I did a “Thang” yesterday. Bought the perfect bike for me at Southwest Cycle.Several years ago I gave up riding and my bike to help my 31 year old daughter fight for her life against cancer. She followed by Mom battling dementia exactly 6 months apart went home to God.Finally I’ve been working on riding againMonk and Dave with Beth patiently worked with me to find the right bike, financing and the insurance process!Last even on my Maiden Ride I wrote “Riding my Harley is Heavenly!!

Even though I didnt purchase the bike from him, it was a great experience. Monk even called to follow up to see how my eventual purchase did go. Would highly recommend!

Was not planning to buy immediately. But when I pulled up, Monk was getting out of his car. He walked over and introduced himself and shook my hand. That said A LOT to me. I ended up walking in and purchasing a 2002 1200 Sportster quick as a whip. All the staff were great. Encouraging without pressure.

We drove from South Georgia to trade in our KTM Duke 390 for a Triumph Speed Triple. It was well worth the 6 hour trip. Orlando was awesome. Beth and Dave were also wonderful. They stayed late for us and we’re very easy to work with! 5/5 would travel to them to purchase again in a heartbeat!

The atmosphere is very informal. Good guys. Veteran Harley Tech. The only downfall is that you cant get any Extra/War on anything Older than 10 years. If so, youre on your own. Remember, they are used bikes. Dont get me wrong, I Love my 100th Anniversary Softail. Cool, Classy & Runs like a Beast. They gave me a Great Deal on a Trade to obtain this Beauty. My previous bike was a 4 year Disaster. When I brought it in, instead of taking my money, they Showed me how Bad it was. Not knowing what to do, they came up with an idea that was Painless & Doable. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The whole experience was great, the mechanics were able to diagnose my issues and work on my older model bike with verbal warning of possible complications, but no actual compilations at all. Cold called the dealer and Monk answered my call. He took care of me. Answered all my questions. FaceTimed me with a walk around the bike, and showed me all the faults. The transaction was straight forward and the purchase was simple. Shipping was an outside issue. (Not Dave, Monk, or Beth’s) So, I flew down and rode it back to Arkansas. This is my second experience with Dave at southwest cycle, both times he was great! I bought a bike my first time, Dave was friendly and help me with my financial needs.Today, I sold my bike (not the one I bought 3 years ago with Dave) and he gave me the best price compared to stu’s and sun-sport. If you need your bike fixed, or interested in pursuing a new hobby, come to these guys no funny business and get your bike fixed properly, also while you wait they have complementary beverages for any and all to enjoy.

A real bike shop that cares about their reputation more than just making a sale, I gave Monk (orlando) a dollar amount I wanted to walk out the door at and they made it happen in less than an hour with a new chain on the bike. Just got my 3rd bike from Southwest Cycle this week, and they are officially the ONLY place ill get a bike from, Got a 2016 forty- eight Harley. Kelly blue book says this bike is worth $8,625( with avg miles of 12,000) i got it for a little under $8000 WITH extremely low miles at 1,800! Found out i had a dead/weak battery on the second day and Dave got me a new one and Steve fixed it for me with no issues and no additional cost, now the bike runs perfect and flawlessly. First day i accidentally knocked the side panel off with my leg and TJ fixed it for on the spot ( also no additional cost!) Im wanting to replace my handlebars and Tj is currently helping me find a good deal on some ! I also purchased and new helmet from them, and wanted to include this because things are normally cheaper online but NOPE! Beth helped me get the helmet and even after tax this helmet was $20 cheaper .Sorry for the long post, just really wanted to detail how southwest makes you feel like family and truly takes care of you and your bike! Thank you Beth, Dave, Tj and Steve for the awesome service and not taking advantage of me like most dealerships around here !

These guys are great. cross country purchase not able to test drive so had some initial concerns, but these guys took better care of the process and me than local dealers were willing to, they made sure i got what i wanted and the price was right, beautiful harley blackine that was pretty hard to find. Dave and Orlando took care of things the right way, and Ill be back to SW Cycles next time I get the itch. No hesitation distance buying from these guys again.

I love this motorcycle place! Steve the owner is so far by the best motorcycle owner then any other motorcycle places in lee county. He’s very honest when he showed me that my motorcycle tank had rust in it and the fuel pump. He helped me a lot by saving money also by buying a refurbished motorcycle tank. He’s very reliable and very honest about everything. He’s also honest to you about if you should purchase the motorcycle and makes sure you will be safe on that motorcycle to drive it due to your body size.

