Love this store! One of my favorite shops in Carlsbad.

I was certain that my review was posted... I cant seem to find it, so here it is:I stopped in today and was greeted warmly, and yet I was still allowed to have autonomy to explore the many treasures found at this place.... including a vinyl record of a Beatles Album with one of my favorite songs- In My Life. I picked up 3 pieces today, including this amazing fish scale mask and a bracelet for mom.This is a really great place with something for everyone and in all price ranges. Shari’s Succulents is my new favorite!! I have purchased over 10 pieces from her and she has gone far above and beyond any business I’ve worked with. I recommend her to everyone! The ones I gave as gifts were loved by the recipients. She not only created amazing succulent arrangements but she followed up after. She even provided details on how to care for them. They are all still alive and I have a black thumb! Thanks Shari for your greatness!

Wow, what a fun find! I love this little store. So many unique and charming treasures. I love love loved the bulid your own succulent terrarium. I got a few for teacher gifts. I cant wait to go back, Easter and Mothers Day are just around the corner. Thanks Trove

I recently visited Trove for the first time and found it to be super cute! It has a fun variety of items for different tastes. I loved the succulent arrangements by Shari that you could put together yourself. Fun idea! I will be visiting Trove again for sure.

This is the cutest store ever! The succulent arrangements are fantastic! I special ordered several for gifts as well as myself and everyone loved them. Lots of other cute stuff including some bags/purses in the back.

I purchased a succulent arrangement that was not cheap and it had root rot. I love Carlsbad and always try to give local stores my business but unfortunately this business doesn’t care about the customer.

Not sure why there are so many fake reviews all of a sudden. These succulents are horrible.

Trove is a super cute store. I always find something in there that I want to take home with me. Every time we have stepped inside, we are always welcomed by whomever is sitting at the desk. The experience of a previous reviewer is not typical.They have all sorts of items ranging from refurbished and vintage style furniture to items that you really dont need but fall in love with. Stop into this store and then hang out in downtown Carlsbad.

Today I had the most disturbing experience at this store. I am a young woman who has Ulcerative Pan-colitis, an extreme version of Inflammatory Bowel Disease covered under the ADA. I rushed into this shop because I was near having an accident, and I asked where the bathroom was located. The woman at the counter said there were none, so I asked if they had restrooms that were available to the employees because i have a disability. She rudely told me I was not allowed access to those, and if i needed a bathroom I would need to go to across the street to the train station and find a restroom over there, in front of plenty of other customers. With no time to argue, I pull out my disability card that explains I need access to restrooms quickly because of my condition. I tell her I have this documentation, and I really dont have time to argue, all I need is a restroom and I shouldnt be denied this and publicly humiliated like this. All she says is I know nothing about this and continues to refuse me. Great, educate yourself then. Use common sense that when somebody says they have a restroom disease, they have every right to use your employee restroom. I have no time left, I run across the street into a breakfast place that had already closed down, and they graciously let me run in, and were horrified to hear my experience across the street afterwards. This woman was ignorant and was in a position of authority that just wanted to win. It was disgusting, and her customers witnessed it. Not a great look for a business, and had I been as sick as i was a few months ago, she would have had to mop the floor up about halfway through our conversation. I carry proper documentation just in case people like this exist, but never in my life have i been denied once shown documentation. Despicable, to say the least.
