Theyve really gotten fast at checkout time now that everyone uses self checkout. Plenty of products to choose from so youll always find what you need and it wont take long to make that find either. Friendly staff that always seems to get carts out of the parking lot before they run out inside the store. That is lacking in many places but not this one.

Target is a wonderful place to shop. The employees are nice, the stores are clean and organized, and the products are of great quality.

Store is typically clean and on point with service when in the store.Have spent 70 minutes on the phone today trying to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy or the general customer service desk. No one has answered the phone in either area. Pretty frustrating.

I recently purchased a couple pair of dumbbells that I had been searching for everywhere with no luck during the pandemic. I was able to locate the weights I needed at Target and pay for them online. They were ready to be picked up in 2 hours. I try to avoid shopping at Amazon because I think they are a monopoly and dont treat their employees well, so I always to try to find something I am looking for at other sites or stores. I was very happy with my experience with Target.

Over 90 min on phone to update pharmacy on insurance. Pharmacy will not answer phones, unprofessional, rude to customers. Customer service hanging up on calls instead of picking up.Holding lifesaving medication hostage bc they will not hit save on the form.

The superstore is always clean. The sanitized carts for customers are very comforting. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful!

The music always makes me start impulsively dancing. I love the brick cart returns. This is the epitome of returning your cart in luxury.

Dr. Hall was amazing during my eye exam. She was so patient and listened to everything I said. Daniel at the front office was also amazing. He helped size me for my new perscription glasses for the perfect fit. He even took the time to resize my current glasses that were not properly fitted. He truly went above and beyond with making suggestions, answering all the questions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Target Optical was a great experience. And I would highly recommend them.

Great store and staff! The biggest around. Super disappointed they no longer have the food court but at least the do still offer that great cheese at the deli and a pack of frozen pretzels is only a few bucks! They get a ton of traffic but it always seem like they are trying their best to clean up behind said traffic. Good job for a store that size! They are always offering great coupons on their app too!

Pretty Nice and Clean Target location. I had a pretty good experience finding on Nice and Very Cool stuff they have. and food and Bike Tubes Etc. I say this is a Good Target in Indianapolis/Carmel Area.

We found what we needed right away, as the display was prominent and neatly arranged. The price was reasonable, and the cashier was friendly and attentive. This is my second favorite Target EVER, so I hold it to a somewhat higher standard, and it does not disappoint.

Great place. Clean and well maintained. Lately it seems the staff quality of work has slipped some. Disappointing. Used to be a 5-star place. Lately it seems that there are always more than a few team members walking around scowling or goofing off. That said, there are still some very helpful team members that appear happy to be there. Thank you! Always a better experience when the team running the show seems interested in the art of customer service. Overall, its a place I would certainly revisit.

I shop this Target multiple times per week. I almost always have a pleasurable experience. I do wish they had more cashiers available as self checkout can get long.I was disappointed that they werent wiping down the stations at the self checkout, after every transaction. I asked the lady who was wiping down the carts and she said they are supposed to. The attendant at the self checkout was just standing there...never wiped anything down. Very disappointing

Your starbux employee was just trashy! Too much attitude for her inability to comprehend the recipe. And the complete lack of understanding and processing the order. A drink is ordered and customized to that customers liking! If this is too much for your staff perhaps you should raise your standards rather than just filling a space in a hole!

Horrible customer service. I called in asking for help and immediately the representative interrupted me to say that she could not help me, and hung up. I was being polite, explaining to her that the website has crashed and if there was anything I could do. She used a rude tone and was annoyed she even had to work to talk to me. despicable.

I absolutely love Target! Target has been where I have been doing all of my shopping since the pandemic first started. I have done the online shopping, drive up orders and online groceries. I have not been disappointed not one time.

Its always clean and well maintained. A associate was willing to check the system and even went to the back to find the an item for me. She was kind and courteous and always smiling.

The selection at this store both of groceries and regular Target items (clothes, housewares, toys, personal items, etc.) is greater than other stores. Employees are really nice.

I like the drive up pickup I dont have to go in the store. It saves time and decreases the likely hood of catching it spreading the virus

Today I felt like I was being followed by a Target associate. He was in the same area as I was in and every move I made he was right in the same area. I moved to a different part of the womens section across the store and there he was again. He continued to scan the same items over and over again which let me know he was watching me. I said I feel like you are following me. He mad a comment and then walked away. I went into the dressing room and took a while. When I came out, he was still in the same spot. I hung my dress back up and there he was scanning the same pants again. I will always remember a good shopping experience and never forget a bad shopping experience.

