Best friendly and efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

Ive gone to many Starbucks and Ive always had a great experience, but this Starbucks is exceptional. Everybody there is beaning with joy and they are always happy. I have seen the Starbucks packed almost every time we go in and they never seem like they are stressed or mad or anything like that. They always make great drinks, but it really is about how they treat you here and I hope that everybody knows how amazing the workers are here!

I go to the Starbucks in Carlsbad Village, and the experience is always amazing! The workers there always treat me kindly, and greet everyone with a smile! The orders are never wrong, and they always make me feel like I am welcome at that establishment. This place is 10/10, you will never regret coming here!

Stopped in for a coffee and a spot to work on some stuff on laptop and to write a letter. Its right on the main drag of Carlsbad with surprisingly adequate parking nearby. The inside is a bit compact, but some might call it cozy. The lining up area blocks the bathroom access and runs right next to seating, so it was a bit awkward to be standing there. I only got a simple coffee, so I cant speak for the quality of their fancier options. They have ApplePay making it feel the 21st century. The seating inside was limited and a group of younger guys were just on their phones with no beverages in sight. Kind of disappointing that they didnt clear out at that point. Outside seating was pleasant enough, but definitely a bit noisy due to passing traffic.

They always mix it up fast and ready! Remember your name and engage in chit chat far from the rift raft of quick service bye smell ya later. Actually the best starbucks ive ever been to and Ive been to quite a few!

I stop in for my morning coffee and always friendly people--all I need to get day started.

The staff are friendly and was coffee and my spinach feta was good.

Used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks on my breaks for a pick-me-up. It is conveniently placed in downtown carlsbad, and the service is always excellent. I stopped coming because everytime I would, there would be a large crowd of highschool and middle school kids on skateboards blocking access to the parking lot. Ive seen them cut the line multiple times to get water which significantly holds things up for all the paying customers. They are also often rude to the staff and other customers, cussing at both frequently. I dont know what management is doing about this but they must be losing a lot of business. These kids have ruined an otherwise perfectly good Starbucks location.

Another Starbucks. Typical service and products. We ventured from our normal order as we were on vacation and out of state.

I love walking by the beach and grab a quick water from this location for that purpose. I do purchase my coffee here too! However I have had repeatedly bad experiences in Marci that works there. There seems to be a chip on her shoulder as there is always a negative vibe and she gets me a medium water when I always ask for a large. Its so unfortunate that people bring their personal problems to work. Jacob usually takes care of me there. Top notch service from him.

I do not come to this specific location quite often, but the last time i did, i was ungraciously faced w a door to the face.the younger gentleman with short brunette hair was taking in the trash one night, and as he made eye contact w me, he opens the door for himself and completely lets the door shut on me behind the garbage can.it was quite rude, and made me think twice abt coming back to this location.

The baristas at this Starbucks are always so exceptionally nice and conversational and I always leave there feeling happier no cap. And the quality of the drinks? Immaculate. 10/10

I give the STARBUCKS located 2924 Carlsbad Blvd, Carlsbad, CA 92008 FIVE STARS. Was visiting the area and did a quick stop. The Baristas were nice and provided great service. 5️⃣ 🌟s VENTI iced coffee w/ a bit of whole milk and a bit Sweetened.

Love the hot white mocha coffee.

When Kim is working this store gets an A++. She makes a perfect drink everytime and is so personable! 🤩

This is the worst starbucks store I have even been too!!! We were just there driving by and stopped by to pick up coffee and a hot drink. I ordered on App ahead of time, and by the time we arrived it was 15 minutes later, the coffee was not done. There was no sugar or half and half, which I placed in order. The other hot drink was just plain milk, and it wasnt even hot! This is a ridiculous place and they should change workers for aire! They were sitting there and doing nothing when we arrived!

The friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

Had a tall cappuccino that was pretty foamy, half foam - half coffee. I overheard the baristas saying to other customers if it was okay that their orders where a little foamy. Kind of disappointed that they didnt take a little more pride in there craft.

Building capacity says 22, but when its hot and terrible outside people cram inside! The AC is able to keep up, and it is MARVELOUS! A NICE REFRESHING GREEN TEA WITH DRAGON FRUIT AND PEACH IS JUST THE THING ON A HOT DAY.

This place is great. Wyatt in particular is the best he always remembers my girlfriends order and mine. Every time. Never messes it up. Keep it up !

It’s a small Starbucks so it’s usually crowded. There’s a little bit of sand everywhere when you walk in, but that’s part of having a store basically on the beach. The parking lot is small, and it’s hard on backing out because we have pedestrians and other cars zipping by you. Other than that service is great and the line for ordering goes by super quick.

Standard Starbucks experience in a quaint village setting. Great location for getting a coffee and walking on the beach or downtown. Unfortunately, it does get really crowded when there are events in the village. Also, parking can be limited, which makes this a better location for foot traffic.

