Coffee was ok, nothing special. Definitely don’t make special drinks like other popular coffee shops. Bagels were fine. Wish the name in Google Maps would be updated so you know the actual brand you’re getting, and not just a shop called “Coffee & Bagels”. I put the request in to add the full name. Was hoping it was an independent or mom and pop shoppe, disappointed to see it was an Einstein bagel shoppe.

So I absolutely love Einstein Bagel’s but the staff is absolutely PATHETIC! First of all, I stood in line, ordered my food, and then ended up waiting around for 21 minutes! Lol, yes, I counted the minutes it took because I was in somewhat of a hurry! I ordered a half dozen of plain bagels. I politely asked the girl working named Anna how much longer it would take for my bagels to be ready and she said “I don’t know,” in the rudest possible way! I asked her if she could find out for me and she literally said NO! Even the Door Dash man waiting for his order asked why it was taking so long before Anna told him off too before he just decided to leave! Finally, my order was ready and Anna picked it up, looked at me psychotically, and whipped it across the counter in my direction! I was shocked! Whatever happened to customer service?!? To top it off, I ended up getting 5 bagels instead of 6! I paid for a half dozen! I’m so upset! I could have handled a missing bagel but the clerk, Anna, was way too much to handle! She was so rude and disrespectful and honestly, I was afraid to even eat my food after the way she acted towards me and everyone there! I ended up just throwing it all in the garage after I got home. I am NEVER going here again, which is super sad because I used to really love this place.

Came here on a first date. Super nice service and clean dining room. My date and I talked for like an hour and didnt even notice they closed. The lady behind the counter was very polite when informing us.Keep doing great 😄😄😄

Update: Last two times they were out of capers for locs and bagels. The amount of smoked salmon seems to be half what they used to serve when I fell in love with in Miami store. First time going here and every single employee was incredibly polite, cheerful and did their job well. This seems to be a rarity nowadays where most employees dont care and mouth meaningless words simply because corporate tells them to. But these employees genuinely enjoyed being there and cared about the customers. I will go back just because of this. And my bagel and coffee was perfect. Not a single thing to complain about. Somehow our order got deleted and we waited for half an hour ): this happened to two other people in line as well- good place with good service though- everyone makes mistakes.

We went here every day while on vacation. Best bagels in Cape Coral/ Fort Myers by far. The coffee was also great. I was very happy with the service and the staff. I recommend everyone atleast to go try this place out.

I usually get the Texas brisket, which is very good, but 2 times this week I go there to order, and they don’t have the jalapeño bagel. Not to mention, last time I ordered it over the phone, they just replaced it with some random bagel. How do you call yourself a bagel place and not have bagels? Go make some!

Great place to stop in to sit down for a bit and have a coffee and they have some nice snacks and sandwiches as well. A large list of coffee drinks, smoothies, teas hot and cold. Much like the last person wrote. I order from here very regularly or at least I try to, A simple egg sandwich and I always have to hope they get my order right and they never do. 9/10 times it’s wrong. Only every now and again will I actually call to tell them. I live 20 minutes away and always have to drive back to fix it, what’s the point in paying $10 for delivery? I will say the manager Lisa is a great manager and a very nice woman, Always willing to fix your order. Sandwich makers definitely need to be retrained- or taught how to read. check your food and don’t order on DoorDash because you won’t be able to get it fixed.

Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagels, Pine Island Rd., NE, Cape Coral, FL, Here is my 2 cents on my meal and chatter.I had a regular coffee and a Green Chile bagel sandwich to go. The coffee was very hot getting home and very strong. If I had stayed there I could have had a free refill.I order a Green Chile bagel club, turkey,bacon, tomatoe, you get the jist. It was a bit burnt and a bit soggy when I opened at home. They had wrapped it in a paper/aluminum wrap. I was suprized it was also a bit spicy. Over all pretty good.I was also given a very small side of potato salad. After 4 spoonfuls it was gone. It was good just needed more.Service was just like a St*r bucks.Basically this is a clone of a St*r Bucks with an added bagel bakery included. The coffee side has it own sandwiches , bagel side it own drinks. Just sharing the same real estate.So just your average coffee & bagel chains.No big whoop.

