I come to this Publix once a week when I pick up my granddaughter from school nearby. Ivy always wants a cookie from the bakery. Cori is always so kind and thoughtful. She goes beyond customer serving, she is about customer caring. The store is spotless and the employees are just wonderful. I appreciate their politeness and kindness to this grandma and her granddaughter.

This cake is called Strawberry & Peach Sensation... That cake is so DELICIOUS moist, and it has the perfect sweetness... When I called to order... the person who took my order wished me a happy birthday and when my son went and bought it... the cashier wished me a happy birthday... Thank you for your birthday wishes! This is the best Publix in the area. There is never any traffic that prevent you from parking, the store itself is generally not crowded, they always have enough cashiers, and it’s pretty easy to find someone if you can’t find something in the store. I live right in the middle of Riverstone Publix and this Publix, and can tell you have only been to Riverstone once or twice. So that tells you right there which one I prefer!

Love public, cleanest stores for shopping. Employees are the most courtesy and friendly place shop. Every department looks fresh and well stock.

Well stocked, very clean, friendly and helpful employees I love this Publix location.

The area has grown exponentially. Manager, it is time to evaluate the deli hours/sushi. This is the 3rd time this month I have gone at 740pm and everything has been cleared and clean. People are still coming home for work to eat dinner. Others around me were complaining food was not available during open business hours. Thank you.

There’s no Publix like this Publix. For real. We live pretty close, and we are in there almost daily. They always say hi to my daughter to make her feel welcome at the “Cookie Store”. I’m vegan, so it is a little tricky to find the things I need, but I would prefer to come here over any other grocery store. Service and staff are amazing.

The customer service here is amazing. Kathy at the register is by far the most outstanding women ever. And Michael in the pharmacy is fundamental at his job. He’s patient and welcoming. This Publix makes you feels like a family and that’s what you Should look for In a grocery store.

Accidentally bought some items out of date, and the management team was overly helpful, and went above and beyond! I have always liked shopping at this Publix, i feel like family there, everyone is always so nice. Thank you Publix at Laurel Canyon Village for always taking such good care of my family!

Customer Service Kayla is totally lacking in any customer service etiquette. Why do they put the angry people at the customer service desk? Also, should the little managers be riding around on the buggies nearly hitting people as they exit an aisle? Very unprofessional store!

The staff here are super friendly, I showed up with just a few minutes to spare but they gladly let me come in and quickly grab a few items that I needed. Thank you so much!

Today was not a good experience. I went to get steaks and the butcher said theyre all cut. This doesnt seem very Publixy. Perhaps Ill find a new grocery store.

More people in the store than I expected at 7:00am. The items people seem to be hoarding are out of stock. I did get a little ground beef though. Store was very clean and well staffed. Publix continues to deliver a high quality experience even in difficult times.

I saw significantly more people in the store without masks on compared to those who did have them on. Many customers didnt even have masks and even the employees were wearing this masks down under their chin rather than on their face. While there I heard 2 customers express their concerns to a manager about this problem but they were merely listened to. They even say they are enforcing the mask rule over the intercom and that Were all in this together but fail to do their part. After going to this location for some time I am going to stop that and go to another store like Walmart or Kroger until they can get their priorities straight.

Received the rudest customer service at the deli. Don’t waste your time here because they don’t actually check for online orders or care - and when you ask them to make a sandwich for you because THEY messed up , you STILL get the unneeded attitude .

PUBLIX does NOT enforce mask requirements. Shop instead at ALDI, Costco & Walmart. No regard for customer or employee safety.

This is by far my favorite Publix! The staff is always so nice. Just last week, a lady helped my mother-in-law who was using a wheel chair to get out the door and then waited for me to pull around to load her groceries.My only complaint is that they dont have sushi. The Publix in Cartersville has the best sushi! :)

Im disappointed that porterhouse steaks are on sale $8.99, but this store says they have no steaks, but the entire loin is for sale???? A butcher is a smarta** as says I have none to cut. Since when? I thought it was Publix policy to cut anything for yoeven if they have to open a package.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. No one acknowledges you when you approach the counter, you stand there waiting when all it takes is for an employee to say...someone will be right with you... and the pharmacist themselves never speak nor help the assistants. Must be below their pay plan. The rest of the stores departments are awesome! Ill take my prescriptions to Walgreens. Im sure Publix wont miss my prescription business, but I hope this review will help sharpen their customer service skills.

Went for a few items, Morton popcorn salt, butter buds, gluten free fried onion rings (like Frenchs), etc. No Morton popcorn salt or GF Onion Ring Normally they have everything I need. But tonight???
