Great price and quality work. Paid a little under what was quoted. The work was done quickly while I watched and waited. I they installed a Magnaflow muffler in under 20 minutes while they were covered up with other work. My wife has a hard time believing they were actually done that quick. Highly recommend them. The pic is the huge stock Ram 1500 muffler they removed. Love the deep sound the Magnaglow provided. Couldnt be happier.

I needed a new bone welded on for my 02 sensor. These guys made it happen and done right! I have a very difficult schedule to work with but these guys made if happen. I do have more exhaust work ready to be done and I know who im calling. Worth 6 stars in my opinion. Customer service and work!

Honestly one of the best muffler and auto work shop centers i’ve been to when it comes to saving money, time, and having good quality work done. They were quick on taking off 4 of my mufflers and getting it straight piped and it couldn’t have taken longer than an hour! “Pops” is a kind gentleman who will service you with any kind of question you have. 10/10 will come again multiple times (worth the hour and thirty minute drive!).

So I just want to say thank you for being a great honest company. I was sent to Cherokee muffler from a family friend. I was told they were the best around so I went to them for what ended up being two of my three Catalytic converters. They changed them but they went out a week later they replaced them again. They were fine for a few months but one of them again went out. I called them but it was a few months later before I took it back to them making almost 6 months. I dropped it off and got a call two days later saying it was ready. At first I thought well I dont even know what was wrong with it. I ask the cost and was told it was covered. Thanks guys for all your hard work I really do appreciate you.

I was recommended Cherokee Muffler by my mechanic. As a single woman I am always concerned about using new vendors. CM not only did not recommend unnecessary work, but installed a new catalytic converter at a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend them to anyone.

The Owner and Family Staff are good people. Very helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with the new Muffler they installed a week earlier not bringing down the noise level quite to what I desired. No questions asked they ordered a larger Muffler, installed it in about 20 minutes with no up charge or funny business at all. They do business the right way and interact as I remember how it was done for many years growing up in Georgia. Neighbors doing business with....Neighbors. If you have a need, go see them. Just the best. I walked in expecting normal prices for a resonator delete job but was shocked on what they told me. other places charge ridiculously high prices for something that seems so simple. I had a small wait time, amazing service, and some of the most casual people Ive ever had the honor of talking to. I never felt like I was being pressured to do more or anything. they told me what they were gonna do and they would get it done asap. I felt like I was just talking to some old friends that I knew could weld haha. I love these guys and will be coming back here for more work.

Excellent service, personable, honest and humble people. They only took 1hr and 45 minutes to do my exhaust from the headers back to the bumper. They did superior work and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else! I tried to get the work done at G&S and they kept blowing me off and were very rude!

Great experience! Called and gave a description of my issue and was given an estimated quote. The person on the phone was friendly. Arrived about an hour later, They got my car in and up on the rack and said they would let me know if any further issues were discovered. I had some questions about some other possible things I thought may have been wrong, after observation, they assured me that everything was OK other than my main concern. They got me in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. They were fast, courteous, and honest. I will be going back for any future work!

Words cannot describe the quality of work this shop performs. They gave my truck a custom exhaust with clean welds and extra hangers to ensure the exhaust stays in place. Everyone is very nice, helpful, and nice to talk to while I was waiting for the work to be completed. The price is more than fair and I will be bringing any future vehicles back here for work!

(Went in at 8:30am.. the guys took me in no questions..Done a great job and was straight up with me the whole time) ...this was my original review until I started having problems with their work... started hearing a squeaking noise coming from mufflers after 6 months of getting themDone at this shop... took it back 3 times and even left it overnight for them to check it out.. all 3 times, couldn’t find a issue.. took it to another shop and they IMMEDIATELY found out that one of the flowmasters were bad and I honestly think Cherokee mufflers didn’t even look at my truck or just straight up lied to me over and over.. the mufflers were supposed to have a “ warranty” but obviously this place don’t hold their word.. after 3 vehicles I’ve taken here, I will never go back to these guys again.. the welds in the picture is what kind of work Cherokee muffler do.. for a shop that been around for as long as this one, very disappointing... beware and check the work if you decide to use this shop

MAGNIFICENT- The crew built a custom exhaust system for my 1984 Mustang SVO while I waited. True craftsmen. Auto repair excellence is alive and well at Cherokee Muffler!

Went in because I had a check engine light alerting me that the catalytic converters were failing on my car. I believe the shop owner helped me out (could be an employee), but either way the service was great! Both guys talked me through the problem and answered all my questions. I was in and out in 1 hour. The price was awesome too since my internet research led me to believe I would be paying $200-$300 more than what I actually paid. I also received a 1 year (25,000 mile) warranty on the work done. Highly recommended.

They did a fairly good job but the car was not ready on time.

Stopped in there to get an exhaust leak repaired. The owner or someone said that someone would be right with me. Waited then one of the employees had me pull my truck in front of the next bay. When I did he turned around he said not in front of the bay I asked him twice before I parked my truck. So after that I left. I dont recommend anyone going there. I will NEVER go there again.
