I love this dealership!! Always amazing service when coming in to purchase a new vehicle or to have my current vehicle serviced. GREAT SERVICE! Always greeted cheerfully and Tyler Carroll is such a wonderful salesman. Very thorough and personable which makes for an AWESOME experience when buying a car. I never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle after my first time here. If anyone I know is looking to purchase a vehicle, I always direct them here.

What a fantastic business! It is clean, inviting, and everyone is so friendly! The entire staff was welcoming, but Joc made everything exceptional. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, understanding, and just a lot of fun. He made a high-stress time much less terrifying. You cant go wrong with Carlisle Cadillac GMC, and although I am sure all of the staff are great, Joc was so helpful and kind that I cannot say enough.

Our Sales Rep, Mason, was awesome. Very helpful. They made us wait for hours to complete the sale. Then they told us the payment would be one number then when the credit union sent us our payment it was almost $50 more a month. The service department agreed to look over our truck before we took it home; they were great. So... torn. Not sure if we would return or not given the time spent in wait then the large difference in the actual monthly payment.

They host events a lot and send out 70k flyers and everyone is winner. Based off the flyer you think you won the cash prize of 25k, 5k, 2k or 1k just to get u in the door. The guy I spoke to doesnt even live here he lives in Texas. This place is shady and are still using old car salesmen trick if they say your getting a great deal its probably average. Dont get your hopes up call the dealership number and ask what the numbers are tell them your not interested in buying a car and theyll work with u. Would not recommend to anyone.

Sends dishonest scammy monopoly flyers making it look like you have won $5,000. I got one which clearly stated I won $5,000 (see pics for yourself). I knew it was probably a scam but we were in the area and I was curious! You go in and take your info and tell you about car financing specials etc and then let you know you won a pair of EarPods knockoffs. Not sure how honest they are when they sell you a car but this REALLY looks bad.Side note - sales guy was cool and we did get earbuds for free. Quality isnt very good but they were free.

Let me start off by saying that I am extremely disappointed in this car dealerships employees, service, and business practices. I started out speaking with a woman named Cindy and she convinced me to come in and look at a couple of vehicles. While looking at a couple of vehicles, she painted A very straightforward picture about the cars that I was looking at and the prices and terms. That quickly changed when I saw a vehicle that I was really excited about. Suddenly the banks needs a HUGE down payment and that there was nothing that I could do without paying it. So I left. Cindy called the next day to say that she was speaking to her boss about trying to work something out for me for that specific car. I immediately knew it was a ploy to try and get me back in to the dealership. Cindy proceeds to call me six times over the next week and I didn’t answer because of vacation. When I called back to speak with her, she suddenly didn’t work there anymore and was apparently fired. Now insert Hank, the incredibly rude car salesman that I ended up getting paired with next. He would not let me get a word in and proceeded to over talk me before being able to answer questions that he asked. Next, when I called back to speak with him, he was incredibly rude and basically rushed me off the phone while trying to take one last stab at getting the vehicle that I went to that specific dealership for. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a even bigger down payment for any vehicle at all. How is that the case when I’ve been to 2 different dealerships and have gotten approved for multiple cars? Even getting approved for cars that cost more?! When I asked thank that very question, he rudely told me to then take my business elsewhere and hung up. Now how is that quality customer service at all? This dealership is definitely one of the worst of it so beware!

The service was done on time and in the time I expected with no delays. I do question the abilities of the person that checked me in. First he told me not to trust the OLM and oil changes should be at 5,000 miles. Thats not exactly what the owners manual states. He then questioned if I put new tires on the truck because they normally dont come with what are on it. Its a 2021 GMC Canyon AT4 and from what I saw, the tires are standard for the AT4 package. The service went well but the guy that checked me in needs some training on vehicles sold and what the owners manual states.

