Three options here, pumps don’t work, pumps might work but come inside to find out first and pre-pay, pumps do work but come inside to get your receipt.The one saving grace at the spot is the taco truck parked in the parking lot.

E85 pumps do not work. False advertising.

Don’t sell Zyns. Only take cash for lottery. If this was the 1800’s I’d probably give it 5 stars. But alas, this is 2021. We’re not cavemen.

So apparently their gas is gold because they are always more expensive than anyone else.

This station was really good a few years ago and used to never have any issues with service. I used get gas here every week and there is usually a pump or two out of service.Over the past couple years the pump service has gone down hill. The pump computers have gotten so slow it takes almost as much time to go through the prompts as it does to actually pump my gas. The screens seem to almost freeze for at least 10 seconds between each step of the prepay process.This morning I tried to get gas and most of the pumps either said they were out of service or were stopped. HOWEVER, I found one that was supposedly usable. After a couple of minutes I got through all of the prompts for prepaying at the pump and no gas would pump. Turns out all of the pumps were down...very good to know.I cant speak for the service inside as I stopped buying things at gas stations other than gas. I guess its finally time to find a new station.P.S. I went back on my way home from work as I saw a few people actually pumping gas. I inserted my card and it took almost a full minute for the pump computer to recognized it had been inserted, but then it said BAD CARD. Tried again after waiting another minute for the computer to go back to the prompt screen...same result.Went to a different pump and it didnt even do anything using different cards. It literally just flashed the screen without changing.I went a few miles down the road and was able to use my same card and was pumping gas within just a few seconds. How comical.The pumps at this Shell station are due for an upgrade.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn behind this gas station and had the misfortune of running into a good number of this gas stations staff. No matter who I was talking to, the counter attendant was always rude. Its a well kept up building but the prices are higher than they should be and the staff needs better training on how to treat customers.

Great store. Prices are a bit high, but the staff there is great. Especially the red head thats always there in the mornings! She always has my order ready and such a doll to chat with and keeps you smiling. I come by everyday just to see her

I asked the pay part cash and part on my car the lady charged my card only and said oops snd then proceeded to tell me she couldnt return it at all. My account is now overdrawn and im charged a fee for it.

Came here because we were at the hotel behind themsuch a huge selection of things to choose from prices are excellent compared to where we live. there was a young lady with red hair working that greeted us when we walked in which was a first and very welcoming asked us if we need help finding anything informed us of sales and had great hospitality also even offered to carry our things for us. if we did not live out of state we would be revisiting !

Rude worker told me I could not buy lottery tickets at 8:43pm. They did not want or care for me as a customer. She would not answer any questions when I asked who I could talk to. She said that was how they were told to answer any questions. I will never return.

They always turn the drink machine off an hour before close. I understand wanting to go home, but every time I go in there later at night they aren’t doing much of anything. I work late hours at times and they are right across the street from my house, but I guess I’ll be going elsewhere to be able to get what I came for.

Charge me $500 for an alternator on a 2002 Ford focus charge me $50 to tow my car. When they towed my car they tore the reverse out of it and tried to tell me that I didn’t have reverse when they got the car and I said I did have reverse but hey I’m from out of town and my car was broke down I guess you just get screwed

The GM Bruce is the worse person imaginable. He is clearly a racist and a psycho in the same. He has a big head and a little job, and Im sure he knows this. I would suggest that no one use this out-of-the-way station. I live down the street and I am definitely boycotting. Im sure this man is a part of a white supremacist group. Im disappointed with shell, but not all that surprised. This Shell Marketplace can have an employee write a review if they want (lol). I live 1/2 mile away from this gas station and have spoke to many people that have a distaste for it. The older lady is nice, although way too confused all the time. If you go to this marketplace you will see what myself and many of my neighbors are talking about. Also, their gas prices are NEVER competitive... would do better going down the street a mile to the Kroger.

Quality gas, and professional attendants. Brittany is my favorite. She always go above and beyond to help. They need to make her a manager.

Do not go here I tried to pay with my card nope have to go inside oh the pump your at that you just payed for wont work go to pump 13 that ones out of service go to 4 oh thats out of service they litrerally made me late for work and they have the most expensive gas around

One of the nicest, cleanest gas stations Ive gone to. Josh was my guy, but hes not there anymore. Theres a couple of guys who work there who arent the friendliest, but theyre not that bad. Its a little expensive, but their fountain sodas are great.

The pumps don’t even work, took forever just to put payment information in and then I get 4 cents worth of gas HORRIBLE I even have the receipt and I have filmed it with the cameras on my car. Worst go to the other Shell that’s out of the way up the road near the grocery co-opp.

Closed 20 minutes before listed time with no explanation

I love the selection here for drinks and its a really nice store but the employees make you feel very unwelcomed. Ive literally never walked in here and felt welcomed, no one says hello ever and there is zero pleasantries from the cashiers

I had to clean the bathroom just to be able to walk in it. The staff did not care or apologizes for the mess. I will never return here. I suggest you never come here once.

Shell is good quality, probably the best. Price is way too high here though and the station is not very friendly.

Arrived at the gas station at 6:11 am on a weekday. Swiped my Amex and attempted to pump gas, nothing... hung up pump and started again, nothing. Called the attendant and she informed me that they don’t allow you to pump gas before 6:10 AM. I went inside and asked if gas was avalaible and they said not till after 6:10 am, it’s 6:15 at this point. So I asked, “if I pre-pay at the pump at 6:15, I’m still not allowed to pump gas”? To which I was told yes and I should go try again.I left, considering the 93oct is more expensive here than others, I’ll find my gas and E85 elsewhere. Is this really policy? Is this how you treat professionals stopping by for fuel in the mornings?To the younger woman on the left, please learn how to do your job. Business people are not getting gas at 6:00 am to be talked to like that.

The other reviewer must be butthurt about something. Staff are friendly and recognize customers. Prices are usually a few cents more than the shell in town though.

Too pricey. Smokes are 2 or 3 bucks more than walmart just down the street. Dixie cream doughnuts .30 more than every other gas station. All fountains are 1.29.

Just be prepared to pay at the pump then walk inside for your receipt. Not just once, it has been then same way for several months.

Only place I’ve gone to where 89 gas costs more than 87. Everywhere else they’re the same price. I’ll be going down the road to Casey’s from now on to get 89 gas for $20 instead of $32.

The receipt machines were broken, the fan inside was broken, every Five gum box was empty, and there was no method to formally complain! The cashier told me to go to another gas station.