Its sometimes hard to find an honest shop but Ive been coming to Southwest cycle for 4 years now and I can say and they treated me fairly every time Ive been in. I tend to do long distance rides and I rack up a lot of miles on my bikes and there are some services I just dont want to do myself. whenever I have something I need done or when I need tires Southwest is always been there for me theyre always upfront about what its going to cost and theyre really good about keeping appointments. I can come in for a set of tires and be out the door to three hours later with the tires on my bike. I highly recommend them.

Went there and was interested in 3 bikes but when asked to start and listen to the bike I was favouring was told that was not allowed until a deal was on the table. Then asked their best price on the bike I liked and they didnt come down one cent. Was then told after mentioning a potential deal at another dealership that he would never buy a unit there as he had and they didnt honour any warranty. The young salesman was arrogant and not at all user friendly. Would not say the environment was conducive to purchasing a bike there.

If you want to find a variety of good clean motorcycles , I recommend Southwest Cycle in Cape Coral. I travelled to all the Big dealerships and small shops and the Internet , Southwest Cycle had the nicest inventory and without question the nicest, easy going atmosphere to do business with. They have as good website , a competent service center, and fair prices on everything they sell.

I needed a 4 carburetor clean and rebuild on my Honda cb750 so I called a few shops in town and everyone but Southwest Cycle was booked for the season and couldn’t do it. They quoted me a price, which was in line with the other shops and I left the bike there. I picked it up 3 weeks later and the bike ran great. It took time to order rebuild kits. I was very pleased and happy with both the customer service and the mechanic’s work and would definitely bring the bike there for future service.Hernandez called me with progress updates every week and did an amazing job explaining repair details and addressing my concerns. I would definitely recommend this place for service and purchases.

I have been to the bike shop three times over the past couple of weeks. Im looking to purchase another bike. The first two visits I made I could not get any assistance on bikes, price, etc. There basically was no one there! Today I stopped in to see what new bikes they had. I was still interested in a bike that I seen on my last visit. After waiting ten minutes so the sales guy could finish a chat with a fellow employee I asked him about the bike. He was response was oh, we arent selling that bike yet. There was minor damage on the tank, which I was okay with. It has also been on their concrete pad for two plus weeks. He then throws out an outrageous price, unless your willing to pay x,xxx. The price was about 2k over NADA pricing for a mint condition bike at a dealer. No further discussion was had, he simple returned to looking at his computer monitor. I was a willing buyer with cash. I would not recommending putting a bike there on consignment, they have no interest in moving bikes to potential buyers.

I was drawn into the showroom because of the large selection and realistic pricing. They have a diverse inventory including crotch rockets, Japanese cruisers, and Harleys. I was immediately helped by Steve, who set me up with a nice Vulcan Classic with less than 2,500 miles! They were even willing to hold the bike for a couple weeks for me. Bob did the paper work, including taking care of the registration. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good second hand motorcycle.

I bought a sportster here and had a great experience from start to finish.Ron, Hernandez, and Jay all did a great job making it happen.I was very happy when they replaced a bad part on my bike within their 30day warranty period with no issue and no cost just done. Doesnt get much better than that.

Ive purchased two bikes from this shop so far. The staff, especially Ron and Stephen, are genuine, awesome guys who are passionate about the work. They make a cycle shop what it should be, fun. I just bought a motorcycle from them a week ago they have the best customer service I seen around and will help the customer as much as they can. I went to Harley Davidson first to try and get a used bike and they told me no so someone I know told me to go to Southwest Cycle and they will get you what you need. I will differenly come back to buy another bike here love the staff.

Put a HD on consignment for $10k. The deal was we get $10k and they keep anything over that dollar amount. After the bike was sold, they reduced our check by $300 for “detailing”. This was not discussed or agreed to ahead of time nor was it in their contract. We discussed this with them and offered to split the fee with them as it was not the right thing to do to charge us a fee that was not disclosed in advance. They didn’t want to honor their agreement. I could take them to small claims but the $300 bucks isn’t worth my time. We let the bike go for much less than it was worth to begin with. I wouldn’t do business with them again...dishonest and a scam. Very disappointed.

I have felt very comfertable with South West Cycle on multiple occasions from buying bike from the sales rep Ron and repairs I would highly suggest them for honest opinions and easy going transactions. Steve is my go to guy for any questions and side conversations about future purchases. Great communication friendly and easy going shop. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy and or repair there bikes, or even to conversate about future purchases I’m sure they would be more then happy to help. They was told me that one and a half hours would take me to change the brake pads of my motorcycle, as they were fine, they even suggested that I change brake fluid and quick work cooler, despite that and with lies I waited more than three hours. The manager and another very thin person, sitting on two desks passed me many times and never greeted me or asked me anything to give me a solution. Very bad maner for a costumer.

My original post gave then 5 stars, however the last two times I went there the service was very disappointing and the staff could care less about providing great customer service. I took my business elsewhere. Sad because I thought they were top notch.

