I dont care much about the employees attitude or hire disorganized the store is because I usually dont give a... But, they need to open on time. Its 9:06am and they are supposed to open at 9am. Come on! I have stuff to do and not waste my time in front of a Family Freakin Dollar!

Normally when I go into a family dollar store, the staff is rude and don’t really care about working. This location is different, this staff is always welcoming and they seem to care about working at this location. This staff made me change my negative opinion of Family Dollar. GOOD JOB

What store closes mid day to restock, that is what mornings are for. Maybe get up a little earlier and restock before it opens like every store on the planet does. This place has really gone down hill, so shady and unprofessional at this point.

Family Dollar is fine. But I was actually at Jerrys Barbershop! These guys are All Pros! I highly recommend all of you Gentlemen out there get a haircut! 10

The irresponsible girl of color that is the manager today 10/15/20 at 545pm told me that this(USED 💉 SYRINGE BROKEN BOX AND MANY SYRINGES SPILLED OUT) hazmat, health threat in her stores parking lot Is none of her concern. Apparently making a simple phone call is too complicated for her to do. Not that the store looks like she works much anyway. She was also encouraging me to call corporate about her behavior. Canton police are on their way as several other concerned citizens were also calling at the same time I was. This manager is going to go far in life LOL

Decent store. I like Family Dollars clothes selection. I like Dollar Gen. for some things & Family Dollar for others. Both are better than other dollar stores, in my opinion.

Skinny crack head cashier has one of the worst attitudes ! Swears frequently. Complains about everything. Looks at ya with complete disgust on her sunken in face. She complains about Sh!t not changing and not having help but there’s always new employees in there. They just don’t last long ! I wouldn’t work with her either tho..... I live a few block away and will make the drive elsewhere.

Only a 4 🌟 bcuz things are so scarce right now but, normally this is a excellent store to shop in.

3 cashiers standing in small cash register area. No masks or gloves and no social distancing being practiced. Shame on you for not taking this seriously and probably want to blame employer if you get sick. 😷😷😷

They not professional and try to charge extra for things that you need and tells everyone that they sold out of a product to hold them for others, they try to get people to pay for them to wholed something for them to make extra money. Instead of being professional and letting everyone shop as first come first serve.

I have been a happy customer for about 10 years not anymore!! Ive been shopping their since I was a little girl! Yesterday I went into the store to be told I needed to leave by a very rude manager . I hadnt even been in the store 5 seconds and I was falsely accused of stealing for their store! They couldnt keep their stories straight about what I apparently even took! Or when this incident took place! First it was a week than when I told the lady that I havent stepped foot into the store in a month or more they changed their stories again! They refuse to release footage to me and cant even describe anything about me other than I had a bag EVERY GIRL DOES! I called the store manager the next day and she was very rude to me and still wouldnt release any info to me! This is complete bullshit!! Why would I be fighting so hard if I took something? Or come back?! Never shop here. 10 years down the drain. I will be sueing.

Absolute worst Family Dollar that Ive visited. The staff is rude and will yell across the store to each other about inappropriate topics and using fowl language. It is always a mess and the shelves are disheveled.

Older female is nasty cashier and if the store chain is going to only permit one 1 bag they should make them stronger
