Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! This company is a joke!!! Do not buy from here!!!Bought a fridge with 90 day warranty and next day noticed the ice maker didn’t work, contacted them immediately and was told they would send a tech out, of course no show. Then days of run around to not answering calls or messages for 2 weeks. Once I got ahold of someone again was told they were closed down and “new ownership” had taken place was then told they ordered the part needed, asked how they did that without sending a tech out???? nothing again and no updates I contacted them again to be told they would send a tech out, finally someone showed and I was told the part would be ordered. Another month has gone by and keep telling me they can’t control shipping. I asked for proof of the part being ordered. Sent me a picture and owner would be out same day to install, now another 2 weeks later NOTHING!!!!! Now I see their warranty period has changed to 60 days!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Will report to better business bureau

If I could give no stars I would. Once these people have your money they can give 2 flips about what they sold you much less honor their 60 day warranty. Millie who answers the phone when she feels like it is rude and unprofessional barely lets you get a word in instead she goes off as if I told her to come fix the machine herself. I will be contacting BBB and taking legal action

Bought a washer/dryer from this place for $500 as they said were “like brand new”. The washing machine did not work the first time I tried it. Called to let them know two days ago and they said someone would be over at 9:30am today. It’s currently after 4pm and they are now ignoring my calls. Im a disabled man, that desperately needs to have this problem fixed as I’m here all alone and they couldn’t care less. Very unprofessional. I would’ve rather spent a few extra hundred dollars to buy new. I will be contacting better business bureau and demanding my money back unless this is remedied immediately

Bought a dryer and hauled 700 miles to our home in Georgia. Right away the dryer wouldnt shut off when the door was opened so we replaced a $22 switch. Now the belt squeals. They would not commit to take it back, owner out of town till Saturday. So out $200.