The Target order pickup service was absolutely wonderful! It was incredibly user friendly, the store employees were so friendly and I didnt even need to get out of my car which was great since I had a boot on my foot due to an injury. I will definitely use it again!

Helpful and knowledgeable cashiers that will take a moment to walk you through the Circle app for coupons. There are always team members in the departments if I have a question about finding an item, even checking in back when it isnt on the shelf.

Awesome store they have really done a awesome makeover. Lots of new brands in womens clothes and shoes if you havent been for awhile go check it out. Nice wide aisles always able to find a employee to ask where something is located too. So nice and squeaky clean stores now.

Customer service was OUTSTANDING! I ordered my items, let them know I was on my way and before I even parked the super nice lady was waiting for me. She even had fruit snacks and a water for my daughter. Her friendliness and cheerful attitude is what will make me chose Target over the competitors.

This Super Target is great. Theyve really taken the time to remodel and reset the store to make things flow easier for customers (you now dont have to walk through the maze of grocery-shoppers to get to the home department). It is well-stocked and my go-to Target.

A standard Target. Maybe felt a bit swankier than normal. The displays in the front were very nice. I just had to run in and get a greeting card and I was happy to see that they were right by the door. Made it very easy.

This store’s Optical Department is amazingAnd they saved the day for me! A brand new Acuvue lens packet somehow came out of my suitcase on the way here, and I was stuck with only one. Not good. So I called my store in Florida (San Carlos Blvd in Ft. Myers) and they were both kind enough accommodate as close to my script as possible. I’m am thankfully not dizzy from one contact lens and can see perfectly. Thanks store 4244!!’

While I had no problem finding the item(s) I wanted - I was very disappointed to find out I could not get my 5% off of my purchase because I didnt have my Target Card in my possession. I would have thought, Customer Service could verify I was a member of the Rewards program, and that I actually own a Target Card - and would go ahead and give me the 5% off. Even more so, the cashier mentioned I could tie my Target card to my phone, well what if Im not carrying my phone at the time. Some individuals dont carry their phone at all times. This was very disappointing.

Love shopping at Target, always come out with a lot more than I went in for. Layout of Grocery department could be rearranged. You’d think they would keep all the baking things together and in an aisle with baking on the sign. Had to search for flour, oil, sugar, and boxed cake mixes; all were in different aisles.The remodel looks great, however, bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned since they finished the remodel and they definitely need a thorough clean

This location usually has great clearance deals hidden away within the departments, so if you have the time and patience, sometimes it pays off just to meander through the aisles. The staff is helpful, the store is very clean and the lines usually arent long at all.I rarely buy groceries here because they never seem to have everything I need like Kroger does.

Recently redone, this Target is super nice! They have a liquor area but also let you purchase at the regular check out stations. Theyve also recently started playing music and it makes shopping there a little more casual. I like it.

I got asked if i put back a $10 perfume i looked at while i was leaving the store after i had purchased my groceries at this target... i asked if they would like to look in my purse. They said i was fine and i could go. What is going on here target?

The remodel looks amazing. So nice, fresh, and modern. Produce area looks to be bigger than previous and with the liquor in its own area, its nice to see an expanded selection.

This Target is always clean and the staff are friendly and have helped me find things on several occasions. The pharmacy staff are friendly and fast also. Generally a good number of checkout lines available, too.

Target has quality items, is well organized, and has great customer service and app/web interfaces.

First of all I want to start by saying I love Target. However, I will more than likely not to buy clothes there any longer. They just do not have plus size clothes or size 16 crop pants almost at all.

The staff is helpful, and friendly. Selection is fairly good, although sometimes they have a problem keeping some items in stock. The optical department and phramicy are great.

A good Target in terms of size, cleanliness, offerings. Biggest complaint is the checkout process here. Most lines just seem like forever waiting. Only ever 2-3 checkout stations. I prefer Meijer at Anson though for my regular shopping.

Target is always nice. I dont go as much as I used to go but when I do there is a good selection and also good deals. This one also has groceries and optical. I like the new remodeled look too.

I love Target in general. This one is great because its also a full grocery store. The only downside is that right now theyre remodeling to things keep getting moved around.

Not as crowded as Walmart and not as many weird shoppers either.... the shopping experience is more pleasant...good selection of household appliances...grocery section is okay, but NOT as big of a selection as Walmart grocery.