Today I test drove a used vehicle at this dealership and was extremely disappointed. The dealership had listed a Chevrolet Malibu on Cars.com. During the test drive, the steering wheel had a fairly pronounced shimmy at 45 mph. Once we returned, we saw the engine was smoking! The smoke could have been a fluke but the shimmy should have been seen. The only redeeming quality was the Jason was a very cheerful salesman.

This was a bummer. We came for their scam of a mailer. We “won” $5k but actually won earbuds. I realize and was already skeptical it was a scam but you don’t know that (even after reading the fine print) until you get there because it’s so convoluted. I would not support a business that pulls people in with complicated fine print and scammy mailers.

Had 2 issues, neither were taken care of. A small crack in my windshield which resurfaced and a loose screw in my console which was rolling around inside. Was in to have my smart shield done and found grease transfer on my passenger overhead handle. That was just one of two visits I’ve had inside of the first month. Neither visit was pleasant.

Dont ever ever go here. They charged me 122 and change to look at codes and waist half a tank of gas and found NOTHING wrong with my car. Took it to a family owned mechanic and fixed the problem. UNBELIEVABLE! I would give 0 stars if I could! Stay away!

This dealership could care less about satisfying a customer. We bought a very nice new GMC truck here and the tailgate hydraulics keep breaking on the tailgate. They have fixed it....3 times. Yeah right, and I could go on and on about the lack of customer service, but why. Buy a vehicle some place else.

We inquired about a car available online. We got a message back saying that the car was available for sale. We drove over an hour and a half with our special needs child, only to get some BS story that this so called Certified car suddenly has an engine problem and theyre replacing the whole engine right now. What a load of malarkey. Dont trust this place. Its not okay to mislead people looking to spend that kind of money.

Bait and switch dealership. Drive 3.5 hours only to be told there’s a 10,000 “premium” markup on a truck I was quoted and put a deposit on. Don’t waste your time if you want to buy a pickup. Absolute unethical business practices.

When actually purchasing the car. The salesman and finance department were wonderful. After the sale not so much. Our salesman was off when we went to pick up the car which is not a big deal everyone deserves ro have days off. The finance manager was supposed to be there to assist when picked up the car but he was off as well. So Derrick helped us and was very nice. However we were told at day of sale they would get an extra set of keys since the last owner only had 1 set when he traded in the car. Of course no one knew when we picked up the car about the keys. So Mike the Service Manager was to look into it but we never heard back. When I traded in my 2008 Honda I gave the dealership two sets of keys. We still believe and would like to have our 2nd set of keys and not by using our service plan purchased. It just seemed after the sale they lost interest in us.

They did a recall for a block heater on my Diesel. The tech was too lazy to rout the chord where it could be accessible from outside the vehicle. They ran the harness the easiest way possible, and you have to open the hood to plug in the block heater. Another 15 minutes of work and they could have made it accessable from the grill or wheel well.

All my issues addressed efficiently with smiles. The mechanic also installed my Navigation Update for no charge. I was very pleased that this task was taken off my hands. I am handicapped and all personnel went out of their way to assist me. I was also able to use a $50 service credit from my rewards program. Being retired and on a fixed income, this rewards program is very important to me. I am very happy with this dealer!!

Excellent value and great customer experience! After contacting and visiting several dealerships searching for a new GMC Acadia, we contacted Carlisle Buick GMC about a vehicle we saw online. Scott Clayton was very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions prior to visiting the dealership. There was no high pressure and Scott was extremely helpful through the whole buying process. I reached out to GMC(Carlisle) because I was searching for a certain vehicle. 2020 Sky Blue Acadia. I had specific needs to the details. I was hooked up with Jason. Jason took my info and started the journey looking for exactly what I wanted. As the days and weeks went on, Jason was not able to make a trade happen with other dealerships for exactly what I was looking for. He was so nice and patient with me during my check ins to see how he was making out. He never gave up! He had a few other coworkers jump in to help, to no avail. Jason and I had a mutual understanding, and he was so easy to work with.As the time went on, I was the one who gave up and purchased a 2020 Acadia that they recently received on their lot. It wasn’t the exact color I was looking for, but had everything I needed and more. The purchase was easy and smooth. I can’t believe Jason never got tired of me LOL.Hats off to Jason for his patience and his customer service! It ranked high in my book!Thanks Jason for trying hard and being determined to finding me what I was looking for, and not passing me off. Misled me on trade in value so I would sign purchase agreement then refused to give me check on agreed to amount. I would not have agreed to the deal for the lesser amount. Classic “bait and switch”. Tried to cancel deal but they said since I drove the car it was a done deal. I had been offered higher trade in value by other dealers and showed them written proof.

