Our 60 yr old deep freezer died. When we checked the big stores, most were out of stock with freezers so I checked with Appliances to go and they had just what we wanted. Micky cleared a path so my handicapped husband could come inside the store to check out a new freezer. He gave us lots of tips on how to maintain it and it was delivered in 2 days by Charlie who was prompt, professional and gentle with the new freezer. It works great and we are happy and would recommend to others.

After calling a few local places for a part for a dishwasher, no one was helpful. They just said, parts are on back order and they are not taking any orders. He had great customer service in our original day of purchase and has shown that now. Although my experience was not the greatest others have had good experience. This place is great!! Previously, Id bought a brand new washing machine from a big box store where all they have is the new-fangled digital machines. You know, the kind with water level sensing devices that NEVER put enough water into the tub to clean and rinse your clothes thoroughly. Sure, the bells and whistles on these digital machines look snazzy, but these new electronic machines are worthless if what you want is a really good, clean wash that gets out all the soap residue and doesnt leave lint all over your clothes. Mickey delivered and installed a refurbished Kenmore that works just like I want it to. Instead of multiple one-second spritzes that barely wet things down, the water comes gushing out into the tub like it should and fills the tub to the level YOU want, not what government-mandated electronics are set to deliver. Not only that, theres NO LID LOCK so you can raise the lid at any point in the cycle to check whats going on inside. AND, you can set your wash cycle dial to start at any point in the cycle. Yippee!!!
