A great Coatco and great customer service. I really enjoy the staf. The staff has always the knowledge available to be able to answer my questions when Im there. They pay attention to detail. I will definitely return here. Great greeting at the door friendly and helpful!!!!

Food court was a nightmare. They only had 1 cashier getting orders and food for long line of customers. 1 worker on a Friday 5:30pm. I thought a Costco food court in Carlsbad should be better than than this. Anyway, the staff inside the store is really nice and helpful.

Wasnt overly crowded mid-day on a Wed. Shelves are full but the the prices have gone up for sure. $150 doesnt buy what it did a year ago.

I went to the optical center to have my eyeglasses adjusted and they were great with assisting me. That being said, Ive had to get my glasses remade 3 times within 3 months, so thats why my rating is lower.

This Review goes for The food court , I called the food court to phone in A few pizzas and it took a couple of minutes to get a hold of someone I understand they may be busy so I wasn’t bothered by the wait . But once someone had answered the phone she had a very bad attitude I was only given the chance to give her part of my order as she had tried rushing me off the phone, I then asked her what her deal was and why she had an attitude , then her tone changed . She allowed me to finish placing my order and asked for my name She couldn’t hear me so I raised my Voice and spelled out my name so that it wasn’t mistaken for the name she thought I said . Then she had the nerve to say well seems like your the one with the attitude now ? I can’t begin to tell you how unprofessional and rude this woman was . I didn’t Get her name ! All I know is if you can’t act professional then maybe you shouldn’t work in a job that calls for customer service .

I dont tolerate rude cashiers...I am very friendly. There should be no reason for that. I also wish the isles were labeled and not just numbers.

Love Costco, their Pharmacy personnel is the nicest and their toys and books for the holiday season are priced well.Pricing on Dyson and kitchen appliances is the best.FYI- Not all Costcos carry the same merchandise.

EASY PEASY ! My wife and I rocked over here on Saturday to pick up a few things. After parking our wheels we strolled inside about 1.15pm and the place looked pretty busy. No photo section here or at any Costco Wholesale anymore....as we found out a few days ago when we needed passport pics. We grabbed a slab of Charmin toilet rolls, a pack of bulk sugar ( to feed our Hummingbirds ) and some antacid pills ( too much rich food ). We were done in 20 minutes !

One of the bigger Costcos that I have been to with reasonable parking and a gas station that always has 30 cars waiting to get gasoline for the cheapest price anywhere around.

Took my Mom to Costco for some things and she said, its just so crowded here today.I said, this is nothing compared to my Costco in South Bay. She was able to get everything she needed.PSTwo people in front of me in line!!! 😂

I would recommend going there they have a wide variety of different options of food. They also sell things for a good price. I also am really satisfied at the entrance I see the newest Apple devices. I also love how clean it is. Is worth your time

Fabulous friendly staffs. I asked this senior gentleman cashier representative about the location of photo services. He told that the photo services are available online and order services I want and pick up finished products at the designated store. Ask them anything and Im certain they can help you, even the customer representatives at the headquarter in Washington state.

No lines at entry! Love it. Face mask requirement. Good signage. Droplet barriers at registers and bathroom hand washing stations. Social distancing marked. Feeling secure shopping here. Tho.. didn’t see employees spraying down carts...?

Dad loves being back in the aisles of Costco after sheltering in place for a year. Yay! for the vaccine. Replenished supplies and picked up a rotisserie chicken, yum. Went to the front and as usually front-end was well managed, people extremely helpful, and friendly. Dad is 92 and they are so kind and patient to him.Thank you.

My favorite Costco! Been shopping here since I was a kid and it was called price club. It’s always very clean and items are organized and not mixed up. Clothes are always folded and the employees are super friendly and helpful when asking where to find items!

Costco has the best bulk items and prices anywhere. From shoes, pants, shirts, to lobster tails, gin and wine, its all amaaaazing. Even the pizza and hamburgers from the food court are amazing. I made 70 enchiladas all from Kirkland brand stuff almost and it was amazing. Literally the best enchiladas a lot of people have ever had.

10 out of 10 would recommend this location. Always well stocked, clean, organized, and staffed with a friendly crew.

I was discriminate today at Carlsbad Costco ,by Don ( big tall white guy) and Royal,for using EBT. My EBT card wouldnt go through on pin pad and I kept trying and it wouldnt work so I then asked for a piece of receipt paper because this helps the card be read but Don said he wasnt allowed to give me a piece, so then he yells so loud for Royal, and tells him my card isnt working and he refused give me a piece of receipt paper as well,he then goes on to tell me to get a new card and I told Don , Royal,and bagger lady that my card has worked everywhere else and that it will work with paper, this whole time they are making a huge scene and not even being professional. They all didnt even try to find a solution. Marcos the manager on duty said himself that they couldnt taken me to customer service and rang me up there. The three people that were at register never tried to solve the problem. Instead they refused my sale and were humiliating me. Im on SSDI and I get EBT. I believe Costco excepts EBT so please dont discriminate and make people feel bad because they have to use EBT. Im a us citizen and I have been productive and have worked,paid my taxes so I put in to get help now.

