Bought a mattress last year I was told it was a firm mattress turn out to be anything but. Contacted the manager within a couple days of buying it you have been given a run around ever since. Got ahold of the new manager who said he was definitely going to take care of me even though they couldnt find me in their system had to provide proof of the financing and once again being ignored and will not provide me with the proper mattress

Can some one please send me the info to register my mattress. I never recieved a card in the box where my mattress came in. Kim said she would send it to me but I know she is busy with other stuff.I met Kim this past weekend after messaging for a day or 2. She was quick to respond and with an uplifting wonderful attitude. She helped me pick the best mattress for my back problems with frame. This wonderful lady saved me $3000 from being charged by other big deal stores, mind blowing. I am so happy. I have not received my mattress yet but she even told me when to expect it. She did not hide anything from me and told me how the business works. Buy locally! This is even more important than ever. With everything going on in the world its a relief to be able to purchase not from a big box store or national chain but to bring my business to a locally owned business that sells a locally (manufactured in FL) produced product. Kim was great in insuring the customers safety with the cleanliness of the shop as well as only allowing one couple in the showroom at a time to shop. She was friendly and very informative - Thank you.The only reason I have given 4 rather than 5 stars has nothing to do with the store its self - due to everything going on in the world right now there were delays in receiving our new mattress. It unfortunately took almost 4 weeks. But the product is amazing. I have not slept this well in years - thank you Kim and thank you Mattress Outlet.

Completely outraged by the lack of customer service with this place. lady I spoke to agreed to meet me at 3:45 Saturday. Waited for over an Hour and 15 minutes outside in my car which she never mentioned that I had to wait outside. Called 5 times! All I needed was a twin mattress and have cash ready and im out. She proceeds to text me and said she still doing financing. I called one last time and told her I about to leave i just need a twin and she proceeds to tell me that she sold the last 2 twin to the person before me and never called me to tell me that. Dont waste your time in money here! This place dont even deserve a one star!

The service I received yesterday was incredibly amazing to say the least. I reached out to Kim & she immediately responded and set up a time to meet up. She went above and beyond to help me! Her personality was amazing from the moment I walked in. She did everything possible to make sure I left happy and with the mattress I wanted. Truly recommend this place!

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Im about to channel my inner KAREN for a moment!If this would allow me to rate with 0 stars, you bet your bottom I would. The owner Kim, told my daughter it will take a week to a week and a half to be delivered. The mattress and box spring was ordered on August 20th, 2020 and finally delivered on September 10th, 2020! Not only does she use her Pots syndrome as an excuse for not working, but also told me her life story instead of ways to fix our problems with the delaying of our order. One minute she is telling me how she cannot walk or stay awake because of her syndrome but then told me she is heading out for a road trip the next. Excuse me, but if you are too sick to be working, im pretty sure you should be too sick to drive 10 hours up north to Alabama. Now that we have established her POOR work ethics, lets discuss how absolutely UNACCEPTABLE it is to have a mattress delivered past 11pm. I call to hear the status of my delivery at 9:31 and this woman has the AUDACITY to tell me she is doing ME a favor. Then proceeds to tell me i am the next delivery, as if she didnt say that to me an hour before that. So the order wouldnt arrive until 10:45PM if not later. If she knew her driver had that many deliveries and it might be incredibly late when it arrives, this should have been discussed. MIND YOU I LIVE LESS THAN 3 MILES AWAY! Considering the complications and the urgency clearly discussed with her about the order, this should have been her top priority. Im paying 20 extra dollars just to have it delivered 2.2 miles away from her shop. The delivery driver called me and told me he is getting yelled at for HER MISTAKES! Not only is she rude as can be and texting me about her sleeping kids, when SHE IS TRYING TO SEND A STRANGER TO MY HOME PAST 10:30PM with two sleeping infants! I had no choice but to tell the poor man to deliver it in the morning. The delivery driver called at 7am, asking for our address because boss lady never even wrote it down! ITS NOT EVEN THE MATTRESS WE ORDERED! THE MATTRESS IS THE HARDEST MOST UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS I HAVE EVER LAID ON! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS CORRECTLY, THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS INTO THE GROUND! Not even this message can explain the absolute BULLS*** this woman has put my family through. If you buy anything from her, you will regret it and that is a 100% guarantee! With her no money back deal, obviously I had no choice but to reap the repercussions of her business. Take your business anywhere else or order online before you want to rip your hair out too. I WOULD LOVE TO ADD, WHEN MY DAUGHTER WENT BACK TO PAY THE REST OF THE MONEY OWED, THIS WOMAN HAD THE BALLS TO TALK SH** ABOUT ME TO MY 19 YEAR OLD! AS IF MY DAUGHTER WASNT GOING TO COME HOME AND TELL ME ALL ABOUT IT! NO AMOUNT OF MONEY IS WORTH HER HORRIBLE BUSINESS, RUN WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE! Completely baffled by the service I recieved at this business. The woman I originally spoke with agreed to meet on Saturday, they see 1 couple by appointment. My fiance ended up working later than planned. So I asked if she would be willing to meet today Sunday..Feb, 10th instead. She agreed. So we get there and she starts showing us their inventory (very little selection) most out of our price range. And only 1 that was in our buget. So she proceeded to tell me that everyday she pays $10 dollars to ride her bike to her store. And when she finally wasnt crowded over our shoulders we had a minute to discuss. And decided we only had 1 option at this store. So we thought we will let her know we will think on it and ger back to her on a decision . Immediately she proceeded to tell us NO ,im leaving for Texas tomorrow . I let her know we would like to think on it. She said we inconvenienced her by making her pay 10 to drive to the store and that she is a single mother. She told me my fiance and I were ridiculous and proceeded to tell us to leave the store. I cant believe the way we were treated. We were nervous to spend a good amount of money on something we have never been treated that way before. I will not be returning. And unless you are 100% sure youre buying one. Do not go or you will be harrassed.