Heres the thing...took my bike in for tires and an oil change. 3 days later I get my bike back with the oil OVERFILLED by 1 QUART, my console was loose, and my seat was not put on correctly. All of these goodies cost me close to 900.00. I am very upset (to put it nicely) and quite confused.I think that the dipstick says do not overfill on it.

If your looking to buy a motorcycle, this is the place to go! I had been looking for a couple of weeks and decided to stop in. I got no sales pressure, and I found the staff to be easy to talk to, and they will go out of there way to insure your satisfaction. After a long 2 weeks and alot of miles on my car, I found my bike at southwest!

Customer service is absolutely subpar. Called for an inner tube price and was told I’d get a call back with price. Apparently she called but didn’t leave a voice message. When I called back and mentioned that I didn’t get a voice message she asked if I called to yell at her. I wasn’t yelling, she needs to grow up, acknowledge she made a mistake and use it as a learning experience. Manager said if I saw her call then I should have answered - I can see why she acts like that if management is not properly coaching their team on proper customer service. I work full time and cannot always answer personal calls so that’s why voice mail exists. I was floored that they defended their poor service. They need to tighten up their professionalism. Third class operation here.*UPDATE* Owner responded in a manner that casts doubt on the validity of my review. I assure you that I own no company that does reputation monitoring of any sort, nor would I procure business in an underhanded way as implied. I feel strongly that this response, which hints at blame to me, underscores the lack of professionalism at this place. Instead of taking ownership of subpar, poorly trained employees, lack of customer service and more, they chose to *attempt* to cast a shadow on my legitimate review. I do marketing for a living and would not ever leave a negative review if it was not warranted as I understand the importance of online reviews. I am happy to discuss my encounter with the owner or anyone else who is interested, yet nobody reached out to make it right, instead, they left a poorly crafted response. There are many companies that scour the web for negative reviews and will reach out. Negative reviews are earned and this establishment has several - the fact that there are enough to warrant someone to reach out to fix it underscores that point. I have even less respect for your business now than I did before. Nice try jokers.

I had the valves checked and adjusted on my 2008 ZX-14, they did a really good job.The engine runs now smother then it did before!Its like a brand new bike.If you need to get anything done on your bike go to Southwest Cycle, I highly recommend them.

Stopped in to check some things out, get pricing on basic services, etc... I spoke with three different staff members, none of them seemed like they wanted to give me the time of day. They were rude, short, and just in general seemed like they wished they were somewhere else. Guess Ill keep looking for a reliable bike shop in the area.

I went into southwest cycles Thursday afternoon,got financed almost immediately and left with my bike Friday afternoon. Great service and they do anything possible to get anyone financed.

I had a wonderful experience. Lisa was very nice and very helpful. I had planned a road trip and called to make an appt to change my oil, get new tires and just an over all check. She originally told me she wasnt sure she could get me in that quickly, but ended up making it work out and getting everything done. Im bringing it in again today for another issue, and again made me an appt quickly. I wont bring my bike anywhere else. Thank you Lisa for all your help!!!

I am kinda upset. I think I have been discriminated against. I went to Southwest Cycle today to look at a used Road King I had seen on Craigslist. I had been there before and the salesman was polite but it was uncomfortable talking to him.. I was wearing capris and flip flops at the time and figured he wasnt thinking I was serious.This time I rode my bike up there. When I arrived, he was talking to a man about a scooter, and before I had my helmet off the scooter buyer left and the salesman went back into the office.So, I looked at the Road King, but he didnt come back out. So I wandered around and looked at the other bikes, and came back to the Road King.He came out and came over to talk to me. I asked the year and price. He didnt volunteer the miles. I then told him people had warned me about the solid wheels making it a little harder to control under high wind conditions, and he overcame my objection with a logical answer.I pointed out that the bike had been dropped because the chrome was scratched around the speedometer, the light bezel was stretched and the tank had a scratch from the handle bars.He said no way was it dropped, the crash bars would be damaged.So I told him I would like to take it for a test ride. He told me I could not until we came to a mutually agreeable sales price.......Who the hell makes an offer on any vehicle without at least hearing the thing run?Then he told me it was winterized and couldnt be ridden ......uh, its Florida...He saw I had a bike, never asked if I would want to trade, didnt act like i really had any business being there!I am the secretary of a local chapter of an international womens riding club. There are thousands of us riding and BUYING motorcycles. I think the salesman should have more respect, and really should be dismissed immediately.I left there so angry I was shaking!Screw them.Post Script:The next week I bought a beautiful Heritage from Black Widow and was treated with respect.

I own my R1 thanks to this guys and I will review this place with the top 5 stars on overall. They are very great people and helpful.
