Service has always been great here. Dark roast is a bit too bitter for the average black coffee drinker. Medium roast is perfect! They also have great finger foods at lunch. Perfect spot for having meetings and just catching up. Another home run for the gervasi umbrella.

A wonderful casual atmosphere. Enjoyed time spent with friends and a great selection of spirits. I would suggest the smoked envy. This was by far one of the best drinks Ive had in a long time.

Great food drink and atmosphere!

You should visit The Still House if your looking for casual and decent place. We had a reservation in The Bistro , while waiting we went here and checked it out the place.I like the interior and the booth is perfect comfort. They have a live Band which is great and relaxing. The food is great 👍🏼 we tried the Cheese Fondue with chips that’s a perfect appetizer. Our drink is also aromatic and tasty. The server is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place and I’m sure we will be back.

The music was wonderful! Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff. The bathroom smelled bad but I can overlook that. Ordered single glasses but the drink menu looked amazing. Will be back!

I had an Italian soda and breakfast calzone and both were delicious! Absolutely love the vibe and atmosphere. Super cool decor, WiFi is available, and the service was good as well. I will definitely be going back!

I was at the still house this morning for a meeting. In true Gervasi style, the building is beautiful and over the top. Some outside construction was still taking place, but that was no problem. The space inside was large and roomy. There were plenty of seat groupings where you could cozy in with friends in small or larger groups. The bar is long and the staff was helpful. Pricing wasn’t bad at all. 3 warm drinks and 4 biscotti under $15. The bathrooms are even top-notch. You dry your hands on the same faucet the water comes out of at the sink. Pretty slick. Drinks and biscotti were all excellent. It was moderately busy on a Thursday mid-morning right before Christmas. Will definitely go back.

Skipped the free breakfast at the hotel so that we could try the breakfast here.They were out of the sausage, egg, and cheese calzone AND the croissants…. At 10AM…

Went 4x. While staying in a villa. The staff was amazing and knew the menu and drinks. The live music on Sunday made me wish we live closer to go there over an over. The waitresses at night were the best so attentive and truly appreciated their service..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Still House is a beautiful place with amazing staff. The drinks and coffee are delicious. It is my go to place when I want to enjoy a cigar on the back patio. My favorite place on the property.

The Stillhouse has a great atmosphere to hangout at: whether it’s inside or outside. Gervasi itself is a beautiful location, and the inside of the Stillhouse has plenty of seating and is a great place to meet up with someone or do some work.I do have to say; the coffee drinks need some work, in my opinion. I’ve frequented the Stillhouse for different meetings and just days where I go on walks and the drinks are inconsistent and iced drinks are typically either very bitter or overly sweetened, or both at the same time. If drinks were more consistent or had some better overall quality, I would definitely be here even more.

A lovely destination for a fun and relaxing evening out. I enjoyed a great glass of wine, some yummy appetizers, catching up with friends and the wonderful music of Marc Lee Shannon. A much needed night out.

Great place to relax have a drink and some food. Had the pulled pork tacos, good balance between spicy and sweet.

I absolutely adore this place on property. The food is unmatched and the menu is made up of small plates, cocktails, and wonderful desserts. The coffee they sell here is great and their hot chocolate is my all-time favorite. The staff are all super sweet and helpful and its just a pleasure to be here and listen to the music they have Wednesday thru Sunday nights.

I gave it a try as part of the Stark County Coffee Crawl, amd having worked through half the list not only is this the best so far but its one of the best places for coffee Ive found in all of Ohio. The coffee was amazing, and the breakfast food was wonderful as well.Only caution is under current climate social distancing can be difficult. Most booths and seating areas have a glass barrier between them, but its still a tiny place. However, they were following protocols as best they could and looked to be keeping a pretty clean place.

They were very good about keeping space from other patrons. I cant remember our servers name, but she was super friendly and made it a good experience answering our questions. I had the warm pretzel and it was amazing. Soft and just enough chewy on the outside. The dipping mustard was a perfect match. You get 2... I took one home. I also had a mimosa that hit the spot.

