Best service I have got..

Went to this store recently to transfer service from At&T and get a new phone...Kathy waited on me...she was simply AMAZING...some of the VERY BEST customer service I have ever experienced...It was so obvious she cared about me as a customer...she provided me with the very best deal possible...she patiently worked with me to make the new phone and transfer seamlessly smooth...to me she went above and beyond the call of duty...she far exceeded my expectations..I highly recommend this Metro PCS store and Kathy...I have already told many people about my experience....Thank You Kathy

They say they are open until 7:00 on SUNDAY. In fact, they are closed on Sunday!!! Wasted my time driving to this CLOSED little dump of a store. How hard is it to post your correct hours? They must never go to their own site for quality assurance. I assume they have no Quality Assurance at all even in their phones and service

Absolutely awful experience. I had paid full price for a phone and it had a technical problem and wouldnt work the very next day. This metro pcs was not open, nor did they post their hours online. So i waited until the next day. It is a metro pcs policy that if a phone has a technical issue that is not the customers fault within the first 7 days, the customer has the right to either a full refund or a new phone. This metro was telling me that the metro promise didnt apply to them and that i would have to settle for a refurbished phone. I was furious! I went straight to the corporate store and they handled everything with the district manager. Please do not buy from this store. They will only screw you over when your phone is broken.

The manager is great but some of the employees are very rude and nasty and not willing to help with any new services or upgrades not very educated on this job position
