I just wanted to say, this is the first time I’ve been here. They were all extremely helpful and nice! I had a 3 month old baby with me and for just driving up to get an inspection, I was done in a very timely manor. They are all extremely efficient and worked very hard. They were also very busy!

I have to give a huge thank you to the guys who worked on my car today. I went to get it inspected and right when they were getting to pull my car in, my daughter called to let me know we had an emergency with my dog. I immediately called the vet and they wanted to see him immediately. When I tell you that I was stressed and upset, that would be quite the understatement. However, they overheard my conversation with the vet and vowed to work as fast as they could to get me out of there and they kept saying kind words to help put my mind at ease.Theyre kindness and professionalism was amazing and they got me in and out quickly so I could get home to my boy.After this experience, theyve earned my business for as long as we live here. Im so thankful to them for everything. I highly recommend them.

Efficient, personable, and didnt try to upsell me anything I didnt need. But I cant give them 5 stars because I was the only person there (employee or customer) who chose to wear a mask. I saw no hand sanitizing stations, and there wasnt even any soap in the bathroom. And their waiting area makes any kind of social distancing impossible if 3 people or more are waiting simultaneously. Overall opinion? Service was great! But dont come here if youre not flexible with your COVID-19 protocols!

Worst place to go, state inspection price on their wall says 40$ but they charged my 86$, when I asked why? The guy with the attitude replied I DONT KNOW WHY CAUSE I DONT MAKE THE PRICE, I said but it says 40 on the wall he said that’s the old price. Seriously? Are we in America? Are we in 2021? I was always going to Jefy lub in VA but it was my first time here in PA and will never go again and recommend DONT goooo

Went here for an inspection and oil change a little while ago. The people Jiffy Lube hires have absolutely no skill whatsoever. After my oil change I checked my oil strip and it was BONE DRY! They probably deliberately didnt put oil in there so my engine would blow up. I will never go there again. Do not waste your time

OMG the flourescent lights were blinking, and I had to go outside to deal with it. They are usually very good, but today they were abrasive. Too bad, I love that location.

Very quick and easy experience - even though my car failed inspection, they gave me 30 days to come back and it will only cost me the price of the sticker rather than the full inspection price again. Will definitely be coming here more often!

Super fast service!

They never tightened my back tires and it caused 4 studs to break off not to mention it could of cause a bad reck and when i went back to tell them what happened they said they could find my invoice and pretty much called me a lier i would never recommend any one gount to juffy lube ever

I usually do my oil changes myself but I brought a work vehicle in to get an oil change and it was the one on High Street in Carlisle Pennsylvania. They were very friendly and very efficient which made my day so much better because I still had work to do. The manager, she is quite friendly and is willing to answer any questions you may have regarding your vehicle and being that I usually did my own oil changes after my visit through my work I ended up getting an oil change with my personal vehicle and I have to say I will not be doing my oil changes I will be going to Jiffy Lube from now on.

My relative got their oil changed here a few months ago, and whoever did the oil change tightened the cartridge filter housing way too tight, like they put it on with an impact wrench. Its disgusting that a business whose primary purpose is to change oil doesnt know how to properly tighten an o-ring sealed housing.

Got an oil change and tire rotation from these people today. Unbeknownst to myself, a newer Corolla’s oil filter requires a specific tool to take off and so they didn’t charge me for the oil change as they weren’t able to remove the filter. I’m so grateful to them for just being honest and doing what they saw as right. All of you guys (and woman) have my thanks and future recommendation!! They also caught the fact that my coolant was low (I most certainly didn’t know) and topped me off!TL;DR: Quick, friendly, honest service!

Came here for an oil change since my regular guy couldnt fit me in and I desperately needed one before a long trip. Needless to say, Im never going back. They top off all your fluids as part of the price of an oil change. They filled my washer fluid since it was almost empty. Its January and they mustve put in washer fluid that wasnt good for winter temps because my lines are now frozen!! From reading the reviews, it seems like the mechanics make stupid mistakes all the time. Dont go here!

This is the absolute worst place I have ever taken a vehicle. Unprofessional staff. They told me I needed a tire which was correct but failed to tell me other issues. They assumed it was an alignment they were totally wrong. Too busy trying to sleep me an overpriced tire. Their prices for services are insanely high in comparison to competitors for sub part work. Plus I was told 1 price for tire rotation and balance $24.99. the guy tried to bill me almost $70 for a simple tire rotation and balance. I will never return here. This is the 2nd time Ive tried. Both times were horrible experiences. The only reason I tried again was bc of my limited schedule. I wouldnt go here unless u were desperate.

