I love this place and we needed a treat today after a difficult few days. They always get it right, very safe, fast and open later than a lot of places around here. Fair prices on sodas, too. Providing a well-packaged order that survives delivery is rare these days! It’s a good thing they don’t have a grill/food and/or a drive through window, because I would be addicted more than I already am! Thank you, DQ! :)

I always forget this little nook, but so does everyone else! It’s never crowded, and there’s outdoor seating available if you want to stay a while. The animal cracker blizzard was everything I thought it would be and more.

Cherry Dilly Bar was so good. Simple but tasty. Very nice shop.

The location itself is very nice. They have a great outdoor courtyard shaded with trees, very cozy. This location does not have sandwiches, just desserts. I cannot say anything for customer service that many people reviewing this location complain about. The emplyees do not seem super happy. All I can speak of is ice cream, which was pretty good. Cant complain there.

Love the ice-cream. The employees are very polite, friendly and service is great especially Wanda shes a jewel. A great asset to whom ever owns the business.

There is one girl there that makes my blizzard just right every time oreo blizzard add marshmallow topping and it is amazing never puts too much or too little. Great hometown ice cream

Service was a little slow. The cashier seemed like she was overwhelmed with just a few customers. I ordered light toppings in my blizzard and it was overloaded. My wife ordered cheesecake bites and they were thoroughly blended into the ice cream with no bites in sight. Id say this place is average to below average for a DQ.

We werent T Dairy Queen. We were next door T Perrotas Pizza. This place is amazing

Very clean and cozy. The only thing was my banana split was not prepared accordingly. Staff needs training on how to make one.

Liked it but they were really busy (4th of July) and my dipped cone seemed a little on the small side, when I ordered a medium. Maybe the sizes have decreased and I didnt notice it. Staff was very friendly (even though they were packed) and the line moved pretty good.

They made my GrubHub order happen even with them being new to GrubHub and with their tablet not working. They made sure my order was taken care of. The order was taken care of quickly and my order arrived on time. I feel Dairy Queen went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and get my order done. I am a GrubHub customer and was satisfied dealing with this Dairy Queen. The employee even called me about my order.

Customer service was great, ice cream is good. My complaint is this is a family establishment... literally an ice cream shop, a child’s favorite place. There is not a changing station in the bathroom for children!

Always great customer service, the staff always have a smile on their face, and they greet you soon as you walked through the door. They are quick, friendly, courteous, polite and give outstanding service. If you looking for a great treat I advise everyone to visit the orange julius Dairy Queen in the Riverstone Shopping Plaza by sidelines Sports Bar and Grill. I guarantee you will walk out with a smile on your face

OK, the vanilla ice cream was good, even very good, the service was fine. But this location often has equipment issues and no swirl or no chocolate ice cream. So o ly 3 stars.

I went in last week to get a blizzard around 7pm. When I came in there was one person in front of me and several people waiting. It took the girls in the back 10 minutes to come and take his order and then proceed to make 5 other orders of people that were waiting who had obviously been there for a while. I was there for about 20 minutes with a long line forming behind myself when I chose to leave. No one came to ask me what I wanted or anything. Very poor service and time management skills on how to make the blizzards quickly and good. Usually have no problem with them :/

I love the Dairy Queen... Makes for a quick dessert... I only wish they had two sandwiches to go with it... But who can go wrong with a Mississippi mudslide, or a blizzard, or a Dilly bar, or an ice cream cake...

Can’t speak for the ice cream, because they had the door locked 10 minutes before closing. I went to the door, they saw me and just carried on with cleaning up. Understand that it was close to closing time (at 8pm!) but that’s pretty rude.

Old school Cherry Mr. Misty float is the best!! Love it and Lanie is always so friendly.

I called this location to ask a simple question​ and the manager picked up, she laughed and said, I have a line then HUNG UP! To be clear, I completely understand if you are busy and have a LINE but all you have to say is, please call back later or something along those lines. I would have been completely fine with that response. Horrible experience! Dont recommend this place!

Fairly dead when we popped in. The place was clean and the staff acted like they were glad to see us.

The lady was busy so my blizzard wasnt blended like I would of liked.. but she had great customer service and she did get out 5 blizzards in less then 5 minutes!

Horrible customer service for one. Im not sure if its because of lack of training from management but thats hard to say as she was not much better. For one, my order was completely wrong and when I tried to correct it and say I ordered the picture and the employee told me that the picture was falsifying the product and it looks nothing like that ?? Then I went back up there and the manager tried to say it was made that way because they were out of cream. And then scolded the employee IN FRONT OF ME (how embarrassing and it made me feel bad for the employee) I then got my order made correctly WITH cream that they were so called out of?! First off, dont make me something completely different than what I ordered without telling me just to compromise and make your life easier, because me or not me you will probably end up making it a second time correctly, and dont LIE to get out of making the CUSTOMER what I ordered when I paid MY money!! For someone who works in customer service I was absolutely blown away. Someone needs to get in this store and train the employees and management.

My wife brought home two blizzards, smelled funny and ice cream tasted the same. Not worth the trouble to bring it back so we just threw it away. Check into it because we will not be returning to your location. Tasted and smelled like it was spoiled.

Hard to screw up ice cream.

I ordered a blizzard cake on Friday September 23 2016, the lady told me it would be ready on Sunday and they would call me when I could pick it up. Waited until 2:30 then just went to pick it up with no phone call and it was never even made. My son was very disappointed and we had no cake for his party. The young lady said she saw my order ticket still in the back but no cake was made. She gave me half off of whatever was in the freezer but they were already written on or for a girl so we had to get a treatzzeria for $5 which wasnt even a cake of any kind and was only enough for a few people. So needless to say we had no cake. Big disappointment for a ten year old boy and every guest at his party.