Ordered two coffees and two bagels and waited over 30 min. The people taking orders seem lost and confused. They really either need to hire more people or train the staff better. Everyone waited quite long for there food and drinks. Wouldn’t recommend

They have no clue how to make caribou drinks. They sure know how to charge me 7 dollars for a large hot turtle mocha with a full extra shot of caramel and still give me half the caramel on theirb2nd attempt on making a turtle mocha.

Horrible horrible place. I’ve had caribou previously and used to enjoy their coffee when I lived up North. This location is by far the worst “fast food” restaurant/coffee shop I’ve been too. Went to get some coffees and a muffin or two yesterday morning. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. The drive through has curbs so you are stuck behind the person in front of you even if you wanted to leave. We sat at the ordering post for 15 minutes and nobody would answer. I tried calling them 3 times while waiting and no body would answer the phone. Finally I moved forward in hopes there would be a way out around the corner. Nope the car that was in front of me was still waiting there at the window for their food. I was so upset I jumped the curb and got out of there. I will never return. 😡

You can’t have a Caribou Coffee and not know what any of (or have the ingredients to) the signature Caribou drinks! No Turtle Mocha, Campfire Mocha, Caramel High Rise, etc. Might as well get rid of this franchise, as it’s 1000% not a Caribou.On top of that, the people working were just not kind. Go someplace else for your coffee and bagels!

Staff is always super friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. Food is delicious and place is clean. The ONLY reason I am withholding one star is the fact that at this location when I order an Asiago Cheese bagel they dont have the chunk of cheese in the bagel hole Ive come to know and love. Ordered Bagels with lox... while the bagels were a nice size and fresh I was disappointed. Being a New Yorker I may be spoiled but I expect my bagel to have a good layer of cream cheese and a pile of thin sliced smoked salmon with capers and onions. instead I got a open faced bagel with one slice of salmon on each side, 3 slices of onion and a few tiny capers. with no schmear at all. Pitiful.

Kind of disappointed in this place usually they have good bagels I usually order the farmhouse bagel and my boyfriend orders the all nighter my farmhouse bagel had no flavor it was just bacon egg and cheese and my boyfriend didn’t even get an all nighter he got a farmhouse like me they charged me for an all-nighter very disappointed

The farmhouse with a hashbrown bagel is definitely the best breakfast bagel on the menu! The schmear is what makes it!

Ive never eaten here before but figured i would give it a try due to my girlfriends recommendation. I can honestly say ill never eat at einstiens again. My sandwich was bland and tasteless, my coffee was terrible and on top of that, it was WAY overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to dunkin. Or anywhere else really.

When I order a turtle mocha Dont tell me youll make it then not make it. Its a caribou coffee its on the menu for every caribou Ive ever been to. But if you cant make one dont let me order it and expect me to just accept a drink I didnt order. Then have the audacity to tell me that its what I ordered. Like lady no I didnt order this ya big jerky. I wont be back mean people in this building actually upset very much so.

Fast service and good customer service. I go there a lot.Im disappointed I completed the survey on the receipt which in return you received 3 free bagels. I expected to have to pay extra for the cream cheese. I did not expect to have to pay to have them toasted. So the free bagels were now full price to add cream cheese and have them toasted. They went from being free to now costing $11+. Dont waste your time doing the survey on the receipt unless you want to pay full price lol!!!

Pine island location is the slowest, worst service Einstein’s I’ve ever been to, out of everything constantly, 20 min wait with 3 cars in the drive thru every time.

Stick with the bagels and smears (cream cheese) the sandwiches are definitely NOT worth the price they are charging. My toasted bagel with cream cheese and my coffee were fine.

One of the worse examples of retail I have ever seem. Too cutesy, slave to their point of sale computer, had to ask twice for my coffee, had to ask twice for the croissant that I ordered (which tasted like a sweet bagel). Pretty sure we wont find that we got the type and number of bagels we ordered when we get home to count them. Too bad, their bagels are good.

I always come here every morning cause I enjoy the ice coffee & bagels. Came here Friday 5/22 around 6:25am no one was available it says on the door open 6-2pm & nothing. Several customers confuse like I was just left.. idk what’s going on but not cool!

