I’ve given this walgreens about 3 chances now and every employee i have asked a simple question to or asked for help they have been nothing but rude to me. very negative environment. i will not be going back there

This has to be the absolute place to get your prescription. Spoke to them earlier today about an issue with insurance changing. They said no problem just bring it when I came to pick up the prescription. Show up a couples hours later only to have them say sorry we are out of your prescription and won’t be getting any until end of the week. Would have been nice to have known that earlier in the day as I could have had the opportunity to find another pharmacy that does have it. They also can’t give me the prescription as it was sent electronically and have to reach back out to my doctor to get them to re-issue a new prescription so that I can find somewhere to get it filled all while I am now completely out of the medication.

Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced!!When I asked a simple question about if they had a product in the store, the cashier gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me.

Ordered items online and already paid for them when I get there to the pick up spot employees ignoring the line sat there for 30 after several employees walked by I had to tell a cashier to get someone over here also when I went to pick up items they said not in the system when Ive offered to give them order numbers shown them receipts and still wouldnt help me with my order said that I would have to pay for them over agian and had no clue to cancel the other order beware dont go to this store unless you are trying to release your anger and frustration!

The manager, Luis was sitting at the photo counter when I walked in with my kids to get our passport photos done. He was pretty annoyed that I even asked him. We ended up walking out because he said he didnt have time for this; all because I laughed when he tried taking my picture. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

There pharmacy is always able to provide my prescriptions for my family. I have a child who can not swallow pills. They always have capsuls ready or can get them . While other stores wont even try.

I called looking for an item they didn’t have on the shelves. Melanie took the time to go and look in the back for the item I wanted instead of just saying they didn’t have it. She looked and called me back. Best customer service I’ve ever seen. Will definitely come back because of Melanie.

On Jun 28th at 8:40 pm the workers here werent socially distancing from customers and one of the cashiers kept getting close to me in the aisles in more than one occasion without wearing a mask and without any apparent reason to do this. When waiting to pay, people kept walking without socially distancing next to the waiting line. Very annoying. I will avoid going there for a long while.

To the male manager in the vest tonight. My name is not man. I get it that you were trying to show off to the girl working at the photo counter but your alpha male act is played out Second, if I ever spoke to a customer in my profession as you did and called them man Id lose my job. Go learn some people skills

I love this store. The employees always recognize a familiar face, and they are super friendly. And the pharmacy is great too.

Simply put-if youre getting medicine be prepared for a long wait... For some reason it always takes at least five to ten minutes. This last time was almost twenty plus and would have been more if I didnt get frustrated and go inside...Still waited about five to ten minutes inside though. Glad this is my last time using their pharmacy.

Its a great store for retail but HORRIBLE for picking up medication. Almost always have to wait a long time for a script that was called in the day before. Why? Why cant one of the other employees in the store or others working in the pharmacy grab my medicine and ring me up? Why do I have to wait 20 minutes? YES..thats right...20 minutes. Sure would be nice if venting in this review would help but I know it will not. It may be time for me to switch to CVS. Hopefully they will be more efficient.

I love this Walgreens! I go there often and the staff is always great and professional. Anytime I have ever had a concern about anything, the manager is quick to help. They have great hours also. I dont have many presciptions and it did take a while to fill. I wasnt worried about it because its like that everywhere. The pharmacy was professional also.

They will do everything in their power to NOT help you move prescriptions. CVS will call another pharmacy and have faxed prescriptions sent over. LazyDon’t expect anyone knowledgeable about vaccinations or to actually be any in stock if you go. The website makes it appear like they will cater to your travel destination needs. Not only was it impossible for them to look anything up which I had to write down what I thought I needed, they were confused at basic vaccine names let alone had any in stock.Just go to another Walgreens and save yourself the time and aggravation. One out of three of the staff looked at me like I was speaking Russian when I was saying Typhoid.

Terrible disorganized location. Dropped the prescription off after confirming everything was in stock and ready to go. Got a phone call saying it was not in stock go to a different Walgreens. Went there and they told me they couldn’t do it, but the original location found some stock. Had to run around four or five times to these stores. I am sick and medication is important, terrible experience.

Terrible service. Contacted pharmacy 3 times and phone just kept ringing for over 3 minutes each time then disconnected. Spoke with store manager and he was supposed to get someone on the phone and never did. Ive had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. If I could review them without a star I would. Also, medicine is usually not done by the promised time. Dont waste your time with this store.

Went here to get a couple things for my mom. I couldnt find one of the items so I went up to the counter and kindly asked the cashier if she could help me find it. All she does is point her finger and go On isle 3 to the right. I was like I looked and I cant find it and she goes Well its gotta be there somewhere then rolls her eyes and shakes her head. So then I proceeded to try and find it myself. Then, not only does she walk to the isle right next to me but doesnt even acknowledge the fact I still havent found it and she clearly saw me standing around helpless. Do your damn job and stop being lazy!! The staff is trash.

Terrible customer service!! Very judgmental, especially if you take any controlled substances. I strongly suggest you take your business across the street to Caloosa Pharmacy, if you want to be treated like a human being. Google their Good Faith Dispensing Policy.

Smith Thomas the pharamcy tech (if you dont know his name , hes the bald African American man. Ok long story short. My doctor was decreasing my pain medication from high dose oxycodone too low dose hydrocodone. It was too much for me. I explained this to him and that if he called the doctor he would tell him he changed it and that I had turned in the other meds . He said he wanted to see proof of my condition. What the heck? I told him stomach problems filled with embarrassment because there was an audience of 2 other people in line. I then proceeded to tell him there are HIPPA laws and that was none of his businesses. He made a copy of my perscrition and told me that hes flagging me in the system and was no longer allowed to fill at Walgreens. Like I had done something wrong. Obviously my doctor felt they were needed and why he perscribed them. With all due respect, youre not a doctor and should stick with counting pills. I felt judged. I called another Walgreens I use from time to time,explained the situation and they gladdly filled it after they called the doctor to confirm the change and disposal. Dont go here if you can help it. Ive called corporate. I hope gets fired.

Picked up medicine for first time. No one explained anything to me. They gave me partial fill... Never told me that they were out as I wouldve gone to a different location. Pharmacy didnt give me any consultation for these new meds. Called and asked if this would give me stomach aches and pharmacist simply saysyes. I say ok then thanks. Horrible horrible horrible customer service there. Go to a different Walgreens!

If your medication needs prior authorization it can take a long time to get your prescription. Call your Dr and pharmacy provider yourself to help speed things up.

Have had nothing but problems getting medications filled here. The staff NEVER calls to let me know they are ready and online it shows never filled but if you call after waiting 2 days they till you it has been filled and waiting for days. Worst pharmacy ever.

Staff are apparently trained to be incredibly rude.

Pharmacy is rude and unprofessional, however the retail associates are quite courteous and helpful

I have been going here for around 12 years now, and it has always been terrible. The pharmacy has long wait times, most of the staff is rude, and their selection of products is mediocre and overpriced. Theres only one or two members of the staff I can say I like, and theyre the reason Im giving two stars.

Rude employees go down the street to cvs way cleaner and more friendly not one word was spoken besides the total I said have a nice day and the old lady snickered at me

If you are going to the pharmacy. Call before you pick up your script. They had all day to complete it and still had to wait in the store for an hour. Worst service
