I’ve used this location on several different occasions and have been greeted with nothing but friendly customer service from each employee that has helped me.Jess and Bria were both very helpful in packaging and ensuring the delivery address was correct. Extra review was needed because the package was going to a rural area where their system didn’t recognize the address I provided. It’s a known issue with any delivery service but UPS is the only carrier that doesn’t have a problem delivering there.I wish all UPS stores had employees as friendly and helpful as the employees at the Canton location.

At this location you can pay for a private mailbox that will allow you to receive and then pick up packages UPS sent you but it is NOT a UPS Access Point as another words you cant ship anything to this store for pick-up unless you have paid for your private mailbox. I called today to ask about shipping something there and the gentleman seemed rushed (its busy I get that) but would have been helpful if he had explained these differences, I was obviously confused. With a little research I now know how some UPS Store locations are Access points and some are not. Maybe this review will help someone else with the same question.Update: Thanks Gail for responding, appreciate that :)

One of the best UPS store I have visited. 10/10 customer service, very helpful people. Even reminded me about various discounts I could get (otherwise would have missed it).

I needed to return rental textbooks via UPS mail innovations return (which I did once before this with no problem) and the old lady with blonde hair who works at the counter was completely rude and wouldnt accept my package for return. She didnt give any explanation and didnt even look at my label before telling me no. I checked with another UPS store in the area who said she was wrong and I could return it with them. This lady was unnecessarily mean and unhelpful the time before this as well when she personally took my return from me. Im not a confrontational person and always have a great attitude. I highly do not recommend taking your business here as the staff is incredibly unpleasant and unknowledgeable.

Just dropped off a set of ski boots to ship out, and Brent was super helpful. Repackaged it for me, reworked the box dimension and taped it all up, while having a great convo about duct tape. :-) Cool dude, and always awesome to find crew that makes the day better for those around them. **DO NOT trust or bring your stuff here unless you want it lost or stolen**$2,000 worth of Steering Wheels were dropped off here by my employee, that takes pictures with location for every package dropped off.After 2 weeks of no movement, they informed us they have no record of the packages, do not know where they went, and cannot help us.2 big boxes worth $2,000 don’t just disappear into thin air, and this place needs to get their things in check. They will not help, will not reimburse anything, and told us we’re pretty much screwed. “Great” customer service👍🏼

This UPS Store is outstanding! Gayle and the staff go WAY out of their way to make sure the customer service goes above and beyond.From the simple shipping of a package to mailbox and business services I cannot recommended them highly enough. Simply excellent.

**BEWARE - DO NOT BRING YOUR PACKAGES HERE, UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE THEM LOST OR STOLEN**We had 2 DHL packages dropped of worth upwards of $2,000, dropped off at this location. A valid picture was taken of both packages dropped off, with exact date, time, and location proof on August 24th. The clerk even informed the packager who dropped the item off to take a picture of them. They also told the packager that SAME day, not to bring anymore DHL packages to the store as UPS is not accepting DHL packages due to new DHL stores. The. store owner states they have no recollection of the packages & no idea where they are at, when picture proof pictures show the packages there when dropped off.2 Weeks later after waiting long for our packages to arrive to the destination, DHL informs us they have no record of the shipment or any information that it was even picked up. This place is managed horribly, and now I guess even allow their employees to steal from hard working small businesses who work with UPS daily.DHL will not do anything about it as the UPS store did not do their own simple job, or just let other peoples valuables get stolen or steal it themselves after seeing the value.This place is to not be trusted, and I demand to get this resolved due to your poor customer service and allowance on these issues, when the store is not even big. You informed us you had DHL pick ups on August 21 & August 26th, and then had them stopped. These packages need to be found, or need to be compensated for your error.

The store was closed early the last two out of three times I’ve been here. One time I showed up ten minutes before the posted closing time and the other time I showed up over an hour before they were supposed to close. As a shipping company UPS should know very well that customers will show up minutes (or hours) before close expecting to be able to drop packages. It is absurd that they refuse to take measures other than a handwritten note on their door to let customers know not to waste their time showing up. I could have made it to a different location had I known this one would be a complete waste of time, but now it is past 7pm and all other locations are closed. Extremely unprofessional.

UPS Store in Canton (3382) is the only place I trust to ship my packages. Ive been using them for years and on the one occurrence that something got broken in transit, they filed a claim for me and it was paid right away. I will never go anywhere else. Gail is the best!

I have always had a great experience with this UPS store -- whether in shipping or in making color photocopies (at a great price) for projects and gifts. Walked out of Post Office overwhelmed and UPS on Joy Road helped me with a smile and I recommend them to everyone!

Review during COVID: I have been to this location multiple times for shipping during the pandemic. Some of the employees are either not wearing a mask properly or not wearing them at all while helping customers. Today I went in to mail a package and the employee who helped me directly behind the register wore no mask. He did not even have a mask in his hand or on his neck (assuming he just took it off) - nothing.

This UPS store has always been helpful for all of my shipping needs! The staff is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this store.

Bruce is a great guy and superb, no pressure, doesnt try to dump a lot of unrelated or unnecessary extras on. I was that guy who came in ten minutes before close and he treated me great. Not only that, his assistance and guidance not only saved me a bunch of money tonight, but his sage wisdom and guidance gave me insights on how to save even more money and time on future shipping needs!

This is the most unprofessional UPS store I have ever been too. I had a small medical package they could not send? no explanation So they tried to send me to another store nearly 10 Miles away, when there was a competing store just about 2 miles away. They dont want your business but dont want a store close to them having it either A real low class operation

I had them ship delicate surgical equipment for maintenance. I had done it before at other stores that were more costly and I always left a little worried about how well it would make it. I had heard a radio ad for her store and figured I’d give it a try. They packed it better and at a much lower total cost.I left confident from her business.I don’t ship often. But I would not hesitate to use her again even if a little out of my way.

Gail took care of me conveniently fast by shipping my book out for college. I was shocked by how quick the transaction was. I definitely recommend this place over other UPS stores.

Do not use this location if you are shipping luggage through Lugless. They will reject your delivery, because they are independant and have the right to do that. Thank God the Pasadena, CA independent store did not have this attitude!

This UPS Store made my day. The service was professional and they helped me carry my package from the car to the store . Such a different experience than the Bigby pack and ship center on Ann Arobr Rd. Bigby rejected my packages because I didnt have a shipping label. I did have labels on all my boxes! UPS had no issue with sending my returns on their way.

DO NOT USE UPS if you want your package - the overnight package was my 8 year olds costume for the Victorian parade - it did not come overnight, they still cant find it despite hours with customer service - my daughter will leave for school this morning the only child without a costume.
