If they dont have it. They will try to get it for you. And they are honest of the time frame. Ordered parts for my washing machine twice and oven once. Never overly priced and they always worked. As long as you place the parts correctly they work.A lot cheaper than buying a new one. Eventually one has to buy not right away.

This guy doesnt just order parts. He knows what hes doing. We went on the good ole Youtube and attempted to fix our dryer. We brought a part into his store that we thought might need replacing. He promptly tested and knew it worked fine. He talked through the issues with us, we returned home following his directions. Voila! We have now determined the broken part and will have it ordered. Thank you again for your time and knowledge! It is rare and appreciated!

I needed a new motor for my air handler to my surprise he had it in stock and price was comparable to the internet prices without waiting. Customer service was excellent.

I’m the one Deric talked to on the phone. I’ll explain how it really happened. He called around 4:20-4:30 looking for a fan motor not a capacitor.I told him I would need the horsepower and RPM of the motor. He didn’t have the info that he would call me back which he did about 20 minutes later. At that time he said he was at least 20 minutes away asked if I could stay 10-15 minutes late or leave the part outside which I didn’t feel comfortable doing. Then he called back said he had a friend that was closer but would still be late getting there. I have stayed late for many customers and delivered parts to customers on my way home numerous times if they couldn’t make it there before I close. I had somewhere to be that particular day so it was very important that I left on time. Yes he did say he had kids at home and I wish I could of helped out. I’m a father as well so when your kids count on you to be there on time you try and not let them down.

Such a great and clean shop. Look at the general housekeeping in a parts shop and you will know the status of the parts. They keep parts in stock that are the parts people need. For such a small location , they keep an amazing amount of parts on hand. The staff was great on the phone, great in person and produced immaculate parts in quality packaging. This is an asset to Cape Coral and you should use them! Dont order that part on Amazon or this place could close and then when you need something in an emergency, it wont be there for a quick fix. 2 days shipping sounds nice until your fridge goes out, then you need the part in 5 minutes...Support this great local shop that offers great prices and employs a knowledgeable staff that is eager to please!

Wish I could give no stars. A/C goes out in the house and he’s the only guy in town with the part. Of course when it rains it pours and I just happen to be across town and they close at 5pm. GPS says arrival time 5:01. Call and let him know I have a newborn and kids at home if he could wait till 5:01 pm to close instead of 5:00. He tells me no way it’s 5:00 or you and the baby can sleep in the Florida heat. Long story short I get there at 5:01 after driving the Indy 500 trying to shave off a second to the shop being closed with no one in the store and a sign that says “Thank you for supporting locally owned business.” How about having one minute of empathy of care for your customers? You know the ones who put food on your table, money in your bank account and keep you “locally owned business” in business. Terrible human being.

Horrible customer service! The employee/ owner should really rethink his choice of business maybe he should work behind a computer to not have to deal with people👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Lookup your part number online and check Amazon for your parts. Much cheaper. Friendlier. Probably faster delivery for many parts.

Quick and easy service if they dont have the part you need theyll find it.
