Apparently they fill online orders before in store orders.... They told me it would be a 20 min wait for just 1 drink despite the fact that i was the only customer present. They didnt even mention it until they took my order... At least it,was before I paid... Waste of time, just go to Biggby.

Used to be my go to, but last two times I ordered for “in store” pickup the door to the place was locked, employees pretend you’re not there, phone gives a constant disconnected signal, and 20+ cards in the drive thru. Waited 25 minutes the first time before finally canceling my order online (since you literally cannot get a hold of any of the employees) and the second time I didn’t even bother and cancelled my order online immediately once I got there and they were doing it again.

Ordered online for in store pick up & the doors were locked, called and got no explanation from an extremely rude employee and had to wait in the horrendous line anyway. If you’re this short staffed turn off the option to order ahead of time! The order wasn’t ready when we got to the window either.

I put in an online order. I went to go inside and pick it up but the door was locked. We also tried calling multiple times but there was a busy signal, like they purposely had the phone off the hook.If you cant pick up inside why do you allow the option?I feel ripped off...

Ordered through app so I can pick up in a hurry. When arrived found the store was closed to get in and I could pick up only through drive thru, which “eliminated” the app usage convenience. Hence I had to folllow a long line, just like I never ordered ahead.I do understand there were strong reasons (not sure which: covid related, employee shortages, etc) to close the lobby, but then there should be also an app sign - message - or something preventing me to order “ahead” and expect to get my order quick if that was not going to be the case.I was in a hurry and I could easily select at least 2 or 3 other different locations in my driving route, if only I knew it in advance.No issues whatsoever with the order itself, drinks were as expected.

Furious! I ordered on the app, it made NO MENTION that you could not go inside the store, it even said on the app How to Pick up - In Store Well, the store is not open, only drive-thru. If it had said that on the app, I wouldnt have wasted my time. I spent $9.75 for an order I didnt have time to wait for in the drive thru.(lined up all the way to Lotz Road on Friday morning @ 7am) So, Im out $9.75 and I have no breakfast. I get that there are less employees right now, but update the app so that people that dont have time for the drive thru, dont order.

They need to turn off the order ahead if they do not intend to open the doors for pick up. I get these can be difficult times with staffing and I will give the benefit of the doubt but taking orders with the phone off the hook so people cannot request a refund when there isnt a reasonable means to pick up the order is bad faith business.

A poorly managed store. Mobile ordering is available but it turns out the store is closed and locked to pick up. You dont learn this until seeing the sign on the door. Customers forced to wait in 1/2 hour drive thru line to get mobile order. My hot food is now cold and iced espresso watered down.

Longest wait ever. There can be a few cars and it will still take forever to get 1 drink. This happens every time. Employees are really nice, but the owner/managers should at least respect the customers by putting an expected wait time outside since there’s always an excuse for taking forever. I waited 50 minutes today and 1 hr and 10 minutes last time.

I live near the Starbucks off central city and warren. I travel to this location because the staff and quality of drinks and beverages are in no comparison. Ive been to many Starbucks in the surrounding cities but this will forever be my favorite one.Nikki is a barista there who is always very kind to me and asks me how Im doing, because I visit this location regularly. The staff are incredibly nice and always make the best drinks, I swear by it.

I mean they were busy but something that you really cant avoid and neither can they. Theyre ere so nice and very friendly for being as busy as they were. I like this starbucks better than the one by my house. It could be because the one by my house is never ever opened. Just randomly once in a while they are. So I see definitely drive out of my way to this one.

Would not recommend. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times they got my order wrong and I was overcharged for drinks (ordered a grande iced latte and got a venti hot latte) no compensate for the mistakes on their half. Will not be coming back to this location.

Maybe its because Canton doesnt have any local competition, but this Starbucks is a good notch below average. The Barista couldnt answer whether the egg dished in the case were Gluten Free. Really? And she answered like she didnt care. I nearly scalded myself walking to an outside table when I stubbed my toe on severely uneven cement and nearly fell head over heals. They have a heavy drive-thru crowd here. Maybe they dont give a darn about walk-ins?

Its Starbucks so most people know what to expect but this is my local store and I love the friendly staff here. They know me the minute I start my order in the drive thru. They are good about reminding me of accumulated stars etc. Love this particular store.

This place is pretty slow. Have gotten lattes that look and taste like its only milk. If you walk in when they open, they arent ready. They changed their hours and pushed them back later... thank goodness Biggby down the street still cares for essential employees and are always on their game. Just wish this starbucks and biggby could switch locations.

