My wife cracked her iPhone XR and Apple wanted to charge her $600 to fix it. We called Phone Mav and got a great price all things considered. John came by our apartment after making an appointment and took roughly 15 mins to complete the job. Unfortunately, the screen had some glitches/lab post repair but John was extremely communicative and came back a few days later to replace the entire screen again. After the replacement, the phone worked like new. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the service John provided. I contacted him on a Friday afternoon regarding repair of my iPad screen. He came to my home and replaced the screen on Saturday morning. I must say that these guys are Lifesavers! we had two iphones that we use at our business that are very important because our sales people take orders on the one screen was badly cracked the other had water damage and lines running through the screen we though we might have to buy a new phone and called and spoke with John and asked he said he would come right over and take a look not only were they able to fix it under an hour but they look like new phones. On the same day I called John about a broken screen on my iPad, he was available to come to my residence and replace the screen. After the repair, my iPad was acting a bit erratic with apps opening up and letters typed on their own. I told John about the issues and after deducing it was not a software update issue, he soon replaced the screen.Since then I have not had any issues. I appreciate John staying in touch to make sure I was satisfied with the repair!

Dropped my phone in the pool. Wouldn’t turn on. John came to my hotel room in Carlsbad took apart my phone and worked some magic on it. I thought it was a goner but John saved it! Awesome.

Had a 6th gen screen replacement. Our replacement screen had waves in it that you couldnt see until later in the evening. I was fine to leave it as it was because it wasnt that big of a deal. Then the home button got stuck because the bracket wasnt placed correctly on the new screen. I tried to get at least the button fixed and was told to text them my address but never heard back. Tried again a few days later and again told to text address again but no response. It took over 2 weeks to try to get them to fix their shoddy repair and never heard back. Unfortunately Im out of state now and cant do anything about it. A $100 repair and here we are....

Phone Mav is a very good service! My daughter broke her iPad Mini screen. I looked around the internet and found Phone Mav. Loved that they had a mobile service that come to you and the tech told me they only use quality OEM parts. Been a couple months and iPad is still working great. On a Saturday I dropped my iphone and cracked my screen leaving it in an unusable state. The time was 5:50 PM when I grab my tablet to look up any phone repair shops on Google and Craigslist. After being shut down by the first four shops (all answered but all told me to call back on Monday ), I called Phone Mav who had a technician At my house within 15 minutes, no joke. Technician John didn’t even want to step foot in my house. He performed all the work in his car, was polite, answered all of my questions and hooked up a screen protector at cost. The cost was about $20 more than a storefront however the luxury of not having to leave your house is worth quite a bit more to me. All in all I was very pleased with the service and the work done to my phone was excellent. I am not much of a reveiwer but when when all if my expectations are exceeded i will certainly share my experience with other consumers.