Terrible experience. Wont be going back, ever. Only rated as a 1 star because couldnt select a zero star rating.My wife and I met 2 other couples there on a Friday night. We were the last to arrive and sat there for some time waiting to order a drink. The other 2 couples told us the service was bad so I decided to just go up to the bar and order our drinks. I put my mask on, stood up and gave appropriate social distance to the folks currently ordering at the bar, when I was rudely told by what appeared to be a manager that I was not allowed to stand and had to sit down. I informed him I was waiting to order a drink at the bar since service at our table was nonexistent. So, I ordered a glass of wine and a Thirst Dog Christmas Ale draft beer and the waiter then brought them to our table.Still fuming from the poor treatment I received, of which Ive never experienced at any other establishment in town, we as a group decided to leave. Normally, we would have stayed several hours and racked up a pretty sizable tab. Upon receiving my bill, I noticed that beer I ordered was $14! Ridiculous.We thought we would help support our local businesses during this difficult time, only to be treated like this - poor service and rude manager. Ill be taking my money somewhere else where it will be more appreciated.

I just turned twenty-one and my mom took me out to the different wineries in Canton and this one was by far my favorite! We made a reservation at the Bistro and had some time to kill before, so we grabbed coffee and drinks here before. Our waitress, Nichole, was so friendly, her customer service skills were top notch, and made sure we had everything we needed!

Beer was good scenery was good food was dif but not bad

Visited the still house a week after they opened and even with it being so new the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The drinks we ordered were different and unique but in a positive way. Everything is reasonably priced and the live musician they had performing was very talented. I will definitely be returning!

You are always out of croissants every time I come here. The wait time for food is also exceptionally long. The process of ordering and waiting for your food is also very confusing. The food was also cold by the time it reached us.

Hit or miss. We had 3 snacks and 3 drinks and it took a long time for the drinks..the snacks came out before the drinks were out. Drinks were ok... didnt taste any guava in my guava martini. The atmosphere is awesome though and servers were great.

This was a special day we were getting family together to celebrate our oldest daughters 37th birthday. My youngest daughter called about 2 weeks in advance to get all the information about the distillery tour that her sister wanted to do on her birthday. When she called she was told no reservations were needed and there was no cost for tour at 2:30 on Sunday August 18. So there were a total of 8 people going on tour and the other 6 went to the Patio area to get the table for whole group to eat and celebrate after the tour. All I can say is THANK YOU to Frank at the distillery for not ruining our daughters birthday. Plus the fact that we had family coming into town for this too.It is a shame that someone is not giving the correct information for the tour....might want to inform staff correctly.Its also sad because of this whole mess, the cost was $20 per person and no compensation. Still, I thank Frank for allowing them to do the tour. Felt I needed to put this in review so others are prepared. The 3 stars are for Frank and the smile that our daughter had on her special day! Our true blessing is our childrens happiness no matter what age.

Beautiful place good coffee, but very dissatisfied with the croissants. Poor quality for the price. Not flaky nor buttery, like pre made , frozen and shipped from far away. Grocery stores have better and cheaper. If I lived closer I would have returned it instead of throwing awayExpected more from a place with high standards

Another stunning addition to Gervasi!! Visited last night and made our way around with our second stop before dinner and last stop of the evening, The Still House. WOW! The ambience is perfection! I felt for a moment that I escaped rainy Ohio for Italy. 😉We sat ourself since we werent to sure what to do. Then asked the bar what the protocol was she said bar service till 5 then table service starts.We didnt get to try the food like we had planned, since it was 4:30 and they werent serving anything except breakfast but the white chocolate espresso was AMAZING! On our last stop we had martinis and they were okay. I had the espresso and it was mostly vodka and I like a creamer espresso martini but thats just my personal preference. I highly recommend Gervasis Still House!!