Would get breakfast at Starbucks twice as much if they they could serve you whats on the menu...how do you just run out of things thats a terrible business model. Didnt receive a full refund when I decided I didnt want the offered substitute, got gift cards that I dont want to use that are worth less than what I paid for the sandwiches.Two months later tried again. They still dont have in stock what they offer on the menu

I typically enjoy Starbucks drinks and the customer service is typically phenomenal. I understand that different people work here, and some may be great and friendly, so I hope if you decide to go here, you get a friendly worker! My overall advice is to go half a mile to the other location on Ford Rd. Because my customer experience here has been pretty bad. The staff has been uninformed of promos and updates in the app that definitely should be discussed via communication from managers/people leaders. When the app has given me news/updates, I go to this location and they seem oblivious to what I am talking about (IE: when Starbucks rolled out the QR code in the app to scan for rewards and pay any way, and then other news/events). Ive even had stale bakery items here that Ive ordered before at other locations and loved: thankfully the preservatives kept the mold away, otherwise who knows how badly I could have gotten sick on an old, and I mean old, bakery item. Ive been pressured to change my standard order because it was too cheap. Lol. Quad espresso is my go -to (and if you are reading this and looking for drink inspiration from a seasoned barista such as myself, order quad espresso over ice in venti cup, add 4 pumps vanilla, 4 pumps hazelnut, cream, and sweet cream cold foam). Im not sure if this $5 drink is too cheap for them, but it is delicious. Maybe it is so delicious Ruths Chris should start making it and selling it for $20. Anyway, I hope that this location doesnt feel offended by my review, because I believe they can do better. You got this, guys!Edit: I asked the name of the person who told me my drink was too cheap. To get 4 shots of iced espresso with cold foam, Id have to pay a lot more (exact words- I was flabbergasted!) was Adam, the manager. Mind you, this drink is definitely on the menu and I could have and should have ordered it in the app, but the app wasnt allowing for ordering at this location. Adam told me he could make it as a latte with extra shots and it would be a better price for them (~$8). My drink is typically about $5 and Im not interested in extra milk that comes in a latte. I decided Id go to Ford Rd, where the girl who made the drink said it sounded delicious and wanted to try it!

Its a coffee house that caters to adults.I have never known anyone to give children an espresso.This is an adult store, yes you could bring children, yet someone attempting to enjoy a $5 coffee type drink and read their email in a relaxing atmosphere, would truly not like a screeching child as part of the ambience.

Manager is nasty when asked for a receipt for my order. Not sure why the managers brain doesnt work but treating customers with an attitude does not encourage repeat business. Did not get the managers name as it was not clearly printed on his badge. Manager on duty at 9am saturday August 3, 2019 needs to quit and take a bath. Not a good idea to come to work with a huge beard while working around food and not have at least a hair net. Yes, I will be calling the health department. This place needs to be shutdown.

Some lady with a nose ring and cat ear muffs (who seemed to be an employee, but who wasnt working there at the time) stood at the counter talking to the employees SO LOUDLY for over an hour (talking about how shes so tired, personal problems, etc). She was so distracting and the employees did nothing to tell her to stop being so LOUD. She kept going into the back kitchen area and clearly has no concept of how obnoxious she was. Not a professional way to act. Usually Starbucks has great customer service - this lady ruined it for this location. The employees shouldve said something about how distracting and obnoxious she was.

This Starbucks used to be so nice and convenient to have a drive through especially when you have small children, but the staff is so rude and Im afraid to order what I really want since they treat me so bad for it, and wont get the order right ever anyway! Wrost starbuck expericence ever!! Ordered and paid in store and waited 15+ minus and then was told they didnt even see my order!!! There were mobile orders coming and many drive thry orders and they just thought customers in store can wait forever! I walked out right away as my movie alreadg started. Amazing place... Although a little pricey (show me a coffee house that isnt... After all, coffee houses are a luxury), the Canton, Michigan store is the best. Ive been to Starbucks stores in the UK, and all over the US and the one in Canton (my local) is head and shoulders above the rest. The baristas are friendly and attentive ...so much so that whenever I visit, I dont even have to place my order... They already know what I want... and for a busy location, thats a huge thing. Those guys deserve a huge raise... They go above and beyond every single time.

This location is dirty, inside and out. Today they are closed for inside and mobile service also. Maybe they are cleaning now but not customer friendly to do so. Its 12 45pm and lunch time.
