I called with an emergency order, I spoke to Alex, he went above and beyond to help me. He called multiple stores to see if he could help me and resolved my issue within 30 minutes. I offered extra money for all of his help but declined. I would recommend this place 100%

Ezekial and Jennifer were excellent to work with yesterday. I had purchased a mattress from a competitor last year and had no idea they made an adjustable bed frame which would have made my life a lot easier this past year.While I was only planning on purchasing a mattress for our spare bedroom we spend the extra money on the adjustable bed frame which we are looking foward to getting next week.

Ezekiel (I hope Im spelling his name right) was absolutely fantastic! He helped us find the perfect mattress in no time at all and did everything he could to help us financially with purchasing our new mattress set! We did receive a wrong sized item in our bundle that we purchased but I called and spoke with Josh, he said he would see what he could do and said Ezekial would call me next day once he came in at 1pm, with a result on the matter. He called me right around 1pm as promised with a fix to our issue. No hassles, no problems, nothing. These guys were BEYOND professional and so friendly from the minute we walked in the door. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and respectful.I havent received my delivery yet, its coming today, but so far I can honestly say I am beyond satisfied with the service we have been given thus far! :)

Previously I left a negative review due to assumptions made during the sale. After Joshua resolved the issue without hesitation I am re-updating my review. To those reading this review, please make sure to ask these questions.1.) Whats the warranty?2.) Whats the limitations and requirements of this warranty?(The reason for my negative review prior to this one is because we were told that the mattress we were purchasing did not need a box spring. Excellent experience from the moment we walked in to the store. Our sales associate, Jennifer, was great; pleasant, knowledgable, and helped us find the perfect mattress. We walked in the store at 11:30 am and needed a mattress right away. Our mattress was delivered to our home 4 hours later! The delivery men were just as pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough about the experience!

We purchased a mattress that was a little outside what we were familiar with and decided that the soft was not going to suit us in the long run. We were nervous to go back to the Mattress Firm to tell the sales team the bad news, thinking we were going to be out of luck. Instead, we were greeted by a friendly smile shining through the mask he was wearing. Derrius was so helpful and reassuring, letting us know we had plenty of time to continue trying out our mattress for another couple months. We still were not happy with it so upon returning, we were so happy to work with Derrius again, as he took such good care of us and helped us switch it out for one we would be happier in. Derrius kept us updated throughout the entire process so we werent left wondering when our new mattress would arrive which we appreciated so much. This was a very good experience. The Mattress firm in our town was closed due to the Covid-19 closure. I called the mattress firm in Cape Coral Florida where we had purchased two years ago. Debbie pulled up my past order and selected a similar king mattress for us. She found a way to have it delivered to us in Illinois.
