This is Alexander, quality of service was excellent. Front desk manager is very friendly, patient, intelligent. Price is good too. Friendly and professional. I came to this service center with miss-fire issues in my car. Miss-fire was a cause/result of few other complex problems and Top Value guys were able to find root cause such as fuel-injector issue, acid build-up residue in spark plugs, starter issues, miss-fire in cylinders etc. These guys have a lot of experience and they seem to outperform all other local places in this field of work. This place was honest, reliable and fast. One of the good things, is that mechanic even placed old parts nicely in boxes back into my car, so that I can bring old starter to parts store to get a rebate. This is very nice and honest work.

Gary is absolutely wonderful! To make a long story short I was 2 weeks outside of my warranty and Chrysler would not help me. I brought my car to Gary because when you drove it, at times it would feel as if you were hitting a rumble strip. He identified the issue and got me over to somebody who could help repair my transmission. He answered every question, took every phone call, and did everything he could to help. He referred me over to transmissions by Rick whom also did a fantastic job and was very fair in their pricing. Ill never go anywhere else.

In 2014 I took my own parts for an Explorers parking brake. Some of my hardware kit was wrong, and Gary charged a reasonable price for the correct kit. Long time ago, but I should mention. Rich also said bring in a used car to look over before buying.

Came in this morning to get my exhaust fixed. Rich was able to fit me in today, found the parts I needed and charged a very reasonable rate. My car was ready this afternoon and I will be returning if I need anything else to be repaired. I highly recommend Rich and the mechanics at Top Value.

Very Honest, Very ProfessionalIm from out of state and had to an emergency muffler problem. They squeezed me in to find my problem. Knowing I wouldnt be a regular customer Im sure some place else could have charged me much more, but they fixed my muffler at a very reasonable price. Also helped with a smaller issue at my request without hesitation.Rich was my contact and was friendly and professional and trustworthy.

I was referred to this garage, and I am so glad. They are reasonable, quality work, and have a friendly staff. If you need work done no matter what the job, I recommend them. Their work is always done right. Very professional. Helpful - willing to look at the car and give an estimate first. Didnt charge us to unstick a locked up back rear brake they discovered while doing other work. Prices are always very competitive and fair. Top Value - yes.

Im not a big review guy but these people earned one. I took my high modified performance street car to them for a broken exhaust and they welded it so it works and sounds like new. No more rattles, only peace of mind for a FAIR price (which is hard to come by now-a-days). A+ for Gary the manager and his staff