Most of the regular shopping is done at Costco.With very few exceptions we are still able to buy in reasonable quantities at wholesale pricing.

I purchased a set of three hardshell suitcases and one of them had a huge crack after a flight from Phoenix. I just wanted to exchange the suitcases for the same or similar pair. I was told they were unable to do this. I was told they could not order me a new set, but they would give me a gift card so that I could make the purchase on my own. There has not been any 3 piece shell suitcases for sale since. I am stuck without usable suitcases while on a work trip and a giftcard to a company that did not support me. Very disappointed and displeased.

I have been a Costco member ever since it was called Price Club. Not only do I shop there, but I used to sell products there as well.I know from experience that they offer some of the best discounts to their patrons because they have such a small markup. They make their money on volume.This store, like most of the others, has great customer service. This store sells surfboards and other beach type accessories since it’s only about a mile away from the beach.If you are on vacation or a local, I highly recommend this Costco.As you can see from our pictures, our mascot Dino, the Dino, loves shopping here too.Click the LIKE button if you like our review!

I have been a Costco member since they open and there is no better in walk in place to shop. I love to see employees that I know that have been there for many years for me that saids alot about Costco and I love it.

The store is always full of goodies and all the basics. They do keep the carts clean and throttle the number of people going in and out. The staff is helpful and friendly. Although I do think they could add some more staff to answer questions out in the store. Another improvement would be to provide lanes to control the cart traffic flow. Ive had safer times dodging cars on a freeway than dodging carts inside any Costco 🤓

Not as busy as St George which is good if you want help in the electronics dept. Thanks for helping us find a good computer on sale.

Like some of the food but unhappy rude employees and crowded unhappy customers stop me from shopping here anymore. I’m Happy to go shop somewhere more expensive or deliver to home to avoid this bad experience and time waste over and over.

We bought 9 gallons of fuel. Price at Costco $3.349 per gallon. There are eight pumps available. Fueling is self service, but there is an attendant to help those that need guidance. Costco fuel is ony available to Costco members. Visa cards are the only credit cards accepted. Fueling lines move fairly well.

Shopping with my House need. Pick up my favorite food here. And Electric too. U can find everything u need.

I keep telling google maps that I only went to the gas station and not the store, and it keeps asking for a review of the store. So I am rating the parking lot. I much rather give no review than give a one or two star review. Unfortunately there doesnt seem to be any other way to dismiss the notification (and have it stay dismissed).Traffic flow of the parking lot is poorly designed.

Its Costco. Need paper towels and toilet paper for a year? This is the right place.

The most difficult parking lot to get in and out of... pedestrian traffic is very heavy and hazardous. Parking is always a challenge.On the bright side it is one of the easiest Costcos to get gas as the station entry doesnt adjoin the parking lot.

Christina in membership services is AWESOME. She was super empathetic and patient with my mom while updating her membership after my dad passed. Thank you for caring and giving us another reason to LOVE our local Costco.

Costco Wholesale on Palomar Airport road is “My” Costco! I try to go there once a week to shop and get fuel, and stop on the way out for a Starbucks! Makes for a complete trip ... quality dry goods, Christmas gifts, party ‘stuff,’ the best meats in town, fresh and plentiful produce, dairy, etc.Costco fulfills ALL my shopping needs, from pants to pills and pictures, bullion to beds, washers to weed-wackers! You can even buy an automobile here! It’s like taking cruise through several countries in one trip!Take your time and enjoy the ‘ride’!

Very convenient location to refill your gas tank. Just s few minutes off the Interstate 5.

I absolutely love this stuff. That price is amazing stores usually charge close to that just for the power spray without the refills.

So much stuff, always come with a list. Youre not going to leave without spending $100.Staff is friendly and happy. The mostly know inventory and locations... happy to take you to find something.They have a nice warranty for items even if they are used.Also they take back produce before a week.

Nest gas [rice on poway almost always. Only costco with car wash, which is great for 7.99

This is a good costco. Very clean and organized. It can get pretty busy after 5pm. The best thing about this location is the gas prices... best around.

Just like every other Costco, it was well maintained and fully stocked.(even found products that have been sold out at my local Costco!). However this one scored a 4 star rather than 5 because the employees I encountered werent the friendliest. The gentleman at the register was actually rather rude. Seemed like he wasnt happy to be at work that day. But other than that, massive parking lot, huge warehouse and a Costco Gas station with its own entrance.

Return for wrong TV that I bought was easy and ended up buying a larger one. Great service!
