Its very timely and important that I say this at this time. Im genuinely impressed that this outfit, Walgreens, is still serving courageously even during the pandemic, while many businesses are closed. Your bravery, faithfulness and tenacity in combating disease and illhealth is highly commendable and should be emulated because its keeping our society strong and healthy. Congratulations!Now, heres a greater Good News. Gods unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into his own great and glorious family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. And this gave God great pleasure. Ephesians 1:5. Thats how much God loves you, Repent, give your life to Jesus Christ and enter into Gods glorious family right now. Prayerfully look for a Church where Jesus Christ and righteousness are preached, believed and lived or practiced and then get totally committed serving God there. Missing pills on a prescription, and they pharmacist acted like I was lying. Wont be using this place to fill anything else. Need to drug test employees. If you use this pharmacy, please count your pills!

Customer service on front end is pretty good, going out of their way to assist you and finding what you need relatively fast. Pharmacy gets a little busy sometimes, but they typically handle the stress pretty well. Ive had a couple of issues in the past, but they were resolved.

The pharmacy is incompetent with Rx details. I have never seen such a rude and stubborn staff working their hardest to get me to pay higher amounts for a smaller supply of insulin. Unacceptable service and hilariously uninformed pharmacist.

Cashier was extremely, unnecessarily curt and rude to me. The place recently was held up and robbed during broad daylight, which does not inspire much confidence or feelings of security. I frequent the other area locations, and deliberately avoid this one. Id rather put my money into business that hire employees who recognize when its appropriate to check their egos, and make customers feel welcome.

To the older male pharmacist that hung up today on a customer in need of assistance and answers to their questions after waiting nearly 45 minutes on hold, you are extremely unprofessional. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had but it definitely is the icing on the cake now. I suggest finding a different pharmacy.

Conveniently located, open all day and night. Employees dont go out of their way to ask if you need help, but I prefer it that way. Prices are only good if you have a Walgreens card.

Quick, convenient but a bit more expensive than other stores & pharmacies. Pharmacy staff is friensly for the most part. Ive had a couple issues with them over the last few years but nothing major.

Took a long time to get a prescription of a single 10 ml eye drop bottle. Even then they could only manage to give me one 5 ml bottle and asked to me wait a few days to get another. Customer experience was pretty bad.

The staff has always been friendly and professional...but the company practices and policies are awful.Four times in a year Walgreens (Wg) has been late on my RA Rx injections. A month ago I had a flare so bad I couldn’t walk or close my fingers. Last week Wg was late again with my Rx and I’m again in awful pain.On 1/8/18 I was given 2 different dosages of the same drug! Taking both could be have been disastrous, luckily I asked.In 2017 I had a Rx transfered from a natural apothecary to Wg, and they gave me TEN TIMES the prescribed amount. I took it for only two days and experienced a thyroid storm, had muscle weakness, fell, and was injured. I could have died.Wrote to the company and never got a response. This is the last straw. I will transfer my prescriptions to a local pharmacy that cares. :(

They said they would get my prescription ready and a week passed and I heard nothing. I call and apparently nothing was done to get it! So now after 2 1/2 weeks I have to call and leave a message because I dont want to be put on hold for a very long time. I hear nothing back. I call today and a rude lady tells me my prescription is finally ready! Normally I dont leave bad reviews but they are messing with my health and that crosses a line. I am not pleased and will be taking my business elsewhere!!

Complete chaos at this pharmacy. I went once and will never be using it again! When I dropped off my prescription at 2 on April 27th I was informed that a relative would be able to come back and pick it up in an hour as long as she knew a few things. Well she knew everything and they still requested my medical card even though I was told earlier that it wouldnt be necessary. After this predicament is solved they tell her that they never had my medical card on file and that the prescription was never filled... This is about 5 hours after the original encounter in which the red head was supposed to start the process of filling it. I had just gotten out of the hospital and still feeling ill. After finally getting the script filled I was informed that they were only able to fill one of my very important scripts because the other pharmacy had already closed. Jeremy and his helper were very rude during the entire situation and could use some more training in taking care of customers.P.s- Ive never written a Google review.

They are taking Tricare again, and I had a trip to the ER after Drs office hours last night, by the time we got finished up in the ER my regular pharmacy was closed so we went to Walgreens and they had my 3 prescriptions ready in 10 minutes... It was an excellent experience....

The service and quality at their pharmacy is horrible!!! While I enjoy shopping within the store and feel their in-store staff are great; the staff in the pharmacy are horrible. Whenever I call the staff is rude and off-putting. When I come into the the pharmacy they appear to be in their own world and I have to wait to be noticed at the counter. Today was the WORST drive-thru experience I’ve had to date! Not only did I have to wait for someone to come to the window, although they’d just finished helping someone in the opposite lane, when he finally came, and got my information and retrieved my meds, he then told me I had to go around and get in the other lane (that by that time had a line) because he could fit my meds in the tube (which was incorrect because it was only three small bottles of medication). In that, I ended up being late for work. I am seriously considering transferring my scripts to Walmart.

My pharmacy experience was extremely frustrating. I tried checking my prescription status on their automatic phone system multiple times, and it never had my information, but when I got through to an associate that sounded half asleep or stoned, they told me it would be ready in 1-1.5hrs, then told me they didnt have my insurance information, then hung up before I could respond. I got there 2hrs later to see the pharmacy packed with people, but most of the workers (especially the supervisors or whoever the two men in vests and ties were) moving as slow as molasses despite constantly complaining about how busy it was. When I get to the counter, the associate looks around several places, obviously not finding my prescriptions before telling me they werent ready and it would be a few minutes, after which the pharmacist (who had been tossing prescriptions across the room into a bin, some of which were falling on the floor) told her it was ready and she was able to find it. Then she immediately rung me out at a steep price, so I inquired about my insurance... After several minutes of waiting they told me there was a discrepancy with my insurance company so I had to step out of line and call them. Not Walgreens fault, no big deal, but once I got them the proper information they still couldnt figure out their system and told me to go wait while they held my card and tried to find someone who knew what to do (this out of a staff of two pharmacists, two supervisors, and 4-5 associates). After 30min of waiting, they finally gave me my card back and told me to get back in line.TL;DR Their phone system sucks, their employees will hang up on you, they wont bother with your insurance unless you push it, theyre slow as molasses even when theyre packed with customers, and they dont seem to know how to keep track of whos prescriptions are whos. Go to CVS, go to Walmart, go to Kroger, go to the other Walgreens, just dont go here.

Awful place rude and dont know what they are doing get told two different things from two different pharmacist the old black haired lady needs some schooling in customer service I recommend somewhere else to many pharmacies here to put up with there lack of communication and respect if it wasnt for us they wouldnt have jobs

Customer service is usually pretty bad. They are always out of stock for things I need for my weekly injections. Choose another pharmacy.... update: they are still messing up my orders and continue to over charge me. It always take me at least 30 minutes to get what I need.

The pharmacy is always a mess to deal with have to wait 45 minutes to a hour to get a medicine that only contains 12 pills.Either they mess up or you have to wait forever.