They may not be the fastest service for a state inspection, BUT they are first come first serve so Ive used them multiple times for a state inspection without having to schedule anything. Its pretty convenient, but you need to plan to wait a bit. Staff are nice and they get the job done. Cant complain really.

Jiffy lube Located on high street in Carlisle pa has earned 0 stars. fact they all stand around a vehicle for a simple oil change. Wouldn’t be mad if they would have filled my oil back up after I left. Ended up getting stuck on the side of the road waiting so I can buy oil for my car that they had failed to refill

Have used this location on most of my oil changes. But the last oil service cost me an extra $72 and change due to the mechanics carelessness of not putting any of my under carriage bolts back on. Had to go to a Ford dealership to replace and cost me an hour of my time. Will never use again. They even got the milage sticker wrong by 100,000 miles. Very unprofessional staff. At my work place you would be fired.

Fast service as expected. They do not do all task as stated on receipt (vacuum and washer fill). After asking if I could get an oil change and tire rotation, and services already started, I was told they couldn’t do a tire rotation on my van. Could’ve explained that to me before you started. Can’t just go somewhere else and pay for a rotation by itself. That’d be absurd

I bought my first car in November last year and just went in to get the oil changed for the first time. I had called around to a few places to get prices. They were all about the same price($79.99) for full synthetic oil which my car needs. I get there, they change my oil, and I go into their office to pay. The girl says We charged you extra because we had to put more than 5 quarts of oil in. No one had told me they needed to put extra in and they knew exactly the type of vehicle I had when I called and never said it would be extra. I pay the price and I walk out. My boyfriend went with me and he mentions how they should have told me it would be extra before putting more than 5 in and charging me extra. She completely flips on us and starts yelling and swearing at us for absolutely no reason. Her name is Britney and you dont want to deal with her if you go there. Which I wouldnt recommend at all given the way she acted. Its not our fault no one told us until after the fact. Terrible customer service and she is the type of person who shouldnt be working with the general public. Never going here again. You shouldnt either.

Barely helped us at all....and didnt put the valve stem cap back on that we went there with. It was a wedding gift. It was a hollowed out 9mm...very angry with this place. Wont be back or recommend it.

I got my oil changed here a few months back. When I still had over 1000 miles left before my next oil change was due, my Honda started flashing a bunch of warning lights, including the check engine light. When I took it to a mechanic, he discovered there was no oil in my car but no leaks anywhere. Apparently, the people who did my oil change never bothered to put new oil in my car!!!! Ive had several issues with my car since this happened as the result of driving it without oil. If you do decide to go here, make sure they actually put oil in your car. Better yet, just go somewhere else where they let you watch the oil change happen.

The oil change was fine, however, the employees were very unprofessional. First, they did not collect my contact information before putting my car into the bay. Second, after finishing service, left my car in front with key in ignition and all doors unlocked (this shop is on a busy corner no less). Lastly, they were unhelpful in explaining problems found with the car and instead just told me to get them fixed and bring it back for the inspection sticker (no thanks!), brought the car to a mechanic up the road for a second opinion. Will not be returning here.

Went in for an oil change. They check fluid levels, filters, and make service recommendations based on your vehicles factory maintenance schedule, but wont push you to get additional work done if you dont want to. Was in and out in 15 minutes.

I called yesterday to ask about getting my car inspected. They told me it was first-come-first-served and to show up between 8am and 3pm. I showed up at 7:40am and waited for them to open. When they opened, they informed me that their inspector wouldnt be in until 10am. I understand that things happen- but the people at Jiffy Lube did nothing to try and make it right. I asked if I could be there by 10, could I be the first to be seen since I was there first in the morning. They would not accomodate. In fact, the guy actually said his manager said someone was there before me- I was there when the other man he is referencing pulled up, he was not there first. He got out of his vehicle before the shop opened, talked to one of the guys and was driving some sort of service vehicle so I had assumed he knew the guys there. I took my business elsewhere but between commute there and back, time spent waiting, and time talking to the staff, as well as the overall lack of concern over customer service, I am very disappointed and would not go back.

While the service was fine, the actual work they do is of doubtful quality in my mind. I bought new windshield wipers from here and let them install them. They gave me the wrong windshield wipers for a right to left arm motion, and so the wipers are on backwards and do the whole rubbing-vibrating thing when theres not much moisture. As annoying as fingernails on a chalkboard. Normally Im a fan of Jiffy Lube, but this was an amateur mistake.
