise HQ to see if they are interested in resolving. My resolution is to instead go to a different oil change location. While convenient, this Jiffy Lube location is not worth the value and the service was underwhelming.

Out of tire plugs on a Friday, and the computers was conveniently down right before they closed as they ushered cars to the other location JUST south of them...better idea anyway, that southern location is the fastest and least pushy Ive ever been to.

Westfield Indiana stores treated me well in a difficult situation. Prior dealership oil change left the drain plug stripped and very difficult to remove. Was sent to a second store where they got the plug out, had to go to the auto part store to get a replacement and on top of that gave me a 50% discount for the trouble that the dealer caused!With all of our family cars we have likely had 100+ encounters with Jiffy. Should have a few hundred more.

4/16/14: There are 4 employees working. Seem more concerned with telling jokes, doing movie impersonations, and singing show tunes than with getting my oil change finished. Meanwhile, customers are waiting in the lobby wondering what is taking so long.... Management needs to crack down here and focus on efficiency and professionalism.

Fixed a problem that I had for a couple years. Even stayed after they were closed because I had to go out of town that night. Highly recommended.
