Extremely biligerant, aggressive, bullying behavior from a young male store employee who acts like someone with Napoleon syndrome. This male college student needs to educate himself about the mask mandate regarding those with respiratory conditions. The female store manager was very nice and told him to go away.

Staples is great! Ive checked around locally to see what other copy/print places charge and Staples really is the least expensive for printing costs. I am broke so saving money is important. All other printing places in or near Carbondale charge more for color/b&w printing, last I checked. Printing is expensive - ink is expensive, and thats why I DONT have my own printer! Every printer Ive had always broke or kept needing ink- a waste of money and time! I make album art and other types of art and only trust Staples to print everything for me, for several years now. The paper and card stock they provide is high-quality. Also, if my image doesnt look quite the way I hoped, someone is always willing to try adjusting any settings to improve the way my art/the ink looks on paper. I also purchased a Canon brand scanner for my home use here & it works great & has been very useful to me for many different projects. They always give a polite greeting when I come in and thats nice, but what I REALLY appreciate is the quality printing I can get done there.

Truth be told they sell all the stuff other people do but at a higher price, usually. But they do offer horse parking unlike the other stores. Lol

Went in to get something copied off my phone. The employee didnt seem to want to do it. More eager for me to leave. They surely werent busy. Went to the ups store in town. They happily helped me and made it seem easy. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Great store they have everything I need but I was standing in the printer aisle for quite awhile looking at printers with no offers of assistance. Would have been nice to have been asked.

I had the best customer service at this this store today, I came in there with my 2 year old and immediately was greeting by an older gentlemen wanting to help me get a box. When he went to look for a free one for me another employee I think he was the manager offered me help too and helped me pick out the right size box to send. Never been into staples before but was definitely surprised with how much effort these guys gave me, I would have spent less than a minute in there had I not wandered around. Awesome people.

I normally order online, but its nice to have a store closed for those last minutes needs!

Ive never paid such a high price for printing. Well over 3X the price of any other office supply store Ive used. Over $50 dollars for about 55 standard pages. Was greeted when I walked in the door which was nice, but I dont understand how they can stay open with these prices. Buying a cheap printer and throwing it away every time I print something would be cheaper than shopping here.In addition, there are extra hidden convenience fees for anything that you have printed in the store. Buyers be ware this place scams you out of money and doesnt tell you how much things cost until they do the work for you.

Convenient when you need a copy to to fax something. Need clearer instructions for using self service machines. Overall good customer service.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price, and at least two people offered to help me while I was there. They are usually helpful there.

Above average Staples store. Staff are friendly. They have the ability to photocopy large formats up to 30 inches wide in black and white.

I picked up 2 writing tablets that were in the clearance isle and another 2 same exact one in the regular isle price make at the same clearance price. But the sales person said they are not on sale that customers just move them around. So hello the clearance price tag didnt prove it? The employees at staples do this every time I shop here. I will not be going back. Crooked employees. 😤

I have them 1 star cause there was no choice lower. I was getting labels made that I needed titre away had written down by their worker what I needed on them go to pick up 24 hours later for all of them to be wrong. Will not go back,do can get it done rite and cheaper down the road