Firstly Id like to point out that this dealership reached out to me regarding purchasing my husbands car. Upon him taking the time to go in, it was pointed out to him that he missed several key features when listing his car that make it worth more as a selling point. In other words, he had it listed at a lower price than it was valued at. After this, they of course assessed his car themselves. He had some yellow paint ONLY inside the of the wheel wells on ONE side of his car from driving over freshly painted road lines. They claimed that they would have to repaint the whole car and offered him a low ball offer, also stating they had to to more to the car than what was necessary.This is a dealership and I understand that they need to make money as well. However, publicly lying on an online forum is extremely unprofessional. I read the reply to my husbands review where he expressed his issues and the (I believe) Manager made a public claim that he had paint all over the vehicle. This is absurd.For the record, I would like to say that the dealership that bought the car from him after this, at his asking price mind you, said that not only was his price fair, but also said that the paint was no issue - as it was a simple and quick fix that would most certainly NOT require repainting the whole car.We will not be returning to this dealership - beware of their low ball offers.

I purchased a 2007 Volvo from carlisle it was a delivery that when jason pulled up the car was smoking he said it was basically nothing, they cashed my check but didnt send me my title til 5 weeks later too late to return the car after taking it to meinke and being told I had a blown head gasket. The car fax shows they did an inspection and put in Carfax it was good. In the process of getting an attorney to make this type of deception known.

My daughter NEEDED a vehicle...yesterday!!! The staff at Carlisle Cadillac/GMC hooked her up! They had some good deals considering my daughter has no credit history. We were there for about 2 hours and they did right by us. She walked in with a dead 98 Buick and left with an extremely clean 2016 Chevy Cruise with 32,000 miles. It is just what she needed. Thanks to the staff for their patience and helping my daughter. Would definitely recommend Carlisle Cadillac to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My mother, who is 80, was interested in a car they had just listed. A saleswoman named Sydney Bortz was made aware my mother would be coming from MD to PA to see the car. After about a week, we were told the car was ready to be seen so my mother made the nearly two-hour trip only to find that, while the car was ready to be seen, it was NOT ready to be SOLD! Parts were on order but no mention was made of that prior to her making the trip - in fact we had clearly been told the car had been through the service department. She was certainly not expecting to have to drive back-and-forth to Carlisle TWICE to buy the car.She arrived there around 11 am. Despite the car not being ready for sale, she and a manager, Mike Krupski, came to an agreement. Mistakes kept being made on the paperwork - apparently it took three full tries before they even got her name right on the contract. Then there was this ridiculous confusion over the check she planned to use to purchase the car - I wont go into that except to say that they kept hemming and hawing over accepting the check and kept her there for SEVEN-AND-A-HALF HOURS - for reasons still unknown.By now, it was after 6:30p.m. and she had had it. She (remember, shes 80) was forced to drive home at night, in heavy traffic, and in a snow/ice storm that had started. When she arrived home 2.5 hours later she was so stressed and upset she was literally shaking. Oh, did I mention that they never did let her BUY THE CAR?!? They insisted she put a $500 deposit down and return the next day to complete the purchase!Utter incompetence, inept staff, and ridiculously incomplete information on their end. The next day she got the cashiers check they insisted on. But she was so rattled and angry by the events of the day before she changed her mind about doing business with them. It was truly a car-buying nightmare. I would avoid this dealership at all costs!Youve been warned!
