They are different than the typical small motorcycle shop, they have a good vibe (all are welcome) and the young guy, forgot his name..longer hair, seems to run the place is great, great vibe! They did a great job on my tires and quickly fixed a small error. As a small business person all my life I get the issues. However, to improve the vibe even more I would ditch the negative signs they have up. If you have to point it out its already too late. Do the job of avoiding it with simple procedures. I will go back and am happy I found them. Good people!!

Friendly and helpful. Im a relatively new bike owner; they resolved my issue quickly as well as noticed a couple other minor issues. They brought them to my attention, but wouldnt do any additional work without my approval.I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Brought my 2018 Fat Bob in for a 5k service and they did an amazing job, finishing the job way earlier than the estimated time they gave me and also fixed a small issue I had with an aftermarket clutch cable. Very pleased with the service. Definitely will bring my bike back to them for my future projects I have planned out.

Ripped me off on my 03 100th anniversary Harley and made 2 grand in 2 hours

Easily the most efficient and straight up honest motorcycle repair shop in southwest florida. Came in the have front tire changed and rear brake diagnosis on my 2000 Victory turns out I needed a new brake line and I brought in my own tire I bought on Amazon, took them two weeks to get the brake line then when it finally came in they called me and said my carburetor is leaking and hydro locked the engine, “my bike doesn’t have a carburetor I tell them”well $500 later to change the tire and replace rear brake line and they were trying to replace my fuel injectors next!!! told them to put it back together, and they told me how bad my bike is and it’s going to break down and I should just sell it, and I haven’t had a problem since.When your mechanic calls you to tell you your carburetor is leaking on your fuel injected bike you know they’re garbage.These guys sell used bikes they buy off of customers seems like a conflict of interest.

I bought a bike online from here. Im in TN and they really helped me out so I could get my bike with minimal hazels. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, she gave great customer support. Great doing business with these guys. Highly recommend.

Took my bike in for a small repair they said about 2 weeks on a return, its been 2 months im still waiting and every time I call they give me s different story, very annoyed and disappointed by their lack of professionalism and customer service

No other motorcycle shop would change out my tires because they dont touch bikes with spoke wheels. Soul Rebel is not one of those bike shops, they told me spoke wheels arent an issue for them. Had my tires and oil changed on the same day that I called to see if they had an opening. Super friendly staff, very willing to work with you. I will definitely be coming back here for further maintenance and customization work! 10 out of 10!

I moved to Cape Coral 2 years ago and dont trust a lot of people to do the work on my motorcycle but I found these guys and they are the real deal and the best ...will not take it any where else but Soul Rebel Cycles...they work on any make and model ...love it ...keep up the great work guys :)

I called for a oil change, and I was told I could bring it over in a hour, and it would take 45 minutes, and it was done in 45 minutes, and I was satisfied with the work... I found a oil spot on my tank, and they took a rag and wiped it immediately. I recommend this shop !

I ordered a new clutch cable. They called me when it came in (exactly when they said it would). I was going to put it on myself, but ended up letting them install it while I waited. It was quick (about a half hour) and did a good job. Theyve always treated me right.

The guys did a good job communicating with me when replacing a rim for me. It took a long time due to circumstances beyond their control. Was disappointing that my bike loses power at high RPMs and backfires excessively on deceleration. All their techs rode it and said it was fine. Not even close to fine!

My experience at the shop was great. The staff was professional, the work was completed in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs, service or custom work on their motorcycle.

I took my bike in for a new speedo sensor and to change a headlight. They ordered the parts and had them in a few days later. The labor didnt take long and they priced me accordingly. Without a doubt, Ill be doing all future business with them!

These guys are fantastic! They took my beat-up 2000 Sportster and turned it into show worthy piece of art. They built their own hard tail and transformed the bike in the baddest bobber in town. Their quality of work is top notch and their prices were by far the best in town.If you are looking for a custom chopper or just to have some work done on your ride do yourself a favor and check these guys out.

I bought a bike from src....they told me if I had any problems with it they would take care of it.....it ended up needing a a few small repairs......I called them.....they picked it up.....and fixed these minor issues free of charge....even through in a new battery for free.....good people....good service...true to their word....Id buy from them again any day...

Just wanted to drop a line to say thanks.Thanks for scratching and putting a gouge on my new $400 Yoshimura pipe and not telling me about it.Thanks for not attaching my fairing correctly so it could flop in the breeze.Thanks for not fixing my carbs like I asked and paid for.Thanks for not returning my calls.And thanks for charging me over $600 so I could get my bike back in worse shape then when I dropped it off.I certainly hope youre better at fixing Harleys than you are with jap bikes.
