Loved the ice cream options. 🍦Glad to see more than 1 dairy-free option there. The waffle cone was yum and both the coffee flavored ice creams were delicious. Cant wait to go back there!

Its an okay ice cream shop, but their prices are absurd and they dont have soft serve ice cream. I purchased two small ice creams, one in a small cup and one in a cone, and the total came to about $14. You can get a lot more ice cream at the grocery store for that kind of money.Though, if you just want the Ben & Jerrys experience, give it a try. The ice cream is rich and flavorful, but it is on the higher end of the fatty scale when compared to other ice creams.

Very rude! They dont have kids size cups (only small and large)..instead of accommodating 2 kids .. we left and my kids had a better experience at Carvels..

Staff is nice but the prices are out of control for what you get. Its not the stores fault, just no longer worth the money for what you get.

Of all the ice cream stores Ben and Jerrys is my favorite. It has been awhile since I have been to a Ben & Jerrys so they have loads of new flavors. For now its a walk in walk out with your treat so head to Ben and Jerrys for an AWESOME treat!

Good but expensive.

The customer service of the employee that made our milkshake was horrible. We came in on a Monday at around 8:10pm and were well aware of their winter hours, meaning they closed at 9:30pm. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that all of the cones were put away over an hour before closing time. The employee acted annoyed that we had come in. She made our milkshake extremely quickly and when we tried to drink it we noticed it wasnt mixed properly. Additionally, as two more customers came in, she had a visibly annoyed look on her face. The icecream is always great, but the customer service needs to improve.

This is your pretty standard Ben&Jerrys, but I do love going here. Its placed very well, and has a great outdoor area for eating your ice cream and taking some funny pictures. I like going to the Dish-n-Dat next door for a meal and then to Ben&Jerrys for dessert. Ive never had a problem with the service.

The clerk was really werid + no napkins.

Who doesn’t love Ben & Jerry’s at a wedding? Our guests were incredibly surprised and excited to see the truck roll up during our event. The staff was professional and friendly. They showed up on time and left in a timely manner. We had over 100 guests and no one was turned away due to lack of ice cream, it was a hit!

Went late at night and the girl behind the counter was still very kind and patient. I have sensory issues and I couldnt use the wooden spoons and she offered me one of the sampling sticks to use instead.

Tasted really good imo. The workers got the lines out fairly quickly, & gave us tastes of everything, & honestly the ice cream was rich creamy tasty! All with a positive attitude & smiles. Couldnt complain about this place really. Then when it got slow they started cleaning the place.BTW it was almost closing time 930ish pm when workers at most places are tired & ready to leave & their attitudes arwe blah... these 2 that night were really happy positive energetic & didnt mind helping u even if it meant interrupting closing duties.i dont remember the names of the people who worked that night. It was a youngish white male with a beard and a blond white young lady. my purchase came out o fbank account 4/16/19 a teusday night. i dont remember i think we went monday and transaction came out next day.but thanks to the team keeping place clean, working lines as fast as possible, keeping energy and positivity up i was happy to come here and celebrate me doing taxes... and i will definitely be back again soon.