Quick service, was given an iced tea when I got an Arnold Palmer and the barista quickly fixed it

Horrible and humiliating experience. Never again. First time here came to visit family that lives locally. Decide to grab some coffee and pastries before they closed and after ordering the barista rudely told my husband he couldnt use the restroom because he was going to close. We still had to wait inside for one of our family members that was in the restroom while he still made us feel so uncomfortable with his rude facial expressions. Couldnt get his name he had no name tag.

My stomach was in pain so i came in to get something to fix it and i ordered a hot tea the worker was very nice and made me feel comfortable and they were quick to make my tea and it really helped with my stomach a lot and fixed it super fast i really enjoyed this starbucks and this location is great

The baristas stopped taking orders before the 1:00 closing time. Very disappointed in their hurry to start mopping the floors instead of serving a daily patron of Starbucks.

Went there for a quick hot tea.. barista was very nice but the girl behind the register taking our order was very unfriendly & rude!! i’ve been in the restaurant retail sales industry my whole life if you’re not a people person then don’t be in front of people !!

They didnt take my name down for my order and then they gave my coffee away and acted as if I was lucky to have them remake my drink. The girl told me she saw some guy take it and she didnt care. Really weird!

Amazing experience, I spoke with the manager who helped me. Sara i believe. She really puts her heart into her job and i can tell she cares for her employees as well as her customers. I love coming in every morning and being greeted with such friendship

Great location. Service is NOT fast nor is it friendly. I come to this location a lot and it just keeps going downhill on service. Its as if they just stopped trying to be friendly and getting your drinks out in a timely manner.

Nice location just a few strides North of Carlsbad Village Drive. Many speciality stores and eateries around the area, every palate would satisfied with selection. Parking is limited due to no parking in street block!

Its popular for a reason, fantastic brews and food. Great place to hang out too.

This is my crack! I love this dope as it can save your life when driving to San Diego at midnight and back. You might not sleep until 7am but you lived to drink another cup.

Always good to see this, mainly because it signals Im near the end of my 65-mile hike from Tijuana to Oceanside, but they also have a friendly atmosphere, fast Internet, and clean restrooms. not crazy about their coffee but it does the job, and Im not going to ding the rating for a minor quibble.

Friendly staff, bustling atmosphere even later in the evening when we visited. Staff was very cordial and seemed to recognize and have friendly chats with some of the regulars.

Very busy morning. Male barista was friendly and demonstrated a genial attitude. The female, not so much. I think the hectic pace effected her friendliness. All we need is a cup and a smile.

This Starbucks is in a great location for me, and the folks working there are very friendly and respectful. I enjoy stopping in on my way to the links or to pick up my grandkids.The only drawback is how busy this shop can get. Very popular, so the wait can sometimes be a bit long.

This particular Starbucks seems to run like a well-oiled machine. Staff are very friendly and competent. The lady making our drinks even gave us the extra that didnt fit in the cup in a separate cup so we got our moneys worth of caffeine and nothing went to waste (besides an extra plastic cup). Despite the consistency the Starbucks corporation has attempted to implement across the board, service and quality can be really hit or miss from location to location, depending on staff, store design, inventory, etc. This location is one of the Starbucks that sets the standard for the rest. Kudos!Yes, parking is extremely difficult at this location, as they get very very busy and have limited spots in a shared lot, some of which are 20-minute parking only spaces. However, thats to be expected in this crazy crowded part of Carlsbad.

Nice place to enjoy a drink/snack ..or both (; Nice employees, there was a misunderstanding with my drink order & they were happy to re make it.. They even offered me both drinks! (: But I didnt want to be stingy, one of the baristas was thirsty. I definitely recommend this spot!

Starbucks is okay but they have one super super good thing there. Its only on a few menus but at every place. You just ask for a Macha green tea frap

This is a smaller Starbucks in the village which has a lot of Carlsbad locals for clientele. The tables fill up fast without much turnover. It is right on the PCH and pretty close to the beach so parking fills up fast, watch out.

Its comfort coffee. I usually get a cup and drink it on site. Then, before leaving, get a free refill for later in the day or the next day. You can also refrigerate it and have ice coffee later.

Beyond the ocean views on Carlsbad Blvd, but the cool breeze adds to the sidewalk seating.

The staff is genuinely friendly here. The drinks are reliably consistent. If youre looking to study, however, there are only a few tables inside which are typically occupied. Also, If you cant find parking on the main Street ( 2 hr limit ), the Starbucks lot- if its not full- restricts you to a 20 minute limit.

Yesterday afternoon, we had a wonderful salted foam, caramel cold brew from a delightful barista. We returned to grab another for our long drive home to encounter a cold barista that took the wonderful out of the treat and the delicious taste of caramel and salted foam was barely there:( I thought the drinks are standard, as well, as expected service.I wish I could remember your name, delightful barista, because you deserve some kudos!