Probably won’t be going here again. I’ve been going to this place for a few months now, the coffee is good and i order either the avocado bagel or hummus veg out. Each time I make sure to ask them my whole order is vegan and they always double check the coffee syrups for me. Today, I went in though and was told the bagels themselves have egg and milk by Paige. Her service was great but I’m disappointed that I haven’t been told this any other Ike I’ve went in.

We went in drive thru, lady was pretty rude, unresponsive. Maybe it was just a bad morning for her.I saw the coffee sign for the past year, thought the coffee was gonna be amazing. They don’t have liquid cane sugar they said, tasted very bland and watered down. There were loads of coffee ground in my iced coffee.The bagels however, amazing. If you notice the bread is yellow, it’s because it’s freshly made instead of mass produced like bagel companies. So the yellow color technically means there’s more flavor. I had the pumpkin spread bagel, not disappointed.The bagels were good, but I won’t be returning. It was a good one time thing! Have a good one everyone!

I have been coming here for a few months now. The staff has always been great along with the food. Until yesterday. Wendy “the GM” wanted to have an argument with me when I picked up my order in the drive thru. I get people have bad days but don’t take it out on paying costumers. To bad nothing will be done about it.

I was at the Cape Coral store today and bought a Bakers dozen box that is supposed to have 13 bagels. Due to the pandemic restrictions, I didnt open it believing the order was correct, since the employees werent that busy. When I got home, and I live 10 miles away, I couldnt believe that there were only 10 bagels in the box. I tried to call the store from 11 am until 2 pm and no one answered. I would have given 5 stars only due to the quality of the bagels and the coffee that I also purchased.

We’ve been coming here once a week every week, for the last 3 months, sorry to say after yesterday’s visit, we will never come back again. Oh Patrick, Patrick, Patrick, where do i start with that guy. Let me just say Patrick exemplified bad customer service. He oozes negativity and sarcasm. He gave us such a phenomenally bad experience that I couldn’t help myself but to write about it. If you want the polar opposite of good customer service go see Patrick he will go out of his way to give you a bad experience, followed by many excuses on why he doesn’t feel the urge to give you what you ordered.

Why doesnt this drive thru have an awning??? This is Florida and it rains every day. Impossible to order without getting soaked.

My mother and I was so stoked about coming to this exact loxation Cape Coral (traveling from Miami) unfortunately the transaction was not so well, it was my first time ordering a bagel with avocado on it and when I get this misery bagel with probably less than a scoop of avocado like very noticeable they tried to spread it out to make it seem like it was a lot I nicely asked for extra. The MANAGER goes to “just so you know we charge extra” and I respond that’s fine? If I would’ve of known you guys would put that misery of avocado I would of paid extra. She didn’t even acknowledge my response. Definitely won’t be back.

Exceptional customer service! Appreciate how friendly, knowledgeable, and caring the staff were in ensuring that I was pleased with my drink and food purchase. Id recommend this place as a great location for a meeting or a get together over coffee or bagels...especially once the morning breakfast rush is over! Imagine they get a bit busy in the mornings with those trying to grab breakfast on the go.

Todays experience was much better than last time when they were out of lox. The time before that they were out of Everything Bagels. Todays food and service was great, I will be back.

Einstein Bagels and Caribou coffee are delicious. I especially like the Farmhouse Breakfast Bagel.

The chain itself is really excellent but this location has some solid downfalls. Firstly, the drive thru is SO SLOW regardless of the line length. Secondly, the employees are either not trained well or don’t care. There are a few gems amongst the rough, but 3 out of 4 times I either get the wrong order or when I ask a question regarding the food the individual needs to outsource their answer. The upside is the inside is really clean, cozy and spacious. The menu is good and the bagels are decent California grade (NOT New York). I’d say drive a bit and go to another location. Cinnamon sugar bagel is the best!

Very well run, absolutely Clean because if the entry door is nothing but fingerprints the manager is asleep, from entry door to floors they are on it very clean. Quaint, quiet food was presented well. Good job Einstein team!!

Brandy and Patrick are super nice, took great care of me. Had a craving for a seasonal sandwich but couldn’t remember the name. It was not currently on the menu but they remembered it and custom built it for me, it was delicious! It’s the little things like this that can make or break someone’s day and they absolutely made my day.

Came here to buy a sandwich and a drink I tried to give the cashier a $2 bill as part of my payment. The cashier told me they didn’t except them. Since when does a business not take a legal form of currency. So maybe your cashiers need more training

The Caribou Coffee and Einstein Brothers Bagels is easily one of my most favorite breakfast concepts. Caribou Coffee is far superior to Starbucks in coffee quality. I got into a conversation with one of the greeters up front who was very knowledgeable about the product, she explained to me that Caribou has an extensive vetting process to ensure they have the highest quality beans on the market, and that every single farm that they get their beans from is Rainforest Alliance Certified. In addition to the best coffee, they also have the superior products of Einstein Bagels, with fresh bagels every morning. In my honest opinion, theres no comparison, Coffee & Bagels is by far my favorite place for breakfast and coffee.For the record, I also think its silly to complain about food being soggy when you package it and take it to go... Isnt that always the case with any food from anywhere? Its also silly to be harsh about employees who dont know the menu inside and out when they literally opened like a week ago. Im sure theyre still learning the menu, just like we are. ✌

The food is pretty good every time. My wife and I come here almost every weekend. The staff is what is hit or miss. The cashier is almost always friendly, but god forbid you order a pastry or something with your hot meal, they will ALWAYS forget it. And give you a hard time when you return to the counter and ask for it. One time we even waited over 15 min for our food only to finally be told that they had accidentally given it away to someone in the drive thru and they were re-making our order.Today when we went, they were out of blueberry muffins, the fountain sodas were extremely flat, and when we received our bagels, there was no cinnamon sugar muffin that we ordered with it. Returned to the counter and several employees walked past and made eye contact with us and never said a word. Finally, after about 5 minutes of waiting, a drive thru employee walked by and noticed us and asked if we needed help. She got our muffin right away. Not sure why customer service is such a difficult concept to grasp at this establishment.

Ordered a bagel sandwich and a cold press coffee. When I went to stir thinking it was the undissolved Splenda I found that it was bad almond milk. I brought it back and asked for a refund. They proceeded with the refund but did not even have the common curtesy of apologizing. Just say I will not be returning 🤮👎🏾

First time customer. Ordered their no yolk bagel sandwich. Asked them if I could get it without the bacon and they said yes. I get home and there was bacon in the sandwich. I figured whatvever Ill just take the bacon off... As Im taking all the bacon off I see a hair on top of the cheese... Than I find two more hairs on my sandwich. 😷

The service has gone down hill in the past month. Bagels sliced poorly over toasted and no one cares. There seems to be no one in charge. I loved this place and now I font ho there.

New place. Very clean. The person who waited on us was very pleasant. My Roobios Cinnamon tea was very good. The coffee was very good as well and the begals were very fresh. A quick and tasty experience.

Bagels are excellent , being they are Einsteins but the coffee is Carribou and while its not terrible , its certainly not the greatest. That said , I stop there every morning because I cant resist the 6 cheese bagel.

Gave them a pass when they had all the service issues when they first opened but its been a few months and here I sit in the store waiting for drinks they never even started making until after we had to say something once we realized they had left the drink prep area. Drive-thru had a few customers but otherwise empty inside. This location gives the company a bad name. Ive had both Einstein Bros & Noahs in other cities and never experienced the same poor service. There are only 3-4 total staff members here that seem competent and end up doing all the work which is very unfortunate for them. The management here is lackluster as we witnessed their inactivity during the opening weekend and first few weekends after. The food and drinks are good when they get your order right but the service quality needs to improve.

Okay sorry but Einsteins still thinks we are in 2004 era where everyone has money coming out of nowhere. When you pay 20 bucks for 2 bagel sandwiches and 2 drinks thats obscured and hilarious, I could get the same order else where and be cheaper and better tasting. Sorry dont see them lasting much longer, plus they are in nfm which isnt exactly known for money. And for some reason I feel like the location in Tampa is a bit cheaper.

While the food is good the customer service is horrendous. One of the cooks gave my mom and I attitude about dark toasting our bagels and the people who call out the names for the orders throw the food on the counter and barely say the persons name so no one in the restaurant can hear it. Just horrible. Bri is the only worker in this place that actually cares.
